I am a member of David Lloyd in Portsmouth Port Solent. I want to complain about. What happened yesterday? I go swimming four times a week and I go after 7 o’clock in the evening because it’s adult swimming time meaning it’s swimming only I’ve been at the club now for four years thoroughly enjoy going but now I’m considering cancelling my membership, I went to swimming yesterday and I went at 7 o’clock. I was only in the pool for 15 minutes because my club decided to put an aqua class swimming on For the pensioners last night. Lots of people are very angry because we go swimming and they take up all three lanes and it was completely unnecessary. You do the classes during the day and you do a class on a Saturday morning if you want to put an extra class on then do one on a Sunday morning there’s no difference than doing it on a Saturday adult swimming after 7 pm is adult swimming there’s no need to do classes it’s not it’s selfish for other members Who work during the day and go swimming in the evening because it’s the only time they get we’re all pushed out and it was very rude and wasn’t very pleasant. I complained to the duty manager and didn’t really get anywhere. It’s not acceptable. Loads of people complained last night and said that we’re going to cancel our membership. I’m now seriously going to cancel my membership Unless this is sorted out.
Desired outcome: Make sure that’s the evening classes from 7 o’clock onwards are for swimming not for classes you want to do that do it during a day or in the afternoon or change the class to a Sunday morning when it’s quiet
