I gotta say, I had a bit of a tough time with Elite Insurance Group. I mean, I called them up a bunch of times, but it seemed like nobody was ever around to answer my questions. I even left messages, but nobody ever called me back. And when they finally did call me back, I was driving and couldn't pick up the phone to give them the info they needed. So, the agent called me back, but I missed the call and had to call them back again. But by the time I got through, the agent was already gone for the day. I left a few more messages, but still no callback.

Honestly, if it wasn't for the fact that I already had my insurance through them, I probably wouldn't bother using them as an agent. It's just too much of a hassle trying to get in touch with them. But hey, at least I got my insurance sorted out in the end.
