Contract no [protected] I got a contract with bay point few weeks later one of my phone was stolen when I called they told me the phones were not insured and they will not replace nor track the phone but the consultant I spoke to said they insure all they phone and the delivery guy gave me two papers to sign which on was to confirm i received the good and the other was the contract which I Read before signing but when I lost my phone they told I should have read the contract that was inside the packager so I feel schemed and triked course if I knew they did not have insurance I would have asked what must I do to get an insurance then and I also have not received my SD memory card form the blackberry they said they know about it but don't come and deliver it they say I must give then my work address which I don't understand why course they already have it please help to resolve this problems for me your truly Sophie Nhlanhla Mnisi
