On 10-18-22 We had a water softner intalled. It was plumbed backwards by mistake. The next morning none of our toilets would flush. I went to the store and purchased 3 toilet kits. I opened the valves and flushed everything and installed the kits. Shortly after I finished a Culligan rep arrived and and flushed more of the system. Since then Culligan has been out to our house three or four more times to flush the system. I have purchased three shower heads and one faucet. I installed the shower heads and Culligan installed the faucet. I was told by Jeff that i would be reinbursed for what I have spent. This was two months ago and I have yet to see any money. Currently my Kitchen faucet barely trickles water. I also remove our shower head once a week to flush the it out and get decent water flow. I contacted a plumber who says he has seen this problem before and it can continue for many years and says the whole system needs a major flushing out. He also said the junk that got pushed into our system renders the system ineffective now and the filter aspect needs replaced. I need some sort of help. I've already done a lot on my end and I don't feel I'm asking too much to have a good operating system. Plesee don't redirect this to the Ontario office or back to Jeff that manages the depot that did the job. That does not seem to be working.
