Cyprexx Services review: Awful

Be vendor with this company is awful! Some coordinator will low ball your bid, some vendor do not know how to bid they will take advantage of them, then they expect all vendor to do it for nothing! Management is awful! Especially a manager over Fannie Mae property Dan Hayes! Take 4 weeks for you to get paid for a job! Then they make you have Workmen’s Comp. insurance if you don’t get it the charge you 10% every time you get an invoice, and you have to have liability insurance that is very expensive!
