I made reseveration at this hotel around June 20, 2023 and they charges my credit card. I have no complaint, except there no restaurant or breaskfast. Had to buy a sandwich for $9.02 and the bread was soggy and the ham did not taste right, so I ate a soogy cheese sandwich. When I checked out the next morning, I cancelled my August 30, 2023 reservation and was told I would get a refund for August 30, 2023.

I did not understand why they charge you before you stay but was told if I cancelled before 48 hours I would receive a refund. They charged me on June 20, 2023 for August 1 $113.86 and for August 30 $110.04. I do not want a refund for August 1, 2023 because I slept there and used the shuttle but I do want a refund for August 30, 2023 for $110.04 as I cancelled the reservation for August 30, 2023 on my way out and was told I would get a refund.

I was given a corporate number to call about this and the person I talked to said, "it would have to be solved by the hotel in Phoenix"

I called to the Raddison to reserve a nig ht at the Country Inn in Wilmington. Upon callinh I spoke with the front desk, the first person that answered (Zyria) the phone was not knowledgeable of the prices. With that being said she quoted me a price of $279.00 a night beginning on 06/17/2023, then the phone was handed to another co-worker that had no idea of what i was calling about. I then again had to state why and what I was calling for. I then spoke to Jasmine who informed me that 06/17/2023 was for $135.00 a night, with taxes it would be $152.00 and that the first representative told me was incorrect. Jasmine stated it was not $279.00 she had no idea where she got that from. As I began the process to pay for the room, she then asked me for the date. I again told her 06/17/2023 through 06/18/2023 and then Jasime, who would not provide her last name, said the price is $279.00. After a long discussion with Jasmine about I initially told her I needed a one-night stay for 06/17/2023 and they she said the first co-worker provided a wrong price. I discussed with Jasmine they need to honor the price of $135.00. Jasmine then said she needed to contact a manager. I assumed she was connecting me to a manager, instead she returned back to the line and said the manager is not honoring the price of $135.00. I asked to speak to the manager, she said the manager was not there and I need to call back during office hours Monday through Friday. Today is Friday 06/16/2023 around 2;30PM. i stated to Jasmine I was calling during the office hours. The front desk workers refused to let me speak to a manger. I asked for the corporate number, instead they provide me the reservation number. After several call back to the hotel to speak with a manager I was then transferred to her voicemail. The employees were VERY rude not professional at all.

is a rip off. The room was clean and comfy, but the breakfast was not that great. The staff was friendly, but they could have been more helpful with directions. Overall, it was an okay stay, but not worth the extra cash.

I stayed at the Nashville BNA Country Inn and Suites from January 3rd to January 5th, 2022. The hotel room was in bad shape when I checked in and I complained about it. I am a *** Gold Member and the lady at the front desk gave me a free upgrade, but the hotel manager is claiming they upgraded my room because of my complaint, which is not true. I checked out on January 5th and was charged $162.89, but later found out I was charged again on January 8th for $254.13, which is not fair. I have filed several complaints to customer care, but the hotel is not responding and not refunding my money. This is terrible service and I am very disappointed.

I called the hotel at 10:30 am on 12/11 to book a room for 2 nights for $200 using QuadPay. I spoke with a man who told me to select the option to pay at the hotel and choose QuadPay for $150. He said the hotel would process the card on file for $150 and I could pay the remaining $50 with my debit card. I was worried about any issues during check-in since I was traveling from Memphis to Nashville. I booked the room and selected the pay at the hotel option. When I checked in at 4:40 pm, I found out that the information I was given was wrong and I couldn't check in. I had to call *** to resolve the issue and was on the phone for over an hour. I was told to put in a dispute. I went back to the hotel front desk around 6 and asked if my reservation was cancelled. The agent said it wasn't and my rate was still the same. I paid the $200 with my debit card. Later, I saw that my bank account was charged $244. The agent said my reservation was cancelled and I was charged the hotel rate. She said the earlier agent was new, but I shouldn't have paid more. The hotel was the worst.
