Dating.com review: Call lines failed but chats great service

I recently had to make some changes to my profile on dating.com and wasn’t sure where to start, especially with the new customer support hours. I always just access messages in my email that's why, I ended up reaching out through the chat support, and I have to say, it was a surprisingly positive experience! The team responded pretty quickly, even with the recent schedule adjustments. They were super patient and really took the time to help me understand how to tweak my profile so it reflected what I was looking for. Gives me tippps to save too

The support rep was friendly and down-to-earth, which made it easy to ask all my questions (even the ones that felt a bit basic). They explained the credit system, too — turns out there’s more to it than I thought! Now I know how to use my credits wisely, and I feel a lot more confident navigating the platform. It's nice to know there’s actually a support team that listens and helps out without feeling rushed. Kudos to dating.com for having such a great chat support team!
