So, I just got my ?5000 pc setup from CyberPower UK and it was dead on arrival. I mean, seriously? How can they let an expensive custom build like this be sent out without even checking if it works properly? I'm waiting for their support team to get back to me, but honestly, I'm really annoyed right now. I'll update this review once I've dealt with their support, but I hope they can fix this issue ASAP. It's just unacceptable.

I recently had an experience with CyberPower UK and unfortunately, it wasn't a positive one. While they were quick to take my money, the product that arrived wasn't what I was expecting. I believe this is due to their website not being clear enough about what is included in the purchase. It would be helpful if they were more transparent about what is actually included and if any extras shown in the pictures are optional or not.

As a result of this confusion, I ended up losing my hard-earned savings on something that wasn't what I wanted. I feel like I was left with no other option but to keep the product, even though it wasn't what I had intended to purchase.

When I reached out to their customer service team, I was disappointed to find that they didn't seem to understand how difficult it can be for some people to afford these types of purchases. They didn't seem to take my concerns seriously and even made jokes about my situation.
