I have been sending mails and reminders, right from 15.12.2018. So far, i have sent 6 reminders. Mary, the agent, confirmed that she had forwarded to someone in Escalations Department. She also promised that I will receive an e-mail within five to seven business days. That 'someone' has not responded, so far. Nor, i have received any email, though more than 7 business days have lapsed.
Also, i have called USA contact center (International call from Abu Dhabi) twice for 20 minutes each, first time on 4.1.19 and 7.1.19. Reference No. given by Agent Jhe is [protected].
I am really scared about my son's future, if College Board plays like this, with my Son's future.
To summarize,
We registered for 3 subject tests on Dec1 2018 - Mathematics Level 2, Physics and Chemistry. But, we deferred to write on May4, 2019, only for 2 subjects viz. Physics and Chemistry. As registered earlier, my son wrote Mathematics Level 2 on Dec 1 2018. We need Mathematics Level 2 score to be displayed in our dash board, written on 1.12.2018.

My son took his SAT Oct. 6th-has not received his score yet. I was told by college board on the 22nd that it would take 3-5 more days for an answer as to why his score is not in. I called again today and am being told it will be 14 business days for an answer as to why his score is not available. They will not provide me with a refund as I requested either.

I recently took a SAT subject test on the October 6th. It is now the 24th and I have been waiting to receive these scores so I can send them to my early decision college. The deadline is November 1st. This is ridiculous because this is the complete fault of College Board and now I am going to pay extra for the rush order. I'm absolutely enraged, even calling the College Board and being told "I'm their highest priority." These scores are important to my college application, and College Board seems to have no regard or care for upholding their standard score release policies.

My son took the SAT on Aug 25th and on Sept 7th I received an email stating that his scores would be delayed for review. It is Oct 18th and scores are still not available. I have called the College Board 6x and sent 2 emails and had it escalated 4x. I called again this AM since I was told last time that it should not take more that 6 weeks and it's still the same ... No answers just asking me to continue to wait to hear from the Board. This is effecting college applications as well as sholarship opp.s but the College Board does not seem to be concerned with the deadlines that both colleges and sholarship org.s have given us.

On March 29, I ordered your student answer service for $13.5 thinking that I will have the questions on the exam March 10. Then I realised that the service which I wanted was question and answer service. After ordering SAS I had a link for QAS, unfortunately, that day I didn't have 18$ for QAS. Yesterday, when I tried to order QAS I wasn't able to find the link for this. I called your office today and talked with Nola with ID number 3380801. She is telling that I can't order QAS because I am an international student. Is this discrimination? I am retaking SAT very soon and I need this service in order to improve my score. I kindly ask you to help me and deal with my problem.

Worst customer service in the world. College board made an error with sending my scores. I PAID to send them and then they cancelled my scores and proceeded to never tell me they cancelled them. I sent my scores at the end of November and found out late January that they never sent my scores. WHY TAKE MY MONEY AND THEN NOT SEND MY SCORES. The least they could have done was write me an email that outlined this so I didn't sit comfortably for TWO months. Now it's passed the deadline and i may be penalized for this. When I called them to discuss this we had two very rude men from Oklahoma say they could do nothing. They even yelled at us. They were rude, unhelpful, and obviously crooked if they saw no problem stealing money from a 17 year old and throwing a wrench into her path to college. ACT did a much better job. Worst testing agency ever.

My daughter, Alexandra Mejia took her SAT on Nov. 4th. She is applying to University of Florida and her deadline is TODAY, Deb. 15th. I have called repeatedly since Nov. 29th. College Board stated that they would begin an "Escalation Process", however this has not helped the issue at all. It was stated also that this would be "Flagged" and her scores would be out, "The very next day" this was on Nov. 6th. Now we are sitting at a whole week later and still NO Scores have been released.
Today, I was told it could take up until another 2 weeks!?
This is totally UNACCEPTABLE! This "Business" is pathetic and needs to be addressed. A TOTAL disgrace and there is NO INTEGRITY at all! What a poor example to my daughter of how a business should be run.

Registered over the phone. When went to print out ticket, said was not registered, now we were out of the time frame to register. Asked them to pull the phone record of the call which would verify my claim, after literally 4 days and over 20 hours on the phone back and forth with them, they denied my claim saying they reviewed the call and did not hear any conversation of the registration. When I asked to have access to the tape, which I know would have proved I did register her, they said I was not allowed access! Then asked for a supervisor and was told it would take 48 hours, which was past the deadline of the test. Horrifying as this was my daughter's last chance to take the test.

Our child is under 13; the College Board does not permit registration through the web. Our registration through the mail showed that College Board does not ensure that the process for under 13 users works in a reasonable manner, making a case for blatant age discrimination. Here are the facts.
To get mail-in registration we called the customer #, but the forms were on back order. A representative took our address and said she would mail one when they have arrived. We received only unsolicited brochures and no registration: the representative never followed through on our request for the form.
At that moment our school was out of the forms also, but we got one some weeks later. We filled it in and mailed it, but with all the time wasted we now had to pay additional late fee to register. When we called the customer service, a representative would not could waive the late fee, even though lateness was not our fault.
We paid $75.00 and received email confirmation of registration and payment. However, admission ticket failed to arrive, making taking SAT impossible. 5 work days before the test date for which we registered and paid we had to call customer service, again.
The College Board's customer "service" from an outsourcing agency had no interest to resolve our situation. Six days before the test date a representative first told us to wait more for the ticket to come in mail, and call back again if it failed to arrive. When we protested this as unacceptable, we were told that a request was put in to email us the admissions ticket within five (!) days. After more protestations from our side we were told that the representative would "escalate" our request, whatever this meant, and that we would be emailed admissions ticket within 24 hours.
We spent a total 2.5 total hours on the phone and requested a supervisor three times, but never got hold of one: they were all "with other customers" due to "unusually high volume of calls".
It is hard to imagine that those who register online experience such incredibly bad service as we did. It appears that test takes under-13 and their families are undeserved by the College Board: while the law prohibits their online registration the College Board is unwilling to invest in a process that would make their mail registration experience equitable.
We have the same experience. And the test time is in just this weekend and we still have not received the admission ticket.
While you certainly had a negative experience, you do not have any true proof or evidence that any discrimination occurred.

I have tried to get my sons AP Scores for 10 weeks. They are making me prove my son's ID but when I send his passport and school ID they say they didn't get it or they say they received only his passport. I have called and sent emails weekly and each time they assign a new Case Reference number and that I will have an answer in 3-5 business days. They don't have a department to escalate the complaints. They say they cannot provide information for anyone in charge. They also cannot provide any accounting department contact for refunds. I call every week and write down the employee name and number each time. This company is hurting the chances for our hardworking children to get into colleges. I read that others can't get their SAT scores so I am hesitant to have my son bother. I will go on social media next; it is my only recourse. My advice is to only pay with a credit card so you can have your bank dispute the charge when they don't deliver the results.

Worst customer service ever. I mailed an AP archived score request form almost three weeks ago for a graduated school I am applying to with a deadline of August 25. Then I called eight times to check whether the form was received. Every time a different person picked up the phone and gave the generic answer "call back after 10 business days." I emailed AP service nine days ago as well and still haven't heard back from them. Finally they told me after two weeks that they do not have my form and asked me to fax another one. I did as they told me and included everything on the form. I called again today, and the woman on the phone said she cannot check whether they received my faxed form or not. She said I have to wait 3-5 business days for the form to be displayed as received, and another 15 business days to be sent to my school. I was also told that I would hear back from them today by email, which I never did. The amount of waiting time is ridiculous. I explained to her nice that my career will be jeopardized if my score is not received by the deadline. There are no other companies or organizations that I know take such a long time to process a document. They don't care about your future and would not refer you to the person in direct charge of releasing/managing your scores. I don't understand how such a company is even allowed to exist when its staff are so lazy and do not care about their customers. My case number is [protected].

My name is Gilda Falso and I have sent multiple requests in for my son, Jonathan Falso SSD# [protected], to be given enough extended so that he can have enough time to finish is SAT testing. Each time I jump through another hoop to get the information that the college board request and they never seem to review the whole file like they are supposed to. The last time after waiting seven weeks for the review process, on 2/16/17, we received another letter declining Jonathan's request for extended this time they "thought" that Jonathan's IEP dated 11/16/16 was reflected a "new" accommodation of 300% and they letter clearly states this. However, this is not a new IEP accommodation, it has been in his IEP for some time. I have even sent the college board Joanthan passed IEP which states the same Extended time and I included a letter stating that This was already in his passed IEP and the team decided to keep this amount of time. It isn't fair for my family to have to wait seven weeks for a review that I based on inaccurate information. I should have to wait another seven weeks, because of their i incompetence. My son is waiting and waiting and for nothing. Please direct me to someone that can help me. this is not right.

I am writing about the order that I made for my son. We ordered it on November 19, 2016 & paid extra for rush delivery of his score to a specific college. The deadline for submission of this requirement for this college was Oct. 22, 2016. We have called College board customer service at [protected] multiple times because from what their website says, if we pay extra the scores will be delivered in 2-4 days. We called on Oct. 21st, 24th & today 25th. We were always told to wait. On the 24th, I spoke to a lady agent who had a bad attitude & was not understanding of my frustration & said she doesn't know what's the status of our order & just wait ... again. Upon my insisting for an answer to what's holding my order, she said she would escalate the matter & I should receive an email soon. One day has past, no emails or calls & upon checking our prospect college, they still have not received my son's scores. Status of this order at their website has been "awaiting fullfilment" for 5 days already. When I called today, 25th, I spoke to an agent named Luis. A much worse agent than the lady I spoke to yesterday. Very sarcastic, raising his voice & just speaks sharply ... no customer service skills at all & talks like irritated because I was persistent for an answer. I was trying to explain that my son's future is at stake here & he, like the lady I spoke to the day before, don't seem to understand & he said the same thing to wait (again) & that he doesn't know what's holding my son's order. I demanded to speak to someone who knows & he just dismissed my request saying that the manager won't know either. Needless to say, I was very frustrated & mad at the way that he was being sarcastic, not helpful & not being understanding of my frustration. We paid extra & the delivery of the product was not as advertised on their website. We missed the Oct. 22 deadline for our prospect college & still no answer or movement of an order that we paid extra for.

I have had the worst experience with college board. I have never in my life dealt with a company that is so rude to its customers. College board made a huge mistake and I have been treated like I am the one that made the mistake. A testing center took all the kids' calculators erroneously and now college board is pretty much saying, "oh well.. Sorry about you!
I filed a formal claim the day that my child took the test. The issue was purposely drawn out so now they say everything is locked and they can't help me. They never wanted to help me in the first place. They say that something could have been done within the first nine days. I called the day that he took the test!
