Dear Credit One Customer Service,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding the recent experience I have had with activating my credit card. Despite providing all the necessary documents to verify my identity, such as my state identification, social security card, paystub, and lease, my card remains inactive.
What adds to my frustration is that I have already been charged a $75 fee and received a statement with a payment due date of 8/24/23, even though my card has never been activated. It is disheartening to see charges being applied to an inactive card that I am unable to use. Currently the card is saying the balance is past due as well. I feel like I'm being scammed into paying fees for a card they are denying me the use of and the excuse is they can not verify my identity! But if that is true why are they charging fees?
I kindly request your assistance in activating my card as soon as possible. I have fulfilled all the required steps and provided all the necessary documentation to prove my identity. I am eager to begin using my credit card and enjoy the benefits it offers.
I understand that issues may arise during the activation process, but it is important to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience. I would greatly appreciate it if you could investigate this matter promptly and provide a resolution that allows me to start using my card without any further delays. Also the customer reps hang up the phone or they transfer you to somebody that then hangs up.
I have always held Credit One in high regard and have had positive experiences with your services in the past. I believe that this issue is a misunderstanding or oversight, and I trust that your team will rectify it swiftly.
Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to a prompt resolution that will enable me to activate my card and continue my relationship with Credit One.
The following are case numbers that were given when I had to submit a Id matching my new address , Lease, paystub and social security number:

Desired outcome: To have the care activated if that is not an option I would like the card canceled because I am being charged for a card that they won't activate
