Moved into new (paid off) singlewide with a year worth of warranty. Issues with both doors - front door is an uninsulated steel door with 1/4 inch gap complete with daylight streaming in & back door is untreated with spots of black mold. All 6 windows leak cold air. Kitchen has 8 cabinets & only 2 shelves. Light switches are supposed to control receptacles... Only controls 1 receptacle. Inefficient heating system... No yellow energy guide was found... Extremely loud & swirls cold air around... Had to place 2 more heaters in 1100 sq ft living space. Kept being told by retailer (lewis homes) that "you'll have this or it's up to manufacturer to replace" as I requested both doors & windows be replaced. Haven't heard a thing from them. When is it up to the buyer? What was once a dream is now a complete nightmare with greedy monsters. I would like a full refund as there is no trust in what will happen the day after warranty is over.
