After 29 years with your company and a constant run around of sending and resending, unanswered calls and the latest unprofessionalism false promises I think I will turn somewhere else for supplemental insurance coverages. The most recent claim of a total knee replacement after several work-related injuries was denied because of degeneration factors. Well, if it wasn't for previous related injuries I wouldn't of need a total knee replacement. I was basically told by one of your rep's it was because of my age!
So, then I'm told to have my doctor change the wording and the claim might get approval, ok let now lie and falsify the documents. I then get a random phone call on March 27, 2024, from a person saying he is the Combined State of Massachusetts's representative calling random customers to see how they like Combine Insurance. As you can imagine I'm not very happy and let him know how I feel and have been treated over my 29 years which all weren't bad, but a good portion of those years sucked!
He apologizes, he makes the usual promises of looking at my case and having the proper people review it. He say's I'm a valued customer and is sorry for these issues. He will have a local rep reach out to me bla bla bla because that's what it was cheap talk! I said Combined already had paid me for a previous right knee replacement I don't understand why a $2500-$3000 claim for an actual injury and a customer with 29 years with your company would be treated like an idiot. I will make sure I post this on every possible site related to your company. Oh, as usual March 27th to now September 19, 2024, basically 6 months and I haven't received or heard from Combined, and the State Rep's number is Unavailable now there's a shocker!
