Contract obligations
I have a contract dated January 5, 2022. I have been calling to talk to an agent named Leo At 407-705-2683. He has not been professional and has been very disrespectful asking me why I keep calling him and said he would call me with dates, being very nasty about it, and saying "I have other clients, will call you". Has not done so. I have not heard from him October 2023. I have also send a letter from my lawyer and myself asking for a response and my money back. NO REPLY. Basically this company has stole $3,192.00. I will be following up with the better business bureau to file a formal complaint. I believe this company to be crooks and not a reputable company to deal with.
Recommendation: Do NOT give this comany any money, IF they want paid upfront, have them sell your weeks and have them take the fee out of that money owed to you. But then again, would not even recommend dealing with them. Sounds good, but not.
I would like to be contacted by an owner or manager of this company. You have my e-mail address, please send me an e-mail as to who to contact and the number ASAP.
Corporate getaway rentals is nothing but thief and liars.
I sold 4 weeks back in June 8,2021 and guess what? Is almost 2 years and they only have send me an offer letter for $1300 instead of $1800 I requested upon our contract or agreement, I have been waiting 24 months and they keep saying they are working on it, but since last year 2022 they keep telling me and nothing yet..
I have waited not only 60,90, 180,360 days but almost 2 years, they cannot tell me I didn’t give them enough time to sell my weeks.
They don’t want to refund me for the other 3 weeks which is 399*3 =1197 or pay me for the three weeks at $1800 per week which is 5400. I’m not expecting for them to sell them and pay me at $1800 per week Because they are not going to do it, but I do want the amount I pay for the rest of the 3 weeks =$1197.00, but I have left many calls and voicemails and no answer or call back, they are going to say the have try to reach me but is a lie.
They keep saying that they already send me $1300 as a refund or compensation but that is not a refund amount, that was for a week offer they gave me back in October I believe, they want to use that excuse to not pay me my refund for the three left weeks.
I have spoke with Ms.Adriana, John Carlos and Leo Jamison as well, Leo was the guy helping me since December 2022, he make me send him up to 4 to 5 months of availability from RCI up to September this year, I send him all that info and he still couldn’t come up with any offers, I send him many many pictures of availability from diferente resort and he could never match my weeks, he even call me Mexican he was been racist about it.
( calling me Tex-Mex “ ok Mr.Tex mex” )
I have prof of the text messages he send me and I send him, he was just using me by getting him all this availability from unless 8 different resorts, he will ask me to go into RCI and get him pics of the dates available for the next 5 month for like 8 diferente resorts..
He did also told me that his client needed 30 rooms and he was going to put my 3 weeks in there during the convention, he make me send him numerous amount of weeks available, there was availability but never match my three weeks, now He doesn’t text me or call me, I have been leaving messages and calls and no answer.
I have call unless 100 times and only 2 times they call me in the almost 2 years, only to tell me they still working on it, to give them 3 or 4 month more, they been doing this since January 2022, I have even called and left a voice mail Thursday, yesterday, I sign up online to get a call back, I called and just left voicemail this morning, send request for a call back and nothing, I have every single call recorded even when Mr. Leo was calling a Mexican ( was been racist ) calling me a fake because I believe on God, he was telling me, how can you say you believe on God and still doing this “ trying to suit us” or trying to get my money back” real Christians don't do that..
He called me a fake many time,.
How I wish I can put recordings of our calls here…
He was Getting into my private and personal life way to much,
Fakes and scams, 2 years will be in a week now, and they still text me to say, give us another four months, we are trying to get offers.
I have so much evidences , text messages and recordings of there lack of professionalism…
They are professionals or lying and stealing our money…
I’m trying to get unless of 10 people going through the same situation to contact with evidence local news and complaint about it on live Tv or create a lawsuit against corporate getaway rentals.
Recommendation: Fight for your money, suit them, get a lawyer or lets get together to contact the news in Florida and show proof, evidence of this people stealing hard working peoples money.
Mr. Gomez,
Please see my comments, Have had the same experience with the Leo too, he is an idiot and has not respect. I believe the company tells him not to do anything so they don't have to pay out thousands of dollars but, keep our money, which is a our right scam. How can they be in business and do this to people and why is this guy Leo still an employee, don't they record their customer service reps? Guess not. If he was working for me he would have been fired a long time ago. What a disrespectful individual, wonder if he treats his family the same way?
We have to keep the pressure on them and they need to refund our money.
I have a business and would never treat anyone like the way we are being treated.
Worst company to deal will.
On August 25, 2022 I was contacted by Bryant 407.530.3194 from Corporate Getaway Rentals. He asked me about selling some RCI units. The cost to register and sell the units would be $399 per unit. The return per unit would be $1600 per unit I sold them a total of six units. We gave them $2394, for two bedrooms two baths, return should have been $9600. This contract was for 180 days in February 2023, the contract was expired. The representative that we have been dealing with is Mr. Leo Jamison. He has been rude and very obnoxious from the beginning. As of May 26,2023 nothing has been sold.
Recommendation: Do not deal with this company

I don't usually write reviews but I wanted to inform everyone of my exceptional experience here with Corporate Getaway Rentals. I deposited some of my weeks into the program and not only did they rent out all of my time, but I actually received a slightly higher rental rate on my weeks even! I'll admit that I was a bit skeptical at first because I am a fairly new timeshare owner and have no experience doing this before, but I am so happy I decided to give it a shot. Everything seemed professional, from the customer service team and to the rental agreement being in line with what was explained to me - everything checked out. Looking forward to doing this year after year.
We used Josh and he was excellent! he was personable, had a great personality, had a sense of humor, and was very charming and we appreciated his patience with us. We wouldn't wanna use anyone else after using him.
Josh worked wonderfully on my behalf trying his hardest to get my weeks paid out it took a little longer than I expected but I was paid I would definitely recommend their services

Wish I was working with your rep, we have been trying to sell our weeks for almost two years now with no luck, responses and being disrespected.
Hello, can I have Josh’s contact information? I would love to have the same experience as you. Thank you!
We use this company in a few ways, one for renting out our time share for the time that we don't use it, for renting a time share in an area
We use this company in a few ways, one for renting out our time share for the time that we don't use it, for renting a time share in an area that we want to go that ours doesn't offer getaway weeks, and also for buying time shares. This is a perfect fir for a family. I've had my timeshare for 2 years and haven't been able to use it once unfortunately
I've had my timeshare for 2 years and haven't been able to use it once unfortunately. When Alex contacted me at first i didn't really know anything about the extra vacations but he took his time and explained the uses and benefits. So i eventually decided to rent out 3 of my weeks just to start off. All the weeks were rented at once so that helped me but I'll definitely be contacting you guys again! Thank you again Alex!

This is not a real company!
This is not a real company! I very recently bought a part of *** club. This company called me and told me I could rent out my extra 8 RCI weeks that I get for free with my package for up to $1800 a week for just $399. (lie #1- You do not get RCI weeks). They had all my information. They knew my name, my husbands name, address phone numbers, property we had purchased, etc... I called my sales rep at Hilton and he told me it was a scam and proved everything they told me was a lie. Scammers are getting too smart. Beware!

I would have asked for my money back.

My experience with corporate getaways was good
My experience with corporate getaways was good. I rented out my weeks through your 'secure' booking and another week without the 'secure' booking. We have not used those weeks so we don't know if there will be any issues when we do. I commented previously that for someone new to your company, who wants to rent a timeshare and has not done so before. The feedback from your service personnel was prompt and always helpful when I had an inquiry. I would suggest you would get more owners if you discounted the membership fee as it turns people off to have to pay before renting. I feel if that fee for the timeshare owner was less and for the renter was less, you would have more timeshare owners sign up for the secure rental method and this would ultimately increase your revenue and bring more new bookings to your company. Good experience, I will likely use your company in the future!

Bonus weeks I was told they would rent out for me
I spoke to Leo James in August 2022 about renting my bonus 8 weeks I had with RCI/Bluegreen timeshare. I was told in a recorded line that I would double or triple my money if I let them rent these out for conventions. I agreed and was then told I had to send payment of $2075 in and sign a contract, which I did both immediately after speaking with Leo. The...

On September 14, 2022 I received a call from Corporate Getaway Rentals. The individual I spoke with asked me if I had ever considered renting out my bonus weeks from my Wyndham Timeshare. I stated I was unaware that I had bonus weeks. The individual indicated (on a recorded line) that I had eight bonus weeks for each deeded property. He explained that I...

I was contacted by this company back in July 2022 regarding using my RCI points for rentals. I paid $3000 and was told I would be contacted with offers for the rental of my points. As of this date the only time I receive any response I have to contact them and now they wont return phone calls, emails or text. I have never received any offers. The person I have dealt with is Leo. He is not very nice borderline rude. This company really should be shut down. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do at this time. This is a loss I really cant afford. This is a scam and its my fault that I didn't do research. Is there anyone who can help?
Claimed loss: $3000.00
Desired outcome: return of my money

Corporate getaway
I was contacted on February 17,2022 by Leo J from corporate getaway rentals. He talked be into giving him $2497.00 promising me a great return in 180 days. I did asked what would happen if it went over the 180 days and he said that it never happens. I went on line and at the time they had good standings with the BBB and only had a few complaints that looked...

On January 27 we signed a contract rent out our vacation home for a minimum of 6 weeks with a promise to recieve $1800/week. We have called severally and spoken to 2 of their staff, a lady and a guy (the guy was very rude, his no is [protected]. They both promised me that they have gotten someone who was interested in June, 2023 both only looking for a convenient date. After a while, the guy called and said he has gotten another person who is interested and sent over another contract to sign. That was the lat time I heard back from them. This is a fraudulent and I need my money back.
Desired outcome: Refund my $2394.00 that was withdrawn from my credit card.
Corporate Getaway Rentals
In November 2022 I was contacted by Corporate Getaways Rentals offering to rent my unused timeshare days to other clients in need. I was given lots of exciting news like there are hundreds of people waiting to rent and it should be rented within 6 weeks, however they could not promise that. Which I understand.
After paying almost $2500 to list with them with the promise of more money being returned when it was rented, I moved forward with it. Several months later when I hadn't heard anything I contacted them again and they said they would get back to me with more information. No response.
I emailed again and was told someone would contact me in July and no call. It is not September and I'm done with this company and lack of integrity.
I am looking for a Class Action Lawsuit against Corporate Getaway Rentals and would like my money and interest paid refunded.
Desired outcome: I would like my money paid & interest refunded. If there is a hardship fund on top of the money/ interest refunded, I'd like to receive that, too. I strongly believe Corporate Getways Rental needs to be held accountable for their actions.
Company - Leo Jamison
December 28, 2021 at 6:38 PM. I’ve sent money to start the process of renting out my weeks the entire first year of this process I was told they will call me back I was told it would take four months I was told then six months. I was also told eight months no one contacts you. The communication is terrible. No one calls back. I am very convinced this company is a scam. It makes no sense. How no one‘s ever at work or can return a phone call in December 2022, Leo Jamison finally gets in contact with me and he’s a terrible it was a terrible conversation. He has terrible communication skills. He does not know how to deal with customers. He should never work in customer care ever. He is horrible! He was upset and offended that I told him that this company is a joke and I’ve been waiting for a year and I’ve been told so many different things. It’s not the company‘s fault he saying it’s you know the availability and all the stuff fine we finally have availability. Now we are in August 2023 the problem is we don’t have the clients weeks they’re still waiting on weeks they’re still waiting on weeks. I then said I am tired of waiting. It’s been going on two years at this point if there’s nothing complete on by the end of this month I want my refund back. He then began to tell me that I will not be getting my refund back that I need to just be patient that I’m inpatient. I have been waiting two years. I think I’ve been patient long enough. He has a terrible attitude. He called me back the one day while I was at work, I missed the call, I called him back literally 2 minutes later and he had the nerve to tell me “obviously you don’t check your voicemails because I just left you one” that is how he starts his conversations. I am a client that is already upset and sick of this company and that is how he speaks to me. It’s a joke. I then asked to speak to a supervisor or to someone else because I no longer want to deal with him because I am tired of him trying to berate me he then said they don’t transfer us supervisors is not in their policy, so I said I would love to see that policy where it states in writing that I cannot speak to a supervisor. He then began to talk around me and say the same thing he was saying before that they’re waiting on weeks and all this other nonsense when I asked again, I would like to see that policy I want a email of your policy stating that I cannot speak to a supervisor. He said they are listening to the call and if they feel like this conversation is important enough, they will call me, then I kept saying I need that policy. I need to see the policy in writing and he hung up the phone on me. I need someone to respond to me back ASAP. I am done with a scam of a company.
Desired outcome: I want my refund. I no longer want to deal this company. It has been causing me stress and anxiety.
Selling my Extra getaway rental weeks
On May 2022, I Received a phone call from a gentleman named Jon Carlo working for Corperate Getaway Rentals ! I told me that he saw that I had a few weeks available and that he’s like to get them rented out for me however I would have to prepay 8 weeks in the total amount of 3200 dollars . I was told between 90 & 180 days I would receive payout . It is now over 380 days later and still have no received a penny . They rented out 5 of the 8 weeks which came to a vault in February . No traction on the remaining 3 weeks! I’m being lied to left and right without any follow up . Only attitudes from a few personnel which I won’t mention for now me LJ! What do I need to do to get either my money back or paid like I was promised ?
Desired outcome: My money back or paid . Either or enough is enough !
My getaways rentals.
I paid $2394.00 on august 29,2022 to Corporate Getaway Rentals. This company was supposed to rent out my getaway weeks and pay me over $8000.00. This company has not done anything to rent out these weeks. It has been 9 months since I have been waiting. I want my money my money back. I am tired of waiting. Please give me my money back. I have called many times. The last time I called a rep from the company said he would call me back on april 20,2023. I am still waiting. Please. I am not interested in renting my weeks out anymore. I have given this company 9 months with no results. I want my money back.
Desired outcome: My refund
Hey Julia I am the same way you are right now, for me is been almost 2 years and they still own me $5400 dollars and I have been calling and calling them and no answer from any one on there l, I requested my money back with my credit card company but they say they can do much about it bc is has been so long.
We should get live Tv or news involved for this I have message 7 other people that are going through the same process as us, not getting paid and not getting refunds.
Refund of $2400
Over 18+ months, Corporate Getaway Rentals has failed to contact me regaurding the sell of my six weeks. I have reached out serval times with no follow up call. I have received emails stating a "inventory director" would be in contact at an appointed time but there was now follow up call made. At this point, I feel that I have been scammed out of $2400 with no way to recoup my lost money.

On Friday, November 25th of 2022, I was contacted by Tasha Cunningham. It was with the promise that I could receive a range of possibly over $10,000 for my renting out my RCI property that I had left that was unused. I was also promised that my money would be returned for the properties that did not get rented out. All I had to do was prepay $399 for each of my 6 out of 8 rentals that they were putting up. I was not given a time-frame in which they would call me back. But I trusted what Tasha told me. I was alerted to reach out to Corporate Getaway Rentals (CGR) because on December 15, 2022, I was sent an invoice for $460 from John Cummings. At that point, I felt I needed to reach out to CGR. Tried as I might, I kept getting forwarded to voicemail. They would not take my calls and did not call me back. I never received any paperwork from them to this day, or any of the money that I was due for renting out my properties, or any of the money for rentals that were not used. Based upon my experience with CGR, I can only assume that I have been scammed. I have not received ANY of the money that Tasha promised me, but I have been stuck with financing their scam.
Desired outcome: I want the money they promised me from the rentals or I want the $2394 back that they promised I would receive back if no one rented the properties.
Concerning my complaint, I was able to speak to someone from CGR today. They explained why I had not received a call back. I talked to Leo Jameison. Per his explanation, and the statement that he will be reaching out to me on 5/8/23 with a potential fulfillment, I no longer believe they are scammers and they look to be legitimate. Upon that basis, I wish to withdraw my complaint. Please let me know what I need to do.
I am currently dealing with the same situation as C. Loving. I’ve been contacted by Leo Jameson as well except I am being gaslighted and berated because I have been lied to and promised date after date and no traction . I just want to resolve and move on without the dude disrespect ! I have refrained from calling and being rude myself . I want what I was promised, this put me in hardship !
On Apr 15 2022, I signed a contract with Corporate Getaway Rentals
On Apr 15 2022, I signed a contract with Corporate Getaway Rentals. They were to rent out my timeshare rentals. I paid them $1,596. They guaranteed that I would have an offer between *** days. They guaranteed that I would have a minimum offer of $500 for each of my 6 weeks. If I did not like those offers, then I could decline and they would rent them out for another 180 days. This was told to me by ***), TJ, a member of their contract department and ***) from their quality insurance office. At about 180 days I talked to their main office ***). The lady I talked to said they had a company who wanted my rentals but she was not allowed to tell me what the offer was. She told me that I would be receiving a call some time that week to get my offer. After that week pasted, which was over 180 days, I kept calling all of their numbers leaving voice mails for them. After a dozen calls, they ended up sending me a text message, saying that I will get my offer on Nov 18 2022. No one called me. I called each number once again and left messages. It has now been over 7 months and I can not get a hold of anyone except their messengers, who do not know anything and are only allowed to receive messages and pass them on. This company is now in breach of their contract. This company should not be allowed to operate.

We entered into a contract to market and sell our RCI vacations on July 5, 2022 for an amount of $3192.00. At the time we were told we could cancel at any time for a full refund if there had been no purchases of our weeks, the only requirement was to make the request in writing. In mid-September, I submitted a request in writing to cancel the service via the Contact Us link on our member login page. I contacted them via phone within 2 weeks of the written request and was told I needed to speak to someone in a different department and they would have someone reach out to me. This was the week after *** hit the area. I knew the area their physical office was located had received storm damage, so I allowed them some time to return my call. I never heard back. I called again the first week of November and was told the same thing, and never received a follow-up call. On 11/13/22, I sent an email to their customer service email address requesting cancellation. I received a reply on 11/14 via email that I was 10 days out of the time frame to request a refund and they would cancel my marketing plan, but I would receive no money back.
Corporate Getaway Rentals contacted me stating they were a leasing division for Hilton Grand Vacations, and that they see that I have 8 weeks of rental vacation that I haven't used yet and they said they could rent it for me at up to $1,800.00 per week. They had all of my HGV owner information as they were taking with me, so I assumed they were a legitimate company. I agreed to let them lease out my 8 weeks at $399.00 per week ($3,192.00) on March 2, 2022, with the agreement of fulfillment within 6 months. After the 6 months ended on September 2, 2022, I called over 20 or more times, and each time the person I called said that someone would call me back. I have never been called back, and most times I call no one answers the phone. I am requesting my money back of $3,192.00 because they did not fulfill their end of the agreement. This company is scamming good hard working people out of a lot of money , and they need to be stopped. Anything you can do to help me with getting a refund for the money I spent, this has put me in a hardship situation with my finances, it would really be appreciated.
A representative by the name of "Ryan *** called us saying his company is an affiliate of RCI and that's how they had our information
A representative by the name of "Ryan *** called us saying his company is an affiliate of RCI and that's how they had our information. He said that they will charge us a one time fee of $399 per week to advertise our extra weeks of timeshare to corporate businesses and we will get $1,600 - $1,800 per week. He said they offer this service to timeshare owners like us and this is a guarenteed investment and since this was our first time dealing with them they will give us a discount so they charged us $1,999 for six weeks and we were guaranteed a return of $9,600 to 10,800. We signed the contract and never heard back. I called the representative Ryan on 1/31/22 as I grew suspicious that it may have been a scam but no answer so I left him a message to call me back but he never did return my call. I called again on 2/3/22 and this time I spoke to a representative by the name of "Dawn" and she told me that this was unusual to not have received a callback and that she was taking over for us from there on and that she would call us back on 2/14/22 at 11AM. Well, she didn't call either so I called her at 11:30AM that day and had to leave a voice-mail. I have not received a call back nor am I expecting to because it seems as though this company is a fraud and they scam people out of their hard earned money. I am taking this as a legal action to get at least a full refund of the money they scammed out of me.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Corporate Getaway Rentals does not deliver on anything that they promise, and they are clearly a scam company. I was told that for an advertising investment of $2,892 I would receive a return of $7,200. I was also told that this generally happens within six month, but at most within a year. I realized that I am actually slightly past a year and they never found even a single rental week for me. When I called I was always told they were pushing the advertising and shopping my rentals at corporate conferences; however, still no offers. This company and the many like it should be shutdown, as they never deliver on their promises.
In feb of 22 I was contacted by this company to rent my rci weeks for up to *** a week with a guarantee of 180 days Its now over two months from the guarantee date. Many many calks to them and i get the same response, they r finalizing, but nothing. The lady im dealing with now is sick so no calls back just a text. Im getting to think this is a farce.
I was contacted on Feb 17,2022 with an offer to sell some of my holidayInn vacation weeks and in return get a bigger payout. The assured me that I would get my money back and then some by 180 days,it has been over 270 days not with no money. Everytime I call they assure me that they are working on it and I should have my money soon. I feel completely stupid that I fell for this scam,if its to good to be true than it usually is not right. 2497.00 US money (3370.00 Cdn)
We were contacted by a representative from Corporate GetawayRentals, back on May 16th, detailing their program for renting out our unused vacation weeks. They claimed to have many corporations in search of accommodation and assured us they could rent each of our unused weeks for $1,350, charging us a marketing fee of $299 per week. Despite these promises, we've seen no results and received nothing. Our attempts to reach out have been met with little to no response. On the rare occasions we did get a reply, there were always excuses about their activities, such as attending a boat show to promote their program.
In May, a person named April, who identified herself as a manager, provided us with her direct and cell phone numbers, promising availability. We have not heard from her since. All promises made to us have been broken, and we find their business practices to be nothing short of scams preying on unsuspecting people. We expressed our dissatisfaction with their services and communication in an email sent on October 21, 2022, and informed them of our intent to file a complaint with our credit card company and possibly seek legal counsel. We also requested a refund of our $1,196.00 in that email. To date, we have received no response. After nearly six months of being given the runaround, we want this matter resolved and our money returned.
Date of transaction: January 12, 2022 Amount: $1,197 On January 12, 2022, I received a call from Corporate Getaway Rentals about 12 annual RCI
Date of transaction: January 12, 2022 Amount: $1,197 On January 12, 2022, I received a call from Corporate Getaway Rentals about 12 annual RCI Vacations Weeks I receive and the opportunity to rent the weeks to corporations. Corporate Getaway Rentals said I would need to activate the weeks for the suite cost of $399 each. Corporate Getaway Rentals said a minimum of 3 weeks is required to be activated and up to 8 weeks can be activated. I agreed to activate 3 weeks of the annual RCI vacation weeks for $1,197. A month late I called RCI to plan an upcoming vacation for a friend and asked if I can use the remaining 9 annual RCI vacation weeks. Then RCI informed me that owners are not given annual RCI vacation weeks and there is no association between Corporate Getaway Rentals and RCI. Also, each RCI week must be activated using a unique code on the bottom of a RCI certificate. At this point, I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and explain how consumer fraud and misrepresentation was used to coerce my signature on a contract. I have emailed Corporate Getaway Rentals for details on the how the company activated RCI weeks without having an associate with RCI. Also, I asked about the codes used to activate the weeks. Corporate Getaway Rentals have not responded to my emails. I placed a review of Corporate Getaway Rentals on*** reviews and received a response from the owner. The dispute is ongoing with my credit card company.

On October 7 I was contacted by Corporate Getaways timeshare Rentals, LLC of Kissimmee, FLA where I own a timeshare at Vistana Resorts. They said that I could rent my timeshare through them at a profit and would need to deposit the Bonus Weeks I haven't been using through RCI. I paid them $1596 as a commission to rent out 4 weeks. I have called them 4 times over the past year and have gotten the run around; COVID means nobody is traveling right now, there's a full inventory (which there website confirms). I even threatened legal action if they didn't fulfill their end of the deal ASAP. All promises have been broken. I signed papers that looked like legal contracts stating that they would rent out my units and send me the proceeds. Would be nice, but that looks like it isn't going to happen I would like my $1596 refunded.
I signed a contract with this company on 3-10-22 allowing them to rent out my bonus weeks. I paid them over $2,394.00 with the understanding that they would rent them out (8 weeks) and pay me $1,600.00-$1,800.00 per week. I was told it would be 90-120 days before it was completed. I called them in July and was told they were processing the rentals and I should receive a check by the first of August. However, when I called again, the promise was delayed to the first of September. After the first of September, I called numerous times asking for an update on this. Each time I was told that there was nobody available to talk to me and that they would call me back, but I never got a return call. I tried sending them an email asking for an update but never received an answer. I asked them if this was a scam and they just took my money with no intent on ever paying me for renting my units at the resorts. I am writing this to ask if you can help me with this issue. They don't seem interested in responding to me in any form. I am retired and this was a huge investment on my behalf and I think I should be entitled to an update and an explanation on this matter. I believe that without an explanation, I should be entitled to a refund. Thank you so much.
Below is an email that I sent to the business on July 23, 2022. I did not receive any response and have called numerous times trying to reach someone to help with no luck. I would like my money back for the services they did not provide. All in all I believe this is a scam and would suggest someone look into this business for legitimacy. To whom it may concern,I am writing this letter to inquire about my timeshare that is supposed to be advertised by your company. I paid $3,192.00 on 11/13 and have still not received an offer or correspondence from your company stating that my timeshare would be advertised for an additional 180 days. I would also like proof of my timeshare being advertised to other corporations and/or subscribers as our contract states. If this cannot be provided I would like my advertisement fee refunded in full due to a breach of contract.AD: HI112021103 Respectfully
Corporate getaway rentals contacted me back in December
Corporate getaway rentals contacted me back in December . The sales person ,Shelby had all of my information . Her number is ***. She never picks up anymore She had my Email address etc ... and told me they wanted to buy back points that we hadn't used from our timeshare . Facilitating 8 getaway weeks for rent 1800 a week = 14,400 They stated that we would just have to deposit $3300 as a marketing / activation fee and that within 90-180 days they would contact us and let us know when they have found a company that wanted to use our points . Once they found this company they told us they would pay us back for each week used . It sounded so good . However ,Time has come and gone . They then stated that they were waiting for spring break to be over in order to see the availabilities . I've spoken to someone else by the name of Alexandria ***. She also hasn't been much help lately as she too has chosen to not call me back . At this point that's futile ... seeing that our points are close to expiration and if we do not use them we will lose them . This company has been stringing us along . Every time we call it's a different excuse . As much as we would like to believe in this program and what it stands for ... they have done nothing to show us the validity in working with them . Instead it seems to be lies on top of more lies . They went from saying 90-180 days to extending the time and asking for more time . No thank you . It's been over 4 months thus far and we would like a full refund !

On March 4, 2022, we paid $1596 for the exchange of four timeshare units, with each unit costing $399. We were promised a return of $1800 per exchange, amounting to a total of $7200, to be received within 180 days. However, we have now surpassed the 180-day mark and our attempts to contact the company have been futile; no one responds to our calls or provides any information regarding our expected return. Virginia Davis was our initial contact in March. By September, she directed us to a John, whose phone is currently out of service, and Virginia herself is no longer responding to our calls. It has become evident that we have been defrauded. I strongly advise against engaging with this fraudulent organization.
My name is *** Corporate getaway rentals contacted me in November, they stated that they could rent out my unused timeshare weeks and get me a return of $7,000 to 10,000 but nothing less than $7,000, i also had to give them a deposit of $2,394.00 on 11/10. I gave them the deposit on that date they were guaranteeing in 180 days i would have that return I've been calling sometimes i talk to someone who gives me an excuse and tells me that they're going to take over and get it done and I don't hear from them anymore. As of today 10/10/2022 it's a month from being a year and still I can't even get any information about my money i asked for a refund but they told me they don't do that. So I'm hoping you can help me with this issue because they're scamming a lot of people. Thank you for your time and consideration.
On the 7th of April, 2022, my credit card was charged $2,392.00 in payment for release of points to be rented out by this enterprise. My story is like all the others I read--contacted by phone, asked to participate, agreed and I was supposed to be guaranteed that I would be paid within 4 months, but certainly by 6 months. I have not received a check and have had no call back from them. I am requesting my $2,392.00 back since they didn't exercise the contract. I believe that this is a scam on (mostly) senior citizens and truly resent deceit in their business practices. Can you help me please? Since I have paperless billing, I have no actual paper to present. I can however, ask my credit card company to send me a copy.
I am a Marriott Vacation Club owner and hold timeshare points
I am a Marriott Vacation Club owner and hold timeshare points. I received a call, unsolicited, from this company and they had details about my ownership and asked if i was interested in renting out some of my unused rental time and receive rental income. Of course , this sounded like a good opportunity for me and I spent quite a bit of time speaking to the representative who called me and getting information about their program. They said i needed to pay them $2392 for their rental service fee and i would see rental income from my property they would rent out within 180 days, and likely within 90 days. It's been 180 days and i've not heard anything about my timeshare wanting to be rented. I've called the company now 5 times and each time i call, i'm told that no one is available to speak with about my file and a message would be sent on my behalf to receive a response from one of the specialists on my file. I have never gotten a call back. no one i speak with has any information about the status of my rental or even a response for my questions or issues. I believe i was scammed by this company and they took my $2392 and I will never see anything from it. Furthermore, i am wondering how they got all my information and feel unsafe. The details on my credit card bill say that the transaction was "in person" which is also false. I know there are lots of companies out there who do dishonest things, but i am hoping i can get some response or action taken on this company so that they cant do more things like this to people like me.

On November 22, a Account Specialist (Shelby) reached out to me and told me about an opportunity to sell weeks from RCI
On November 22, a Account Specialist (Shelby) reached out to me and told me about an opportunity to sell weeks from RCI. I would have to purchase them for $399 and in return when they sell them I would receive $1600 for each week I elect to do. Shelby told me that they cannot guarantee how quick the weeks will be sold. Although, they usually are sold in 90 to 180 days (Shelby said on many occasions that they cannot guarantee but they typically get it done in 180 days. If it does not they will renew for another 180 days. I asked how did things look even with the current circumstances (Covid). I was put at ease that it would not be an issue. I paid Corporate Getaway Rentals 3.192 on November 24. I gave CGR close to 180 days due to the circumstances before inquiring about the sale. Since than I have reached out to CGR on multiple occasions. Each time I get "they have inquiries for your weeks and are waiting on the resorts". At the end of June I was told an inventory manager would reach out to me. I spoke with an inventory manager (Gian-C***) and he told me he had some things working. He even sent me a text with his number to stay in touch. At the end of July, I had no response and reached out to Gian about not hearing anything. I have sent four more text since receiving a response on July 23 but no response. I am seeing the same story from everyone else that has dealt with CGI. I have tried to be patient with the process but I feel like I have been lied too and led on. I am seeing other complaint being resolved and they are all started the process after me.

My husband and I were contacted by Corporate Getaway Rentals about "renting out" some of our "extra weeks" through RCI
My husband and I were contacted by Corporate Getaway Rentals about "renting out" some of our "extra weeks" through RCI. I was called repeatedly for over a month before I finally gave in and allowed the representative to give their full sales pitch. We purchased our time share right before the pandemic and have not been able to use our time share yet, so this seemed legit and like a good way to earn some of our money back. I was incredibly thorough in asking information about this arrangement and the representatives were VERY reassuring that they were becoming Complaintsboard.com accredited soon and that this offer was real. They stated that I had to "activate" my extra weeks by paying an up front fee of $249 for each week that we wanted to rent out. Eventually agreeing to rent out the extra weeks (after more repeated phone calls), we paid a total of $996 up front to "activate" 4 weeks. We were promised a return of $1,450/week, totaling $5,800 and a profit of $4,804 after we repaid ourselves for the activation fees. We were told that there is a 100% guarantee of this return of investment within 90 days. We paid Corporate Getaway Rentals the "activation" fee back on 10.28.2021. I have made multiple attempts to contact CGR and can never get an answer. This entire experience has been incredibly disheartening & frustrating. We feel taken advantage of, in a time, where everyone is already struggling financially or medically due to the state of the world. We would like a 100% refund to the card that was charged the $996 activation fee in October, and a formal apology from the company.

A transaction in the amount of $3192.00 was processed on 10/7 by this business
A transaction in the amount of $3192.00 was processed on 10/7 by this business. The 1st problem is that the rep Leo *** misrepresented himself by saying that he was from a company called RCI and not Corporate Rental Getaways. The money would be used to rent out my wife's and my timeshare to corporate businesses at a much higher rate than what we paid. After numerous conversations with Holiday Inn Club Vacations where we own our timeshare. They informed me that this is not a legitimate offer. Companies can use public records to contact owners and that they are not connected to Holiday Inn Club Vacations or RCI. I spoke to Leo *** at this company several times and he could not provide me with a name, email or phone number to contact someone at RCI to verify. I contacted him on 12/13 to let him know that I would like to get our money back. He said that it was too late because we had 10 days to request a refund. Initially he stated that he needed to rent 32 rooms and that he already had 4 rented and the process would take about 30 days. Later he said 90 days and then again later on he said up to 180 days. He got very irate when I told him that we wanted our money back and said that all of the phone calls are recorded. I told him that he should go back and check the first phone call that was made. Based on the information that we received from HICV, I feel like we were mislead and that this a total scam and would like our money back. I would like to have the charges reversed on my credit card. I am willing to pursue this matter legally as well if this can't be resolved very soon.

On Sept. 22, 2021, Robert H, Rental Coordinator from Corporate Getaway Rentals contacted us
On Sept. 22, 2021, Robert H, Rental Coordinator from Corporate Getaway Rentals, an affiliate company, contacted us about activating our unused 8 weeks of Timeshare for $3192.00, promising to help us profit from these weeks at $1,400.00 each. We explained our financial constraints due to my mother's care at home. Robert assured us it was beneficial for us and the resorts to fill these weeks and that we would receive the money within 90 - 120 days, aiding with my mother's care expenses. We've been following up monthly since December. In January, Dawn [protected]) mentioned the contracts were nearly finalized. We urgently requested our refund after my mother's passing on Dec 25, 2021, due to rising care and funeral costs. As of April 4, 2022, we were told the responsible person was unavailable but would return our call. By April 7, 2022, without a response, we directly messaged Robert, yet there's been no reply as of April 11, 2022. We now seek a reversal of the $3192.00 charge to our credit card by Corporate Getaways Rentals, who we believe shared our information and misled us financially. We also filed a complaint to get the charge reversed.
