Company has never notified me of this potential debt! I found this on my credit report! I called asking for validation of debt in question, still to date they have not sent me any letter from their company. I got an email from the original company via email showing 0.00 owed, per request of CBHV. When I spoke with CBHV I got no direct answer. You have falsely report to my credit on a debt you still have not validated! I spoke with Br……ne and they claim I have no account with them any longer! Company had started out very helpful, but representatives became very disrespectful! Validation of debt is required before any matter can be handled and you have not done so. You were given all up to date information requesting this communication and you can’t provide me with a direct answer why I have not gotten a letter of debt owed. They requested that I pay I felt I owed, and I would have to dispute the rest on my credit report.

Claimed loss: I do not owe what they claim as reflected on credit report! They will not fix any errors and company has no further communication with me per this debt.

Desired outcome: To have this removed from credit report as they have not followed quidelines to inform me of debt in question. I have no fundamental breakdown of what they are claiming that I owe.
