Comenity review: Comenity capital bank illegal services

Hi I made my credit card off, then I had an interest payment for 2.00 and they sent me to collections without calling me, emailing me which is I know is illegial.

I am disputing all credit marks and late fees on my account. Comenity Capital Bank never called me.. Comenity Capital Bank did not follow FDCPA rules by contacting me about the delinquency as I received 0 collections phone calls and 0 collections letters. Comenity Capital Bank provided me the incorrect address for Credit Disputes when I called them. FDCPA violation - I called Comenity Capital Bank on 12/02/23 and I was not advised of any mini-Miranda for collections purposes, which is an illegal practice, I was only advised my account was 30 days past due. The amount due I was quoted was in accurate and did not match with the Comenity Capital Bank website. TCPA violation
