Being mistreated lie to. Counselor kadeshia not attending to their patients and being on phone / apple watch or listening to music
I have been going to Crossroads Treatment Center in Hartsville South Carolina for 10 years which was starting point at one point in time. I had no problems there until the past few months it started with my new counselor Kadeshia starting on in August/September of 2022 I had a bottle recall she only call my house phone at 10:45am but she didn't leave a...

Going into the clinic to dose this morning at approximately 7am was myself, Amanda Spencer #171 and my boyfriend Paul Clarkston #172. While waiting at the window my boyfriend “farted” on me as a joke. Which we are always playing jokes on each other daily. We were told by Dara that we were both in the waiting cue and able to go back and dose. I (Amanda) was called back first to dose with no problems. Then my boyfriend (Paul) went back to dose and wasn’t able to unless he went up front and apologized to Dara for farting at the window. Dara would not let him get his medicine because she thought he was farting at her, and even if he was, it was a joke for one and two, there is a window so it didn’t get thru to her in any way. But she was just assuming it was towards her when it wasn’t. But whatever the matter is nobody working in a treatment center should not allow somebody to get their medicine for any reason unless it’s over benzodiazepines, alcohol or some reason from the facility doctor. Dara Cyrus is not a doctor or a nurse and is not in the position to deny any patient medication for any reason. If he didn’t apologize, she was going to have him leave with no dose for today. That is outrageous. Making a patient go sick over joke? Over something that had nothing to do with her. Just because of her OPINION. No. That’s not right. And keep in mind - anytime Paul has joked with me in the hall ways and she was there it wasn’t a problem. She would laugh and say “oh my God”. So since she was behind glass today, making assumptions and not laughing cause she was having a bad morning in her personal life doesn’t give her any right to do what she did. Every time we go into the clinic we are deterred from coming because of Dara Cyrus. I don’t want to see anybody lose their job, especially before Christmas. But something needs to change. She knew she was going to start drama this morning by demanding an apology or you’ll leave sick. And she was successful in starting this drama.
Desired outcome: I don’t want her to have control of signing patients into the cue. Her to not be able to keep people from getting their medicine over petty reasons and her opinions. It was not a medical reason so it shouldn’t have happened.
Eric cheponis - crossroads treatment center
This provider aka physicians assistant verbally assaulted me on Saturday at my appt (08/27/22) and something needs to be done about it. He resorted to calling me names and he littling me and then when I was leaving I reminded him that my prescription needed to be filled for 3 pills a day and his exact verbatim words were “I’ll get right on that” and don’t ya know that he never sent my medications to the pharmacy just to be mean and nasty! I have witnesses that overheard his accosting me because he berated me so loudly. 2 of the witnesses are actually crossroad treatment center employees with Brian the man that day being the supervisor there! Please help me . Eric cheponis is a monster. I’m afraid for my life
Desired outcome: Him terminated from practicing with human life ever again
Make a complaint to the licensing board they will reprimand him or possibly pull his license. I wrote a comment for the 1st complaint on here go look at that one

The people that made these complaints you have other avenues to file a complaint. You can file a grievance. You could contact your SOTA. You could put a complaint in to the accreditation department either CARF or JAHCO. If they have a license like an RN or LDCA you can file complaint with the licensing board. I hope this helps
