I regret I ever applied for mortgage with Bank of England, process is slow & unclear. Rates are hidden, fees are hidden. People are rude in NY branch. It's a not good deal for regular customer.

I will keep this short and not waste your time. They are terrible at communicating! Make grandiose demands! Intrude your private information. Assure you everything is great! Just to lose your house at the very last moment

I certainly wish I had read these reviews before I sent them my information. I actually was going through the good neighbor program and they are one of the banks that was listed. They're no one has reached out to contact me personally I think they might be bots because there has not been one personal phone call and we've been going back and forth through email. There was a quote that I was offered after they ran my credit and then a few weeks later the quote was resent was lowered and I am wondering how is that possible if you ran my credit and you looked at my debt to ratio income before you made the first offer there has been no communication to explain the loans or so yes their communication is horrible because they are probably bots

I started working with this company on 2/11 to obtain a home loan. As of 8/9, I have yet to close on a home due to lack of communication from a so called "experienced" loan officer. Anything that this company asked me for was provided. Sadly, I lost two homes while under their company both on the weeks of closing. After being reassured that they wanted to correct the problem , I am again being told that the "THIRD" home I chose can not be purchased due to the type. I have spent almost $5,000 doing things that the loan officer asked me to do and STILL no home. This company has also breached my confidentiality by allowing third parties to know personal information from my file that was only supposed to be known by my loan officer and I. They even went as far as telling a selling agent on the first property that I wanted to purchase to advise their clients to put their house back on the market because my file was incomplete. How professional is that? I DO NOT advise anyone to use this company as they have done nothing that they said they would do. I am so glad that I was smart enough to keep ALL correspondences, phone calls, text, and anything else that will be needed to PROVE that this company is despicable! This matter will definitely be handled accordingly but buyers beware!

Me and my sister are buying our first house so far it has been the worst experience ever we are about to lose the house we were told to upload documents on line which I have been At the first they asked for 50 documents got that done than they change it to 70 got that done now 100 documents that not even my bank can figure out why would they needed for
I had my bank calling *** he would not answer
we end up hiring an counter to get it done just in case if we were missing things they end up facing the same problem no one is responding to their call either
they kept changing the closing date without our permeation *** himself is very unprofessional and he is very disrespectful he has talked to me to the level that no one would talk to human been
he has treated me really bad he would not let me speak he keep on yelling at me
he has humiliated my sister who has Health issues already and she can't be stressed out like that he made her cry she has come home and cried all night because of how *** talked to her we are simply trying to buy a house it should be a exciting experience not a sad one

I work very hard for living and I don't appreciate anyone treating the way they have me and my sister
The office that we hired to help us to recheck the paperwork informed us that there were few more cases that they took for same reason and they end up changing leaders because of *** and team
we been told it's *** his father and brother working together and they treat people poorly and gets away with it my question
from Bank of England is this what you want to been known for
Is it a crime to buy a house if not than why we are being treated like criminals is it wrong to work hard and to want to buy house if not than why we are treated like it's criminals
a grown woman who has 22 years old son should not go to sleep crying
Poor our realtor *** made her call and apologize to bake without doing anything wrong she sow us getting mistreated and wanted to help it's not even her job to do ***'s team job they made the poor woman to call and apologize which she did this review is to help others to not go through this I wish no one not even my worst anime to experience what we have experience .
