Revolut - CEO Francesca Carlesi REVOLUT have allowed a known FRAUDSTER to SCAM my account London England.
As you know I have been scammed by your client Neil G Van Luven who had previously scammed others utilising his Revolut account. Despite a multitude of communication with Revolut over this matter, your bank refused to assist any further and said the matter was closed all via your chat bot!. Since we had also alerted the FCA and Action fraud and discovered that, prior to him scamming me, he has also scammed another for hundreds of thousands which involved the Metropolitan Police.
All of this is on record but, with his background and conduct, Revolut has a responsibility to compensate when this happens, especially since he had previous form. I was told that you employ another independent entity to try to recover the funds but that they had already been sent on! This is clearly unacceptable and, whilst not wanting to go to the banking ombudsman, I feel that this is the only avenue left open to me unless you, as the new captain at the helm so to speak, are willing to try to do something about this.
With your name at the forefront as CEO of Revolut I have never even had the courtesy of a phone call from anyone and, whilst I appreciate you are an online bank, there are surely times such as these circumstances where that human element is vital!

3 Outgoing transfers from Revolut to Monese and never received
Hi
On17 December 2023 and 18th December 2023 I wired 3 sums to my other private account with Monese and they were never received although I have sent proof to Revolut as well as Monese and until now not recalled.
First on the 17th 1700€ then 2000€ and then 950€ .
It appears today that Monese is saying I have to check with the intermediary party which is Arkea.

Revolut is the most fraudulent and uncooperative bank there is
I was being held under duress and Revolut was the only bank that did not take any security measures to make sure that I was protected. I had other two banks and the fraudsters knew they could not transfer any money through them. One of the banks had immediately blocked my account. Revolut kept on letting it happen, I am completely traumatized after being in this for 24 hrs.
Desired outcome: Revolut accepts their shortcomings and refunds my money back.

From 01:00 on 15th July 2023 40 transactions occurred on my Revolut account. Money came in as well as being withdrawn. Some in my name but not my details. Others in names I have no connection with. I the transactions were on both sterling and euro currencies. My greatest loss was the crypto accounts I had which were sold and moved out of my account.
The original transaction moved money into my Revolut sterling account from my UK bank account. Luckily they recognised unusual behaviour and closed it down.
Revolut simply say they do not recognise any fraudulent activity. Easy get out?
Desired outcome: I need to recuperate my losses of currency and crypto.
Money not transfered from Revolut to Barclays
3 weeks ago I was scammed lost £940 +for moving money via bitcoin out of Revolut to Australian bank. Revolut said all my fault.
Now they control chat. They have taken the below out of my account. I was transferring it from Revolute to Barclays and both amounts have not reached Barclays.

Your chat say they are in conversation with Barclays to sort out the transfers. I have spoken with Barclays. They have no record. They have not been contacted by Revolut about this.

Friday 23rd June 2023 , I executed a transfer to Mister Corneliu Ailoaei (please see attached statement below). And first the transfer was considered as spam and blocked. Then I enter in the transaction and I confirmed that it is not a spam. Unfortunately the transfer is blocked between my Revolut account and Mister Corneliu Ailoaei bank account
Please deblock as soon as possible that the money reach out to Mister Corneliu Ailoaei.

I can't access web app
Every time I try to access my account I am asked to verify with app which I can't them with email which takes to long to reach me. When paying on line Iam also asked to comfirm with app which again I can not access on time.
I have complained before and have not been contacted nor replyed to. I find it very unusual that a finance bank can not mank it easier for clients to use its app

Facilitation of a scam
I am an adviser with Citizens Advise, acting for Mr Phillip Meyers, account no [protected]. He seems to have been taken in by scammers who took control of his phone. They obtained a loan of £4,000 in Mr Meyers' name from NatWest and then transferred the £4,000 pus a further £2,000 which was already in his NatWest account to his account with you. They immediately transferred this money from Mr Meyer's account with you to an account with Binance. The £2,000 was transferred on 27 January and the £4,000 on 30 January. Mr Meyers has not been able to access his Binance Account to find out what became of this money. Presuably it has been taken by the scammers. Mr Meyers has learning difficulties and is dyslexic. He says that he was quite unaware of these transactions. As you probably know, Binance has been described by the Financial Conduct Authority as offering "high-risk financial products which pose a signficant risk to consumers".
We think that Revoljute should have made more effort to protect your client's interests and undertaken some checks on whether these transatctions were appropriate for someone in Mr Meyers' situation.
Desired outcome: Full or partial restitution of the funds that Mr Meyers has lost
closing my account
I have newly opened a basic account and cannot find any option of closing it without downloading the app, which I do not want to do only for the purpose of closing. That´s simply absurd.
Fyi, in AUSTRIA better use the POST AG, the state post office, for deliveries. It will be cheaper and better for you.
Standard Mail gets delivered safely the following day. The postman has keys to enter apartment buildings and place letters inside the letter-boxes.
The DPD delivery guy you used did not follow instructions to place the letter in the in-house letterbox and simply requests me to come to pick-up station.
This is a waste-of-time for you and me both.
This issue would not get resolved by sending me another card.

International transfer

I tried to transfer money (INR 15,000) GBP: 150.36 including fees, to India on 08/12/2022, 21:43 Hrs. But unfortunately until now the payment didn't credited to the beneficiary account number (Beneficiary Name: Rajiv R Sekhar, Bank Name: Axis Bank, Acc. No: [protected], IFSC Code: UTIB0000051) I am really disappointed about this incident. Actually I transferred the amount due to a hospital emergency for my parents. I tried everyday talked with your customer services through online chats, but until now my problem didn't solved. Last 2 days back, on 13/12/2022, I found in the application that the amount transferred to beneficiary account, but until now, its not reflected in the same, I will attach hereby the screen shots of my chats & transfer details here.

In 24.10.2022 my brother, Dragavei Laurențiu Armand, sent me 200 EUR via my revolut account. The money appered in my account. Revolut said the amount was sent back to sender, but the sender ( Dragavei Laurențiu Armand) did not receive it. It has passed a month and all they have done was to sens me a paper which has no signature or stamp where i can see the transfer was made. That paper i could have made on my computer. IT does not seem real.
Unable to open account
I'm visually impaired and wanted to open an account.Evidently the only way to ask questions for help is to install the app and open an account. Whilst looking for the chat function I received a message saying my account had been deactivated. I was not able to make further progress. ent through this process, There is no financial reason for this as my financial standing and score is excellent I am now worried, not only do I not have an account but my credit score may be damaged.

Refund not being processed

I am reaching out to you regarding the refund that went throug my revolut account and after three weeks it still hasn't being processed and the money is not on my account.
The company I am given refund from claims that they have already refunded the amount and that I should contact a customer service of my bank.
