Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. They don't return calls, they don't return emails to their clients. I regret taking a loan with them and will pay it off as soon as I can and never again do business with them.

I am a Realtor representing a buyer who chose to work with them verses using the local lender I referred her to. Lack of communication and unable to meet deadlines are my 2 biggest complaints with this company. Our closing has been pushed back multiple times now and they still can't get their act together. Not sure how they are with in-state clients but for anyone out of state, consumer beware. Especially if your transaction is time sensitive.

My loan officer attempted to rate lock me without consent, in the week before closing after I freaked out due to MAJOR changes in my initial closing disclosure compared to my approval letter (went from having all funds needed in escrow to estimated $5k+ cash to close). My loan officer lied to me about conversation held with my closing attorney (which she witnessed) and repeatedly refused to resubmit my application for a FHA backed loan despite my having proof of significant errors in my credit file, essentially loan steering me into a non-conforming mortgage, and having to put 5% down as a first time home buyer. My appraisal value came in at selling price, had multiple pieces of incorrect information, which I questioned, and told that it didn't really matter so long as it was enough to approve the loan; my loan officer told me not to worry about it, and said that a higher appraisal would only result in higher property taxes. I have been appalled with just how unethical he was.
