Refund not received
I processed a transfer through Azimo last 25th of August and the recepient is my mom. I proceed to send the money from my Revolut account to the Azimo account number: [protected] and sort code 04-00-72. It was 620 pounds under my name: Tricia Marie Abanto Teleron from Revolut. It was deducted immediately in my Revolut account. Iy got so delayed and so I canceled it. It was officially canceled by them last 30th of August. I emailed them multiple times to process my refund. Apparently, they said I sent the money in their instant payment bank account and eas not processed so they will refund it to me. But they are either unresponsive or vague about it. No one to directly contact to because they have no live chat or number to call. Please se attached files for reference and evidence.
Desired outcome: Immediate refund
I got my refund. They contacted me through email that they received mu complaint through thos platform. It took only 3 days for them to refund my money back. This was a great help. Thank you so much.
Money never reached recipient
I have sent money to my friend's bank account in Turkey on 4th of June. I received the message that transfer was completed. The next evening I received an email from Azimo to provide more details what the money is for and also an ID copy of the recipient, which I did right away.
How can I get a message the transfer is completed but the next day they ask more question to verify?
I contacted Azimo customer care, asking why the money had not reached the recipient, despite their notification. Azimo just responded that they are checking with their partner in Turkey about the delay. This is now happening for the past 7 days every day and I am still not having the answer, still no feedback from their partner and the money is neither in the recipients account, nor back im my account
Desired outcome: I want my money back since they seem unable to get a feedback from their partner in Turkey and also unable to deposit the money into my friend’s account there.
They like to hold our money for a while.
Azimo is ridiculous, I highly recommend you send money with any alternative available even though the rate could be worst. What Azimo will do is, be good at your 2 first sent, and Devil from that on, every month they will receive your money very easily, and after taking it out of your account, they will hold that for a while. Even though you already sent them your source of funds, they will ask you again, and again, and the same proof of funds sent last month (Payslip) with the income of 3500 and e Azimo outcome of 1800, they will come up after few days saying prood rejected, insufficient funds. For me never again, this is a Big Mafia, last month was a nightmare, after solving it, I asked if they will ask again this "source of funds" they return an email saying "No, you provided it, so that's enough for us" nevertheless this month another nightmare, even worst now, my payslip with the income of the numbers above, is not suffucient, they will hold that for a while, work with my money, and while they are playing around, the money I sent to support my sister with my mother in bed will not arrive.
Desired outcome: Receive the money sent ASAP.

Money Transfer
I am writing to complain about my experience with the transfer UPPQSQ.
1. I made the transfer on Saturday 24th April and the website showed clearly that it is instant for cash pick-up. The recipient went on Tuesday 27th to pick up the money and he was told by the bank that it is not appearing on their system yet
2. I checked on the same day (27th April) with Azimo's customer service via web-chat, and I was advised that there is a delay from the local partner. When I made the transfer it was not clear that there is a local partner or that it won't be instant as promised. Due to this, I requested to cancel the transfer
3. I was informed by Azimo's agent that the transfer status should be changed to "canceled" within 24 hrs and the refund will be processed then. I checked on Thursday and it was still "in progress". I contacted Azimo again via web-chat and I was told that they are still checking with the local partner!. I was promised that I will hear back from them within the day (see screenshot below).
4. Now it is Tuesday 4th of May and the status is still "in progress".
Desired outcome: Immediate refund

My name is Diana. Azimo has details of my bank account and which bank it is. Mu documents were rejected and still is. That means I can't pay anyone money. But they still transferd money but from a different bank. I never had and never will have a bank account of rabo bank. My bank is ing and it stays like that. They transferd money from rabo bank 2200 euro. I never confirmed payment of my bank because I couldn't because documents are rejected and still is rejected. From ideal they payed a man from rabo bank. I contacted rabo Bank and they say it's the fault of ideal and there are no consequences for me. In my eyes because they transferd money without permission from rabo bank they made a mistake. And ideal made a mistake. You will never have 2200 euro. It's not my mistake.

My transfer was cancelled twice and account closed.i provided the information they requested and they are stating they cannot verify the information. The advisor refused to accept the information

My name is Stephen Webb-Bowen and I have a close friend in Nigeria and I opened an Azimo account verified my phone number and deposited £100 to be sent. After about 2 hours I had an email to confirm my ID so I uploaded my passport and within 30 minutes an email confirmed acceptance of the passport. Also in the email it was stated my transfer would be sent. Three hours later firstly an email saying the transaction had been blocked and a second email telling my account was closed and that my £100 would be refunded to my card within 24 hours. No explanation was given.

azimo transfer my money without me sending the money
I travelled from India on 05/11/18. I got an email from azimo stating that my transfer of £ 102 was successful and my mom Mrs. Mary Sundararajan has received. I was so shocked. They checked my moms account. She has still not received it until 09/11/18. My worry how money can get transferred without my acknowledgment? Bank shows that azimo has taken £ 102 from my account. Not happy at all. I need an update as soon as possible

failed to transfer my funds and customer support wouldn't respond to issue addressed
I made a mobile money transfer from Germany to Ghana on September 30, 2018 and up till now, the money haven't been delivered to the recipient.
After sending several messages to the customer support without no reply, I finally got hold of an agent via chat and he told me that I need to verify the date of birth and place of birth of the recipient before they will deliver the money because it's a randomised company policy.
I sent the requested information to the email address I was provided yesterday.
I tried logging in into my account this morning, 4. October 2018 to check the status of my transfer and all I could see is my account is block. For what reason my account has been blocked I don't know? I can't believe how Azimo could handle customers as beggers.
All I need is a refund of my money back.

I sent money to Nigeria last week and it failed to deliver, contacted Azimo the next day they claimed that selected the personal option rather than business option; I have gone back to check there is nothing like business or personal option. The annoying issue is that they promised to return the fund within 2 working days after 5days. I am still waiting for the money …
