My name is Valeriia Denysova, I had an appointment at Comfort dental Avon on 2nd of October for root canal. Unfortunately, the service and provided procedure were below satisfactory lever. I do apologize for writing this email, however, I can’t get any answers from the Avon office at all.
After my visit I was in a lot of pain, so decided to visit another root canal specialist, who mentioned that they put the treatment too deep in the gum and that’s the reason why it’s hurt. I needed to redo the whole procedure at another place, so they would take all the treatment out and do it in right way. I came back to talk to doctor, he was out of office for a week. I declined future treatment and crown through the comfort dental because of how careless they were. I called a week after to talk to a doctor, he did provide me a callback, authorized the refund and said that the person who is taken care of billing will call me back in couple of hours. Never received a call back. Stopped by at the office today: doctor is out of office, never mentioned anything about refund, they still trying to get money from my insurance company asap, so they won’t refund it and the host was the rudest person I’ve ever met, who would give me an attitude and provide zero help.
It all feels very shady and leave a very bad impression of the company overall.
Hope, you can help me to resolve the situation as soon as possible, as I’m moving out of state in couple of weeks.
