DaVita review: Administrator of Arlington Hts., IL facility

Ethics/Code of Conduct Complaint against Josephine, (supposedly, the idiot Administrator of DaVita, Arlington Hts.) an inconsiderate, unprofessional, a [censored], Josephine, thinks she’s a clown in a circus, asked out loud, in a Kidney Treatment center, if “l wanted to have sex?” Eek! What is that about?

I came here for a treatment, why is she asking or offering SEX? What is wrong with this idiot! … Sick, ignorant stupid comment … this is completely unprofessional for a Medical Administrator of DaVita, Arlington Hts. Facility to say to a patient getting a treatment, surely they can find a better personality to run this facility? And then the Mexican technician, Lily, … suggested l have sex with this ugly, nasty, disgusting, Mexican guy, next to me, eek! Lily had harassed me constantly, about sex while l was getting treatment at the DaVita, Arlington Hts facility. I was a patient there, l left and found a better, upgraded, professional facility. Without that eeky Lily, technician, who is uneducated and doesn’t seem to understand what a Kidney Treatment center is …(out of nowhere, Lily screams and yells at me “I hate you” over and over again … a weird behavior for a technician, unstable, unprofessional and should not be working in a treatment facility). I don’t understand why these 3 [censored]s are working here … why they were hired … it’s beyond me! … I blame these on that idiot facility medical administrator, Josephine. And Josephine hired a nurse, Adrian, who was hostile, refused to treatment me, (understand, it’s a treatment facility) her name is Adrian (Adrian, seems egotistical and wants to make sure l spelled her name right when l’m filing a complaint against her, seriously). Adrian, was very rude, screaming and scaring the patients around her and completely unprofessional (l was a patient in this facility). Adrian, Lily and Josephine had refused to treat me after they found out l filed complaints about them, because of their inconsiderate, hostile behavior and unprofessionalism. I called my doctor to get me out of this facility …Seriously! l do not recommend this DaVita treatment center as long as these three rude, inconsiderate, incompetent, unprofessional people are working here. It’s a downgrade, until changes are made in personnel… Don’t come here! There are better facilities …… I suggest a camera to keep an eye on the employees working here!
