This company, Concrete Coatings Of The South, LLC, is the real deal. They do a bang-up job and really care about their customers. They even work around your schedule and budget, which is a huge plus. I highly recommend them!

This company don't honor its warranty! I had my driveway coated on February and 2/3 months later I noticed long cracks in the driveway. The company returned three times to revisit the driveway! About a month later, the long cracks reappeared. The owner (Rob B) and the salesmen (Brian S) came out to survey and discuss the issue. The owner promised they "would make it right". A month later they recoated the driveway. On 9 Sept 2021, I contacted the owner and he said the problem could be that the cracks are probably due to the initial concrete work and his company only coats the driveways. The long cracks were present when the salesmen discussed the project with me and said they would repair the cracks and recut the expansion joints prior to coating.
As a consumer, the company should have mentioned this issue problem prior to performing any work since I'm not an expert in this area.
After a month the long cracks reappeared! On 9 Sept 2021, I contacted the owner and he mentioned the problem could be the initial concrete work. Also, he said he would get back with me. Which no one never did.
Currently, the cracks are getting longer and starting pop-up;
Additionally, I recommended the company to a close friend and they are having the same problems.
Be careful with this company because they have no integrity and don't stand behind their work!

This company coated my garage floor and front walkway last January. Initially the job looked good, however there are thin spots on the walkway. Additionally we were told (by Sam, our salesman) we could park our cars in the garage after two nights. After parking in the garage, the next morning there were eight dull spots where our tires rested over night. I was assured they would remedy these things, however it's now late August and they have stopped returning calls, texts or emails. I feel I've been very patient and have only contacted them monthly since this happened, however avoidance isn't an option.

This is lousy customer service! Their warranty clearly states they will stand behind their installation and product.

This company did some work for me last month and it cost me $. After they left, I tried to close my garage door with the one push button, but it didn't work. I also tried to use my vehicles to open and close it the next day, but it still didn't work. I called the company and the salesman came out a few days later to try and fix it. It did work, but only if you hold the button down to close it completely. I still can't use my vehicles to open and close it. I've called several times, but the issue hasn't been resolved. I want them to fix whatever they did to cause my garage door to be defective. This is a big inconvenience and I want it fixed right away.

This company did a bad job. They were slow and unprofessional. They put their product on poorly and did not fix things right. I took everything out of the room before they started. When I went to look at the floors, they left a mess and chemicals that killed the grass. The floors did not look good, but I thought they would come back to finish. They did not come back until later. The new crew did a bad job. I called to say someone needed to check the work. The inspector said my standards were too high. I did not pay him. The CEO came to look at the job. He gave new baseboards and his crew to install them. They put another clear coat on the floor. It looked better, but there are still rough spots. They did not fix the sharp floors. They did not turn on the breaker for the refrigerator. They did not reattach the wires for the dishwasher. They put something in the tracks of the stove legs. The laundry room door fell on me. They left messes everywhere. The dust was so bad it clogged the filter. The dust ruined my food. I have pictures of their bad work.
