I gotta say, CreditGUARD of America, Inc
I gotta say, CreditGUARD of America, Inc. really messed up with their harassing calls. They straight up lied about it! And to top it off, they can't even make payments on time. What a disappointment.
Worthless and bad customer service, dont enroll on this shady program
Worthless and bad customer service, dont enroll on this shady program. They didnt help me with anything and it was just a waste of time.
I've been makin' payments to CreditGUARD of America, Inc
I've been makin' payments to CreditGUARD of America, Inc. for my credit cards. But guess what? All them credit cards keep callin' me and sayin' they ain't gettin' my payments. And to top it off, my credit done went down by a whole 30 points!
Great company
Great company. They got us out of dept quickly and saved us tens of thousands of dollars in interest. Customer service is always friendly and helpful. Their method helps improve your score while paying off unsecured dept much quicker and paying a lot less interest.
This is to express my sincere appreciation to CreditGUARD of America, Inc
This is to express my sincere appreciation to CreditGUARD of America, Inc., Boca Raton, FL as a member of their program - they are excellent. I have been with the company several months and I am so pleased that my credit score has gone up, bills are being paid on time, some interest rates have been reduced, their reporting has been great. I am being treated with respect during telephonic communication. It is my opinion that they certainly deserve an A+ rating. I am thankful that I joined.
I had a good experience with Credit Guard and completed the program last year
I had a good experience with Credit Guard and completed the program last year. The employees at Credit Guard are great and looking back at my positive experience, I want to recommend it to others. It does take a month or two for things to get off the ground, but sure enough, things fell into place after that. (In order not to get late notices in the beginning, I made my own separate payments to my creditors.) You're in good hands with this company. If I were ever in a bad situation again, especially in this pandemic time, I would use their services again. Thank you, Credit Guard!
Be careful, I used to have great credit
Be careful, I used to have great credit. The reason I got into this mess was because I was confused about due dates. I was paying each of my bills perfectly on time. So I thought maybe if I consolidate my payments for one specific due date, it would be easier. Biggest mistake I have ever made. Now, after seeing all the negative reviews about Credit Guard of America, I have to embarrass myself and ask a family member to borrow $5000 to pay off all my cards. Be careful, don't fall into this trap. This was supposed to improve my credit, not mess it up. Be careful, be careful, be careful.
I can never get anyone on the phone, and when you get a supervisor, he is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with
I can never get anyone on the phone, and when you get a supervisor, he is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. I requested information on my case to show payments, and as I thought, they weren't doing their job the way I was promised. My credit score took over a 150 percent hit. I don't know what happened. It started off great, but they dropped the ball on several things and had no excuse. They just said, "We're sorry." It costed me over *** dollars, and the manager said, "Too bad. You shouldn't have trusted us. You shouldn't have signed the contract." Not, "I'm sorry. We made a valuable mistake." I would not recommend them to anyone who does business in this manner.
I hired Credit Guard of America to help me with Credit One Bank's high interest rates
I hired Credit Guard of America to help me with Credit One Bank's high interest rates. Unfortunately, their approach goes beyond what I expected and causes more harm than good. When the account is paid off, it gets closed, which negatively affects my credit score. Credit One Bank is my oldest account, and now that it's closed, lenders see me as inexperienced and are hesitant to trust me. I owe $3.84K in credit charges, and I could easily repay it with a $4K consolidation loan. However, my attempts to get a loan have been unsuccessful, and I even fell for a couple of scams. Here's an excerpt from a letter I wrote to BBVA to explain further: Currently, I have a total of $9.95K in available credit and a total debt of $3.84K. If I divide my total debt by my total credit and multiply by 100, my utilization ratio is 38.59%. It's not ideal, but it's not a disaster if I can find additional income to pay it off. However, if Credit Guard of America has its way... Once my $2K credit line with Credit One Bank and two other credit lines worth $1.70K are taken away, my total available credit drops to $6.25K. Using the same formula, my utilization ratio now becomes 61.44%. BBVA USA, if the above calculations don't show Credit Guard of America's incompetence and why I want to get rid of them, I don't know what will. A $4K debt consolidation loan would eliminate my debt, but Credit Guard of America has just charged off my debt with Credit One Bank and the other two creditors, which reflects poorly on my credit report. I'm trying to establish business credit and buy a car and a house.

This company keeps calling my phone
This company keeps calling my phone. When I called them to ask why they are calling my phone and who they were calling, they just said it was the wrong number and couldn't tell me who they were calling. How dumb is that? They said they would stop calling my phone, but I have received at least a dozen calls and messages to call them back. Someone in the house has an account with this company, and I am on the do not call list if this is a telemarketer.
I reached out to CreditGUARD of America, Inc
I reached out to CreditGUARD of America, Inc. on June 6th, 2022 to help me with my debt situation. After going through the application process and setting everything up, I called them back on the same day to cancel my application because I changed my mind. They assured me that my application would be canceled, but it seems like it hasn't been canceled at all. They still managed to process the two payments that I had originally scheduled with them. The first payment of $75 was taken out on June 10th, 2022, and the second payment of $84.39 was taken out on June 16th.
I cancelled my account and plan with CreditGuard over the phone
I cancelled my account and plan with CreditGuard over the phone. The first time I tried to cancel, a guy on the other end said, "Trust me, you can trust me, just stick with us and we'll help you get rid of this debt problem." I told him I didn't need the service anymore and could pay off my past due amounts on my own. He seemed reluctant to do what I asked, so I hung up and called back later hoping to get a different customer service rep. This time, someone else said they would cancel my account. All I had to do was fill out a DocuSign form sent to the website customer portal from *** and submit it. I followed the instructions while on the phone with the rep to make sure it was done. It's been almost a month, maybe even longer, and I've been paying off my credit cards in full. Today, I paid off my Credit One account and was told that CreditGuard still has me listed as an active customer. I can't log into my account to get the form myself and send it to my credit card company so they can reopen my account. I'm fully paid off now, but I can't access my credit cards because *** didn't follow through with the cancellations. I want a refund of the $50 activation fee because this has been a major inconvenience. I asked the rep when the forms would be sent to my credit card companies, and he said right away. Again, it's been almost a month, if not longer. Please cancel my account, refund my $50, and send the correct documents to my credit card companies that you closed so I can continue building my credit and living my life.
