They tryin' to get money from me for a debt that I already said ain't mine and my health insurance company gotta handle it
They tryin' to get money from me for a debt that I already said ain't mine and my health insurance company gotta handle it. I done told 'em in writing, like the Colorado law says. But they ain't been gettin' back to me or United Health Care. Now they goin' and tellin' the big credit agencies that I'm super late on payin' this debt.

I got sent to collections by some other company. I paid the original company, but this credit collections company didn't take away their claim against me. I don't owe them any money, and the original company said I was good and didn't owe anything more. This credit company hasn't sent me any more messages saying I owed money, so I had no clue it was messing up my credit score.

On Sept 14,2020 Credit Service got my letter asking for proof of an account 5842989***. They ain't replied yet. According to Texas Finance Code Section 392.202, they got 30 days to respond to a validation request. If they don't respond, it means they agree the debt ain't right, as per Texas Finance Code 392.202(b)(2). But guess what? It's November 24 and they still showing the account on my credit. That's against state collection laws. I'm trying to fix this without going to court. I reckon if I take it up with the ComplaintsBoard.com, we can sort it out easier. If they delete the account, stop reporting it to the credit bureaus, and give me written proof, then I'll consider it done.

They're still telling the credit people about this account as of January 20. That's against the law in some states. I'm trying my best to fix this without going to court. I think if I complain to the ComplaintsBoard.com, we can sort it out easier. If they delete the account, stop telling the credit people, and give me written proof, then I'll be happy and consider this matter done.

Credit Service Company, Inc. keeps puttin' wrong and fake stuff on my credit report, even though I never had any account with 'em. They went ahead and got my credit report, personal info, and medical info without askin' me or lettin' me know. That's against the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ("FDCPA"), 15 U.S.C. §§ 1692 - 1692o, also known as Pub.L. 90-321, Title VIII, §§ 802 - 817.(a) u and Texas Finance Code Sec. 392.202. They didn't even tell me 'bout the collection or show any proof that it's legit. And now they keep reportin' lies on my credit report. I want 'em to take this account off my credit report and stop tryin' to collect any money from me. I also want 'em to delete and get rid of my personal and medical info from all their databases.
