I bought a car from this dealership when I was 8 months pregnant and started having problems with the vehicle as soon as I left. I brought the car back to them on 4 different occasions and they claimed to fix it. But now that I'm just outside their 90-day window (my life has been pretty busy with a new baby and 3 other kids), I finally took the car into a shop that's owned by a family friend because the issues have never been resolved. They just told me that the car's engine is shot and it needs a new engine which will cost me more than the car is even worth. So I called the dealership to work something out since they were so "nice" before and they just said, "well you bought the car as is so there's your answer." I told them I was going to take them to small claims court and they said, "look forward to it, I go everyday." DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I have learned my lesson.

I bought a 14 Subaru WRX with 47k miles. The car hasn't even been driven 1k miles. It has a blown motor, blown head gaskets, Coilovers aren't even put on right, driver side axle broken, starter and battery looks like it was beat down with a screwdriver, quick release front bumper was glued so it won't fall off, broken front lip, missing back skirt. But hey, I got good APR thanks to them, the only plus. When I purchased the car, I was expecting about 2-3k in expenses since the dealer and service reps looked real shady, but I was not expecting this much problem with it. The car looks like it was purchased at an auction by them and they didn't even bother to inspect it. Definitely do not recommend. At the end, it's my fault cause I knew better, but like I said, I was prepared for something bad, but not literally a whole new car. The representatives that work at this dealership are not professional and they hang up on their customers to not deal with their complaints. Representative Dillep and the Business Manager named Denise were rude and so impatient to hear my complaint.

I went to finance a car at Cruzen Motor Group, LLC in Reno. They told me I was approved, so I gave them $4600 as a down payment on a 2011 Ford Mustang GT. They took the car and my money, but I was in Las Vegas at the time. They towed the car from Vegas with all my belongings still inside. Now they won't give me my deposit back or return my stuff. Can someone please help me?

They told me to contact the MI dmv to find out what documents they needed to send to MI for my new car's title, registration, and plate. I called the MI dmv and got the info, but when I called the dealership back, they refused to send the documents. My husband and I called them two more times, but they yelled at us and hung up. Even a MI dmv agent called them, but they hung up on them too. Now the dealership says I need a MI vin inspection, certified copy of application of MI registration, and to pay all fees before they'll send anything, but MI doesn't require any of that.

On November 13th, I went and put down 6,000 on a 2013 Ford Fusion with a 180.00 fee to use my card. That would leave me with a balance of a little over 3,000. I filled out the app in the office and gave them all the documentation they asked for, including 6 references. I told the owner that I don't make much with my job and my credit isn't good. He said everything is okd and they wouldn't run my credit because they were going to finance in-house. They approved my application, told me my payments, and said I was good to go. They just reminded me to make my payments because they are the ones carrying the 3000. I started a new job on the 19th and had to change my phone number on the 21st for personal reasons. That's when they came on the 25th using the gps tracking in my car and repoed it. They said since I didn't notify them of the changes, they are taking the car. Then they tried to say I lied about my phone number and employment on my app when I did not. They first told me to come in and refill out the app with the correct information. Then they said they wouldn't give me a refund and I needed to bring what's owed on the car plus towing fee to get my car back.
