09/01/23 at 4:05pm one of your staff called and talk to me in regard to acct ending in 0967... I received a billing for $88.00 due. I verified payment is in mail WSB Money order No#1992861... That I made two payments by mistake on my other card ending in 0733. Acting Agent of Credit One Bank stated issue is resolved by payment of $88.00 Asian female. The same day number [protected] at 5:20pm again a different acting agent Asian male from [protected] again demanding payment just after resolving the issue ... Again, noting calls logged 3:19pm ,4:05 pm ,5:20 pm in one day before and after resolution of any matters concerning account ending in 0967. This is harassment. Wisconsin Law 806 Harassment.
