They said they were fixing everything, but when I finally drove it, the check engine light turned on and the speedometer showed 800 extra miles compared to what was on the bill of sale. I took the truck for a drive, hoping the check engine light would go away, but it didn't. So, I returned the truck and the owner admitted that he knew there were transmission problems and shouldn't have sold it. Two weeks later, I called to check on the repairs and they told me I would have to pay $3,000 to replace the transmission. They said they would only cover half of the cost.

Then on February 25, the check engine light came on while I was driving through an intersection in Colorado Springs. I managed to slowly drive the car to Auto Zone (store # 847) on 1899 South Academy, Colorado Springs, CO 80917, Tel: [protected]. They checked the car with a code reader and found two codes (P0700 & P0756) related to the transmission. The dealership asked me to bring the car back that same day (2/25). They sent one of their workers to take me home while they kept the car. They took it to Transmission Clinic of Colorado Springs on 3875 Interpark Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80907, Tel: [protected], on a date I don't know. According to the service ticket, the car was serviced on March 4. Brian handled all the communication with Transmission Clinic. Brian then called me and said he drove the car on I-25 at 90 mph. He said Transmission Clinic reprogrammed the computer system on the transmission, which he said was the problem. On March 4, Christal and I went to pick up the car. Brian asked us to pay half of the service ticket, which was $348.34. Then on April 13, the car started having the same problem again. This time it stalled while I was driving with my 5-year-old stepson, and another car almost hit us at an intersection in Colorado Springs. The car was taken back to the same shop, costing $1,183.37. I reported the issue to the Colorado Attorney General Office.
