Quick Collect Collections account

In 2017 we set up payment plans for a judgment made against us. It was paid completely off and nothing was said about still having a second one, its not even on my husbands credit report. Angela and Amber take no accountability claiming that my husbands wages were garnished and he was just keeping it from me, so if his wages were garnished why is there no record of payments? Furthermore child support was being garnished you can not garnish someone's paycheck when they are already being garnished not only that I saw his paystubs. Then Angela was being condescending claiming this was a judgement against James and his former wife, how can you sue his "former wife" regarding an ER visit in 2011 when they have been divorced since 2002? She did not like being told they are once again wrong and hung up on me. They are claiming my husband had a CT scan yet there is no record of this CT scan at the hospital nothing at all. My husband went to the ER for neck pain, was given Tylenol and a prescription and a referral to physical therapy. After insurance his total was a little over $1600 and they are claiming there was a CT scan given. This would have been paid off years ago but they with held this judgement on purpose to collect the interest. Why would we set up a payment plan for one judgement but not the other? And why was one judgment reported on his credit report and once paid off it was removed but this one there is nothing. We have had the same phone numbers that they have contacted us in the past on, email, however our address changed and a forwarding address was done, however not knowing about this second judgement why would we call a collection agency thought to be paid off to give them our new address. They know they are in the wrong and what they did is extremely shady. They have a misinformation about procedures done, they even went after an ex wife of almost 10 years "at that point of time", and refuse to send us proof of the procedures done! I do not want a letter from the hospital claiming a CT was preformed we want the actual CT pictures! And the fact Amber and Angela snub up their noses and continue to tell me this was with his "Past wife" and nothing to do with me because we weren't even together then really pisses me off, like do I really need to send in his damn divorce papers proving he was not married and we were together at that time and I do know exactly what happened because we were in fact TOGETHER! And ultimately this goes back to there were two judgments against him. We only knew of one and paid it completely off. Why would we pay one off but totally ignore the other! Why would only one judgement report to his credit and then removed once paid off but not the other! They didn't even have the decency while we were making payment arrangements to tell him he had another judgment on him and it wasn't like they never spoke to him they had both our numbers and have talked to both of us! I understand collection agencies and their purpose but this company should be sued and shut down.

Desired outcome: Shut this company down

First, note that I've started a Facebook page; Quick Collect - QCI Abuses. Please post there so that a legislative and legal effort can get underway. They illegally posted an account on my minor daughter's credit report, apparently for a number of years. Did nothing to inform me of the account and accumulated a great deal of interest on the account. If...
