Credit Value review: Unapproved debits coming out of my account and creating NSF fees

Unapproved debits coming out of my account and creating NSF fees. Seven times credit value has tried to take the amount of $18.99 out of my account. I have not signed any documentation or sent any email approval for this and they agree. I am seeking to have the nonsufficient fund fees which is $48 per, I don’t want them to reimburse me for those fees for if they had not taken the debit out seven times, I would not have incurred the fees from my bank. This is not my banks fault so they will not reimburse me. This is definitely not my fault as I did not approve these debits. The company has terrible reviews and I think it’s a scam and fraudulent company to be avoided at all costs. They admit they’re wrong doing yet they are not willing to give me back money that is owed to me. The amount is $402.99. I will be filing an official complaint with the Canadian ombudsman and they will be found guilty and they will Have to reimburse me but for some reason they are not taking me seriously. I am not going away until I receive every penny back.
