I viewed a printout of my credit record and found some errors. I believe that these items are damaging my credit file. These disputed accounts were claimed to have been accurate or verified. DISPUTE REASON: "CONTRACTS WERE CANCELLED" "NO CONTRACT EXIST" These accounts are still inaccurate and need to be corrected or deleted as soon as possible; Here are the things that I want to be verified as accurate: THE BUREAUS INC Original Creditor: CAPITAL ONE BANK Account #: 41597*** What procedures does your business have in place to investigate accounts? Can you grant me a copy of those procedures? Second, what paperwork are you judging your verification off? Please send that to me also. Any and all others are inaccurate and/or outdated and must deleted immediately from my credit report. I am sure you are aware that the provisions of Section 611 of the Fair Credit and Reporting Act of 1970 are clear, I demand these accounts to be removed from all current and future credit reports.

I sent them an email requesting how I could register online to view these accounts they had listed on my credit report. They sent an email back requesting my social security number. I explained to them that I just needed help registering for their website so I could view the accounts. They continued to ask me for my personal information. I called and spoke to someone who could not give me any information on how I could see these accounts that were listed on my credit report. The only information I received from them was them stating they only had one account for me and wanted to know how I would like to take care of the account. I asked what their options were and was told I needed to tell them what I would be doing. I again asked for options from them to take care these unknown accounts. No help.

This company was handling a collection account from Comenity Capital Bank
This company was handling a collection account from Comenity Capital Bank. This account was paid however, they refuse to update the credit bureaus and remove the collection account. I was told after 30 days the account would be removed and updated. I raised a dispute 2 times with this company and they have refused to respond correctly. Now I am demanding that the collection account be updated and removed immediately from all 3 credit report agencies. I called the comapny in which the payment was made and they stated they didnt handle the credit reporting part of thecompany and was just a third-party on collections. I have tried calling multiple times but always get redirected back to the third-party company D&A Services LLC. The account was paid on 04/16 however the reporting has yet to be updated to the credit reporting agencies. This account has impacted my employement and i need it removed immediately. I will be force too raise legal actions if this isn't removed immediately.

This company has been holding my bike title hostage for almost two full years now
This company has been holding my bike title hostage for almost two full years now. I had a motorcycle lease through Capital One back in 2015. By 2018, Capital One sold the account to this debt collection company, Bureaus Investment Group LLC. At the time I was starting a business, and fell behind on payment. Some time during the Summer of 2018 I paid off the debt in full to Bureaus Investment Group LLC. When this transaction occured, I was told that: 1. DMV would possibly send me the title, 2. B.I.G. LLC would be sending my a satisfaction of payment document 3. B.I.G. LLC would send Capital One a lien release so I could obtain my title. I waited an entire year, and never received any documents to put the title rightfully in my name. In 2019 I was able to track down the collectors, B.I.G. LLC, and requested my title be sent to me with satisfaction of payment. Never heard a single thing back, or received any documents in the mail. It is now June . I have spent weeks going back and forth with Capital One on the hold up. They told me the fault lies with B.I.G. LLC. I finally got a hold of them and they were supposed to certify mail my documents on June 5th. I was told I could call in to get a tracking number. I have not recieved any of my documents via mail. It is also impossible to get a hold of them. Any time I call, I get directed straight to a voicemail, and no one has returned any of my calls. This company is illegally witholding my bike title, something that I paid of two years ago, and is rightfully mine. Because of their negligence, Capital One still holds a lien on my bike, and I am not at liberty to sell the bike or do anything as the rightful owner.

They had also not deleted the account from my Credit Report and the language used on the letter had violated several consumer laws. I received a return receipt signed that The Bureaus *** received my letter on the 16th of December . As of today, January 14th, I have not heard back from The Bureaus ***, and they are still reporting the collection account on my Credit Report. How am I supposed to pay an account that cannot be properly validated? This could possibly be a fraudulent account that they can't even prove is mine. I asked for a signed contract, and nothing has been provided. I need your help resolving this as I'm not getting anywhere with this company.
