Honestly its the best thing that ever happened to me
Honestly its the best thing that ever happened to me. *** struggled with acne for ***. Large painful acne sometimes the size of quarters that would only go away from going to an esthetician three times a week which got super expensive. I was able to get that under control but my skin was red and extremely scarred and I would never not have at least small breakouts all over my skin. I had a large cluster of nodule zits under my chin that wouldnt go away no matter what I did. I tried this and my skin has never looked so clear. It has really calmed down the redness, I dont feel greasy or grimy anymore, the zits under my chin are completely gone and I rarely get a break out at all! I even feel it has a glow to it. Highly highly recommend!

I've used Curology products for over a year and they worked pretty well for me. However, my card was charged for my next shipment on 11/18 and I received an email saying it had shipped. When I click the *** link to track shipment, all it has said for the last few weeks is that *** has received order information. My Curology account says the estimated delivery date is 12/2 but it's now 12/10 and there have been no updates. I sent 7 very nice emails every day for a week, asking for info and have received no response other than an auto confirmation that the emails were received. Not sure what happened with Curology, but very disappointed and not ok with paying for product that I never received. Will likely have to go through my bank to get my money back at this point
So far so good! I still get little breakouts here and there but overall its been a good experience! Ive recommended curology to a few other people who have started it as well. I wish we could receive some sort of credit for referring other people but whatever haha
Curology has destroyed my skin, I started 3 months ago and I started off with having maybe 10 pimples and now i have over 70 and would literally do anything in the world to go back and not try curology. They make you dependent on their skin products and are like, youre just purging right now despite me passing their maximum 2 month purging time. I wouldnt reccommend curology to my worst enemy. No one should hate their skin like curology has made me hate mine.
I've been using curology for about 2 months now, I wouldn't say there was a huge difference in my skin, but a slight one; skin feels smoother and heathier after the procedure of cleanse, apple custom and moisture. I'm not to happy with the price being $60+ because I find that cheaper products can give you same results. I don't have terrible ache but maybe someone who does, curology is the answer for them. However the product to me isn't ideal. I feel like you could find cheaper alternatives that will gave same results. The brand is really just overrated and over advertised; seeing it everywhere I gave it a try, but it isn't really all that perfect. Just my opinion :)
Amazing customer care. First acne treatment to actually work! They really care about your progress, and in my case the doctor changed my formula to better suit my skin. All things considered curology is affordable, works, and goes above and beyond to the patient needs. Complaintsboard.com backing could take this company further.

I have had a super hard time finding a skincare routine that didnt irritate my skin but also gave results. *** tried a ton of different products but nothings worked better for me than Curology. For a year *** use it and the difference in my skin is incredible. Obviously like many skincare products there will be a handful of people it just doesnt work for but I highly recommend at least trying Curology because I along with so many other people have found it to be totally worth it. Everything about the company I love: the packaging, the providers, the companys digital platforms, the made-for-you formulas, the body wash, and every product *** tried. So to sum it up if your thinking about Curology and wondering if its worth it Im telling you that it is 100% worth trying because *** fallen in love with it! ?
I am about 6 weeks into my Curology journey. While it is still early in my journey and I am still experiencing breakouts I do love the products. Everything else I have tried severely dried out my skin to the point I could not finish. My skin is so smooth and feels cleaner. I am noticing my skin starting to brighten. I was having some concerns about my breakouts and my provider was very helpful and gave me some tips to help. I love having someone to talk to and help you through. I am very excited to see my results in the next month.

I love how supportive and attentive the dermatologists are at Curology. That gave my review 3 stars. I took off 2 stars because I didnt notice my skin getting better that much. My main concerns we went over were redness, dark spots, and acne scars. While my assigned medication did help a bit with redness, I did not notice my scars or dark spots fading. I also had more breakouts than normal when I was using my previously prescribed retinol and clindamycin from my doctor. As a result, I have come to the conclusion that I would not pay money for Curology when I have my medical insurance to cover other acne medication. However, if you do not have a doctor who can prescribe you medication, Id suggest trying this out! I would like to make a disclaimer that I did receive 3 months of free products from Influenster in exchange for my honest review.
This product is amazing. Im 45 years old and have been looking for a skincare solution my whole life. Dermatologist never helped yet insurance is happy to keep covering them. My skin is near perfect now using this simple and inexpensive product.
I received this product as complimentary for testing purposes. Ive been trying it for about 3 months and I have to say that I do not notice much difference in my skin. The first month and a half or so, my skin was purging a lot. I have switched my routine a bit and it calmed down. Overall, my skin took a long time to come back to normal.
The products have worked great! I saw a significant difference in my fine lines within 6 weeks of using the product. I changed my subscription and it was very easy to do. I am not sure how good the spot patches work but they definitely stop me from picking at my face so I love them because of that. Just like any other free trial, you have to sign up for a subscription and it very clearly states that. Overall great price, great products, and a great website.

I have been using Curology for almost a year now, and I have never had success with skincare regimes until I discovered Curology! I understand that skin success ranges depending on each individual, but for me, I have a newfound confidence in my natural skin with the help of my provider, custom formula, and Curology products. The initial adjustment period can be challenging as some may go a few weeks without seeing results. For me, adjusting to my formula was a series of intermittent dryness, skin tightening and a brief purge period. I started seeing my skin clear in roughly 2-3 months of using my custom formula every night along with morning and night cleansing and moisturizing. Now that my breakouts are rare, I am starting to see my skin tone and skin quality even out! By far the greatest decision I have made for myself and I encourage others to at least try and see if its right for you!

When I went to their website to unsubscribe and contact them, first there was no phone number, second no unsubscribe option and third no option to remove the payment info. So once they lure you in they are pretty much in control. I sent them several emails, reached them out on ***. They completely refused to pay my money back! literally ripped me off. also when I went on their *** page, and their page is set up in such a way that once I put in the review it redirected me to my page instead of showing on theirs. These people are not only doing unprofessional business but are also stealing customers money. Some serious action needs to be taken against them.

This company takes advantage of their "subscription" customers. I was never alerted that my subscription box was shipping and only noticed that a charge was pending in my ***. When I reached out to cancel the subscription, they took three days to return my emails. On their support page, it says to expect someone to respond within 24-48 hours, so this was outside of that window. Their "support" for the issue was to tell me that I was responsible for setting up my own alerts and that they have a no refund policy due to the personalized nature of their products. They are receiving business because people sign up for the cheap sample box, to TRY their product and a few weeks later they then send you the full-size, expensive product without telling you they are sending it and then you can't return it. I have asked that my account be promptly canceled and am waiting for confirmation. Stay away from this shady business.

Well this morning I woke up to a charge of $61.46 on my account from this company for a two month supply. I find this to be very frustrating and unprofessional because I did not authorize this payment. This led me to cancel my account with them due to lack of professionalism. Five hours after canceling my account I receive an email that states my shipment is on the way. Now how could I have a shipment on the way if I canceled my account? I searched the tracking number that was provided and there is no information regarding that tracking number. I have emailed the company multiple times and hope they get back to me soon. I do not want the product, all I want is my money back that they took without my permission. After reading all of the reviews, I know I am not the only one this company has stole from. I hope they do what is right and refund me the $61.46.

I enjoy the product but their customer service is horrible! I recently Had a shipment renewal come out of my account that I wanted to not happen and so I went ahead and emailed them and let them know that I wanted it to be canceled. They get back to me letting me know that they are going to process this refund and everything should be taken care of. After receiving this email I checked my bank account fully understanding that it's not gonna show up right then and there and I find another charge for $61.54 putting my account in the negative $51 because they had already charged me once that day. Now I am stuck broke, and trying to work everything out now but this whole situation has been an extreme hassle and has compromised my plans for this week because now I have to wait for my money to come back to me. I've been using Curology about a year If not longer and this is not the first time I've had difficulties with my subscription and being charged when I don't want to be they make it extremely difficult to cancel and extremely difficult to communicate with their customer service representatives.

Curology saved my skin and I haven't gone back since! I was recommended by a family friend, and was very hesitant to try the product. However, I went through the *** breakout at the beginning of quarantine when I began to weight gain, and I didn't know what to do. I had pimples that turned into dark spots all over my cheeks and forehead. I stopped taking pictures and videos because makeup couldn't even hide my new issues, including texture. I was considering bleaching cream, began doing turmeric masks, but nothing was giving me results. I actually noticed a Curology bottle in my family friend's bathroom and asked about their experience. Let's just say by the end of the conversation I was convinced, so she took my pictures for me to sign up with the program. As I waited for my bottle, I did my own research and gained access to their team care providers who answered my questions with ease. Within a few days, I received prescription medication to my door. And yet still, I was hesitant to try the product on my skin, but as I followed the guidelines and waited patiently, I started seeing the results I craved so badly. If you're looking for results and are tired of trying multiple products, Curology is most definitely worth the try!"

I canceled my subscription base off an interaction I had with their customer service and issues with incorrect shipment. I wanted a product that required an upgrade to the more expensive larger formula bottle. I reluctantly ordered to only not receive the product I upgrade it for. At first they refused to send my product until my next package which was 2 months away. "Unfortunately, we don't yet have the ability to send out replacements of just our emergency spot patches. As an apology for the inconvenience, I've applied a $4.95 credit to your account. This will cover the cost of your emergency spot patches in your next shipment." Then made it seem like by correcting their issue it was something special they were doing for me just this one time and throwing in something free. "All shipments are checked by different team members through multiple stages of the shipping process for quality assurance. However, as we are an all-human team, errors can occur. To make up for this, I've removed the $4.95 credit and instead, made a 'one-time exception' and added a 'free' replacement shipment of emergency spot patches for you." When I finally receive my replacement package and it was incorrect yet again. The interaction was very in genuine and made me feel very undervalued as a customer. If this is how they respond to a simple issue I shutter to think what would happen if a bigger one ever arose. I personally don't trust they have there customer's best in mind.

I received a free trial of Curology complimentary for testing purposes. I was excited to try curology but it turned out to make my skin 10x worse than what it had been. First, the cleanser and moisturizer are very basic. The cleanser is similar to CeraVe or Cetaphil which I know already dont work for my skin and I feel like Curologys cleanser is just private labeled of one of those brands. The moisturizer I believe you pick dry or oily skin but you dont really know exactly whats in it. Only the cream formula is customized. My skin is not sensitive and I dont usually experience a purge period when incorporating a new product but with Curology I did big time. Right before receiving, I found a holy grail product that was working well for my skin and using Curology set my skin back very far. I pushed through 2 months and decided I had enough and stopped using. I had new problem areas that I had never really broke out in before and had many, many more white heads than normal. I was not feeling good about myself and had a really hard time with self image because of this. My skin was all broken out and super oily. I reached out to the dermatologist to share that my formula was not working and they said to just keep using it soooo that was cool that they werent very helpful. My custom formula did not have any of the normal, and common acne fighting, ingredients that I use that actually helps my skin like salicylic acid or peroxide. The quiz you take for them to make your formula does not ask what ingredients youve found helpful for your skin and I think they should especially if someone knows what has worked in the past and what hasnt. My custom formula included niacinamide which I knew didnt work for my skin and 2 other ingredients that I had never heard of before pertaining to acne . After stopping and going back to my newfound holy grail product, my skin cleared right up within 2 weeks and has been less problematic on a consistent basis. Curology is worth it did not work for me in the slightest bit, actually the very opposite, it made my skin 10x worse. Im sure it works for some people but I would not recommend.

I had to only cover a fee of $4.95 in shipping and handling but upon closer inspection I had been charged an additional $1.35 in taxes. I have reached out on 4 occasions to find out what the tax was for. We don't have a Sales Tax here in ***, *** and I am assuming that was what they were charging me for. Then, without the normal text notification so I could stop it, they charged my card and shipped a prescription that I 100% told them was no longer okay with me. What kind of "health care professionals" are these... So sending me a prescription that I told you was no longer working for me is somehow in my best interest? Or is it in the best interest of the business who does not care about me as a patient at all? Give me a refund. I told you that I did not want to prescription any longer.

I immediately canceled my subscription since I was not aware of that when I enrolled nor is that a true 30 day trial as my product didnt ship until 8/18 and it arrived 8/28. I havent even had 30 days to use it. My next shipment no longer shows however, my money was taken out and also caused a overdraft when money shouldnt have been taken out in the very beginning! I obtained my free sample from Curology in Oct 2020. The product never worked for my skin. I emailed them and asked them to cancel my account, however never received an email reply. I was unable to figure out how to cancel my account so kept postponing my shipment. Well, I was unable to post pone my last shipment and it shipped and charged my card $86.00 for something that doesnt work for me. I thought we had it squared away and I was going back and forth via email, (they didn't want to call me). They said the account was closed as of 9/27, no money would be withdrawn and no orders would be sent out.Today, 10/11, i checked the mail and found a box of Curology and her account is again withdrawn *** and another *** for insufficient funds. She only uses this account for small amounts like fast food. I am so FRUSTRATED with this company. They don't have an actual phone number, they say the account is closed but still keep sending product and withdrawing from a so called "closed account". Please do something about this.

Once I found out I tried to cancelling the subscription via phone, email, etc and the company has not complied with our request. We rejected the product a few times with the postal service and even though it was returned to them they still proceeded to charge us. I have been disputing this companys charges for over a year now and I have yet to hear back from them or get any type of resolution. Today they responded to my request and told me they are unable to cancel my account because my daughter went from being a minor to an adult. Im exhausted from all of the red tape. This company is unprofessional and a scam! Cancelling a subscription should not take this long or be this difficult!

Curology can only be contacted via their email support.An order was initiated in November 22 and there was a problem with my card. I have sent a message to try it again. My Card wasn't charge until Nov 26th. My son had really bad acne and had been using them for a year with no improvement. He went to his doctor in November and a dermatologist was now scheduled. Curology did not create shipping label until Dec 8. I have massage them to cancel and retrieve the shipment an cancel this order since my son will be seeing a dermatologist. I am getting an auto reply that the subscription had been cancelled but no solution about returning the shipped item and the refund. I tried calling their number but this number does not take live calls. Shipment record & Charges record were deleted on the online account . It's impossible to contact them and get answer to my request for refund and shipping label to return the item.

I ordered Curology for my daughter on February 27th. The Curology website advertised a 90 day money back guarantee, so I felt confident in trying their product. My daughter received her first shipment, and the chemicals made her face red and itchy. We no more than received the first shipment, and a second shipment with a charge of $66.92 arrived. We requested a refund under the Curology 90 day money back guarantee, but have not received the refund. I disputed this charge on my credit card, and Curology is ignoring their 90 day money back guarantee, and Curology has conveyed to my credit card dispute that they 'provided sufficient evidence that I made the purchase." Curology ignored the fact that we emailed specifically for a refund, I would like a refund. I would also like others to know that Curology does not honor their money back guarantee so that others can make an informed decision before purchasing.

Curology has been scamming customers for money which their products has not been received. My issue with Curology is that I was granted a FREE TRIAL and they claimed that Ive had an account already. The account was never created. It then redirected the page and logged me in via my *** account. They processed the free trial fee of $6.98 which includes shipping and taxes. I try to cancel it but it wouldnt let me because the *** account they used was associated with a very old email of mine. I have to verify my email in order to cancel the charge. To me that doesnt make any sense. I tried emailing their support system and I have yet received a response back. After looking deep into customer reviews its obvious that this company is a scam and that theyre stealing customers information and ,only without giving them whats promised. Sometime around December I started a Curology subscription for my daughter
Sometime around December I started a Curology subscription for my daughter. I recently noticed that the charge on my credit card is much more than I expected. After checking, the largest subscription box is right around $40 a shipment (every two months). My charge has been just over $85 every two months since the second box that came in January, and including the January box, I have paid $85 for each of four boxes. When I questioned this, I was told that it was $40 a month, not a box, but that isn't what is advertised. When I questioned further, now I'm told that I added something to my box. The additional products are listed as an extra $20, still not the $85 that I am being charged. I have asked for documentation that I asked for more, and have not received any explanation of these charges that actually fits. I would like a refund of the charges over $40 for each of those 4 boxes, which amounts to about half of what I have paid.

Yesterday I went into my account to resubscribe I edited the products I wanted I opted for face cream only which curology said it would cost *** billed every two months so I resubscribed and at 10:02 pm last night they took the payment out, I woke up this morning to find out they tried to charge my account again for another $*** I was livid! Then when I checked my account these crooks tried to charge me for last year October I want even a subscriber at that time! And they put on my account that there is an error and I need to pay so they can ship my box HELLO I ALREADY PAID YALL TOOK THE MONEY OUT ALREADY! I have proof and these crooks failed to reply to me or anything I want my money back I dont want your stupid cream again because I cant trust yall! Refund me my *** and stop trying to charge my card a second time because yall already took the money out last night which should be one payment of *** not two payments of ***!

I will start off by saying that I do think Curology has improved my skin
I will start off by saying that I do think Curology has improved my skin. However, their customer service is completely lacking. I have rescheduled my shipment for the past six months to hold off on receiving more products as the previous products received have been lasting me for a while as I am not using the custom cream formula every day to allow my skin to adjust. EVERY TIME I rescheduled my shipment they have sent me a pre-shipment notification email warning me that my order will ship out soon. HOWEVER, they did NOT send me a pre-shipment email regarding my last shipment and instead decided to go ahead and place my shipment and take my money. I contacted them about this and they told me that once I reschedule a shipment, I will not be notified when the rescheduled shipment ships out, which makes NO SENSE as I had been receiving pre-shipment emails EVERY OTHER TIME I rescheduled. They told me to enroll in text message alerts which I did a few days ago, but apparently was too late.

I bought Cruology's trial and wanted to cancel. I emailed them but no reply. I found their text number and finally they texted me saying they will escalate the matter to an email. They emailed me saying they canceled my account and removed my credit card. HOWEVER, i went on to see my last four digit of credit card info is STILL their "resubscription" page. I told them i don't feel comfortable keeping it on their record and wanted it gone too. But they kept saying they removed it and "archived" my account, meaning it's still in the back of their system. Now ican't login Then i kept asking them if I can talk more with them or a person on phone, but they won't explain what the whole thing mean, what "archive' means or what anything means at all, all they kept saying is "they removed my account", but their statement is contradictory since they first said they "archived" the account. They have been brushing me off the entire time, now they threatened me they will find legal team to call me.

I had made an order with Curology for the amount of $50.60 around three months ago but they never sent me a package that I paid for. I asked for a refund but they took too long to reply so I filed a dispute with my bank. My bank rejected the dispute so I ended up going back to Curology to get a refund. At first they told me that I could receive my refund in 7 to 10 business days but then the answer changed to I couldnt receive a refund because the dispute wasnt closed even after I show them proof of the dispute being closed. I reached back out to them a month later they gave me the same answer the dispute wasnt closed. I showed the representative again that dispute was closed then they told me I would receive my refund and five business days. I didnt receive a refund so I reached back out to them and they told me to contact my bank because it showed on their end that the dispute was closed. My bank told me to go back to the company and then they still refuse to give me my refund I have repeatedly lie to me about the situation. They told me twice the dispute was still open even after I showed proof of the dispute being closed.

I ordered a trial on Agency (sister brand of Curology) and they told me my order was $5.93. I checked my bank account and they charged me $112 dollars. This is absolutely absurd and scam-ish.

Ive only used curology for about 2 months and honestly I have no complaints. I break out more on my back than my actual face but since I started using it, my back acne has reduced a lot.
I've used Curology products for over a year and they worked pretty well for me. However, my card was charged for my next shipment on 11/18 and I received an email saying it had shipped. When I attempt to track the shipment, all the information I've been able to see for the last few weeks is that the courier has received the order information. My Curology account indicates the estimated delivery date was 12/2, but it's now 12/10 and there have been no updates. I sent seven very polite emails every day for a week, inquiring about the status of my order and have received no response other than an automatic confirmation that the emails were received. I'm not sure what happened with Curology, but I am very disappointed and not okay with paying for a product that I never received. It seems likely that I will have to contact my bank to get my money back at this point.
