Comprei o FC 24 o jogo nunca dava. Pedi reembolso dia 17 de Novembro e disseram no char suport que demoraria 2 a 3 dias. Passados esses dias entrei em contacto com o suporte afinal seriam até 30 dias. Hoje dia 29 de Dezembro ainda não devolveram entrei em contacto com o suporte com a mesma mensagem automática de 2 a 3 dias e ainda brincam com a situação que tem de passar ao supervisor o caso. São uns burlões.

Yo compré en ConsoGame y la verdad es que no me gustó mucho la experiencia. Me tardó un montón en llegar mi pedido y cuando intenté contactar al servicio al cliente, parecía que estaba hablando con un robot. No me gustó nada eso. Además, el producto que recibí no era lo que esperaba y no funcionaba bien. Me sentí muy frustrado y enojado. Quiero que me devuelvan mi dinero y que se queden con el producto.
