Core Energy Group LLC review: Installed panels 4 not working now have 12

We got solar panels installed April 13 2023. One was out. Called them and could not get them on the phone. Left a message, no return call. Emailed them, no answer. We can never reach them and we paid 27000.00 for 12 panels. First one never worked, now 4 do not work. Our electric company installed a new meter for solar, which we paid for. This is a scam company. How do we get this taken care of? We paid a lot of money to this company. Please help>
