First issue is with load [protected]. I downloaded my BOL thru the App after speaking to the New Rep assigned to me with the in and out times for detention as well as emailed to her the information. Days later she is messaging me that it was denied because I did not submit a BOL to reflect times at the receiver while using the BOL that was used to get a fuel advance.
Second is Yesterdays load [protected] that I booked online, Same rep called me to verify all was on point. Same Rep that on our first day meeting months ago knew I had a roll up, same roll up I had since my very first job with Coyote, one of the Only companies that specify in the description that you cannot use a roll up or that Swing doors are needed and have told me in the past if the description don’t say it “You are good to go with roll ups” and again verified this when the Rep last night looked in the system and admitted that it should have been specified on the notes and was not before initiating case CCG0025200 requesting a TONU, only to call my Rep who approves it, just to be told that I booked online vs with a Rep so that disqualifies me for TONU. I respected Coyote prior this new Rep assigned to me and NEVER had these type of issues with Glenn my old Rep, but things like this Tarnish reputations and should be put in a spotlight.
Desired outcome: Pay me my detention and TONU. Stop these unethical practices immediately.
