I purchased several 3-month Cratejoy subscriptions for Christmas presents this year. I did not want any of them to renew after 3 months. I received an email stating one of my subscriptions was renewing, and that is where the problems started. I was unable to log into my account to cancel the subscription. I have not received my subscription boxes monthly since June 2021 and am being charged $34.96 to $44.97 monthly since. There is no phone number for contact and my numerous tickets I have opened on their website have gone unresponsive. We are now at charges from July 2021 up until the last one taken 6-1-23 of close to a thousand dollars. It also states on their website there are no open subscriptions for my account.
Desired outcome: I am looking to have my subscription cancelled and all monies from July 2021 thru the last payment taken 6-1-23 refunded.
Earring package for my grandaughter
A couple of weeks ago, i ordered 2 things: 1 was the self care package ordered for my daughter angela whose birthday is on dec. 26th. This package came to her house early. 2. The second package _earring kit for 12months has not arrived yet! this was supposed to be sent to my grandaughters house in garfield heights. Her birthday was dec, 18th! i paid for these items already. Her name is quentavia macon. I even included messages. Please help?! what happened to my order?
Desired outcome: I WANT MY GRANDAUGHTER TO RECEIVE HER PACKAGE-EVEN THOUGH LATE. ABOUT THE FUTURE PACKAGES THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO COME WITH THESE TWO ORDERS. ANGELA'S IS FOR THREE MONTHS AND QUENTAVIA'S EARRINGS FOR 12 MONTHS.

Cratejoy will deny you the right to post an honest, yet negative review in violation of H.R.5111 - Consumer Review Fairness Act of 2016. They will not let you post anything less than a four star review.
They also host fraudulent sellers, such as "bloomin bin" and will protect these businesses no matter what they do.
Multiple complaints have been filed against them with the FTC and attorney general. until they are shut down shop elsewhere!
