Recently went on the agency website to get an auto quote for my 2013 Honda Accord and found rates $300 cheaper than what I was previously paying with a national competitor. All of the information needed was easy to enter and the quote was processed very quickly and I was able to make the purchase online. I didn't have to go in to an office to make my purchase which saved me an enormous amount of time. I would recommend Dan Burghardt Insurance Agency to anyone looking to purchase insurance for their car.

I am exasperated with Dan Burkhardt's handling of the imminent demise of Southern Fidelity Insurance. I had to find this out on the local news channels. I have not received any notification from this office regarding losing my homeowners insurance. I have called them numerous times without talking to a human being other than a generic answering service. I have left messages to call me. I have left messages on their web site with no return attempt in communications from them. They have done absolutely nothing to protect and serve the interests in their customers, I would never recommend these shisters as a good insurance agency. Just another low-grade company looking to make money off of their customers and do little or nothing in return.

Dan Burghardt Insurance Agency failed to submit paperwork to my insurer which I submitted to the agency, as requested when my husband passed away. The agency failed to correspond with the insurance company to ensure the policy was amended. After Hurricane [name of hurricane], a check was issued to my husband and to me (and the mortgage company). I contacted Dan Burghardt's agency and was told by a representative that I would have to contact the insurer immediately. I then was instructed by the insurance company to destroy the check and re-submit the paperwork (the same documents submitted to Dan Burghardt's Insurance Agency four years ago) directly to the insurer, which I did. To date, no replacement check has been issued, and my roof remains damaged. What sense does it make to have an insurance agent, anyway, if I have to do the agency's work?
