scam, unauthorized credit card charge
This is a true scam, they have made unauthorized charges on my credit card account under 4 different names.
If you made a mistake like I did (first ever of this kind), you must cancel your credit card immediately, the low life behind this scam will bleed your account out.
The so called Just Think Media, PO Box 4440, Milperra, BC, NSW 1891 is responsible for distribution. They provide no phone number or contact details and the phones that the initial, and the only receipt given (for a sample) are false.

SCAM
SCAMMERS. a simple shipping and handling charge turns out to be over $180 worth of charges on my credit card and i only found this out because the credit card company sent me a letter about possible fraud on my card!
I am sooooo pissed off right now. They havent heard the last of me!

Does anyone know if DazzleSmile and Premium White are the same company?
I hope the scammers go to hell.

Unauthorized charges
My 86 y o mom ordered a "sample" online giving her CC number for $2.87. A guy called her and told her she was signed up for $47 a month. She said "NO. Cancel the order." The guy assured her he would only charge her for the sample. The sample arrived (.08 oz of peroxide) with colorful brochures, no receipt and no return address on anything! On 12/07 a charge for $86.93 appeared on her card. She told VISA to cancel the transaction and called "Premium White". "Marqueda" in Des Moines, Iowa told her they would keep resubmitting the transaction and she would pay eventually (!)
SCAM SCAM SCAM. Mom, I TOLD you never ever click on a banner ad! This isn't over yet. No one messes with my Mom and gets away with it.

Taking unauthorised money from my account
I was sent a trial tube of Dazzle White and now find that which I paid for on my credit card. I now find that payments of 54.51, 53.72 and 15.62 have been taken from my account without my authorisation. I am a single parent and furious that money this close to Christmas has been taken - thank you very much for ruining both my daughters Christmas and mine - I hope you feel very proud of yourselves - but I am a firm believer in what goes around comes around - how you can justify scamming people in this way is disgusting.

Scammers!
I ordered what I thought was a Free Trial that costed only shipping fees for Purelywhite and Dazzlewhite and was charged $13.27. I received the products 10 days later and a month later was charged two lots of $100.00 each for products, that I did not think I gave my credit card authorisation for. I disputed with my credit card company and they have put in claims to try and stop these people. I also had to cancel my credit card. I also rang the Purelywhite and Dazzle white several times and emailed them to cancel my subscription with them. They told me I would not get my refund back because I did not cancel and return their products within 14 days of trialling. I told them I only received the product after 10 days of ordering. They said those were the terms and conditions and I will never get a refund. The customer service officer, when I eventually got through (calling from Oz to US also costed money) were rude and unhelpful. I got very angry with them and I hope they are stopped or legal actions taken against them. Never again will I buy anything online. Stay away from them, they are total fraudsters. The products do not work either. The whole experience has been an unpleasant memory. I just hope my credit card company are able to dispute these transactions succesffully.

scammers
Mad as can be about these scammin people who advertised for a free trial offer only to find out it's cost me $176.64 out of my bank account within (8) days. They immediately had shipped another order and I returned as soon as I got it in the mail. I had it insured & tracked like they told me in order to get a refund. And it cost me more money. Was informed I would be refunded for the order I received, but not the free trial offer that supposedly in their fine print somewhere hidden on their site stated 14 day free trial period. After the 14 days they charged another $88.32. They have so many names & phone numbers that I have found out. Improve Health, Premium White, Pristine Health & their # is disconnected. Dazzle Smile, some weight loss fitness, Acaui Burn. I don't even need weight loss & have never signed up for one. I have contacted so many of their phones numbers and been so upset it has took up my whole day. I did contact the Better Busines Bureau and that location I found out from their phone number is in Ontario. I was informed that I had to have my bank due a charge back because Dazzle Smile could not refund my account. My bank stated they took it out they should be able to put it back in. Waiting on another bank official to contact me. Next step the Attorney General & http://ic3.gov. BEWARE OF THESE DAZZLE DIRT SCAMMERS... Patricia

tooth whitening scam
These two companies have taken £400 from my credit card account for two products that I thought were free samples. Further packages are supposedly being shipped to me (I never nowingly purchased these) that I havent received yet.
The advert said that a woman had found that these two free products put together had made a difference to the colour of her teeth, send for your free samples now. The only money to pay was postage and packing.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I would definately like to join the lawsuit. Please count me in... myemail is fantastic4@comcast.net
good for you!
I eventually did NOT lose any money other than the initial cost. I did what someone else had posted somewhere:
I canceled my debit card. The bank issues you a new debit card. Your account remains the same. Same number, same branch... But, the card has a new number. Now, when smilewhites pro attempts to debit you, they have a closed account.
I also returned the complete package, nothing opened.
I also went to their site and canceled my "subscription"- which I never desired, and never authorized.
And, I want to clearly state again for punks like Evan 27 (who must be a shill for the company): Aware of rotten scammers, I scanned the order process very, very carefully before giving my debit card number. There was NOTHING freely given warning of the order.
You can read my story and see some pics at the blog I set up against this company's tactics:
http://smilewhitesprodeception.blogspot.com/
I have some info regarding the Everbrite Whitening SCAM I have the same story except I used a prepaid Visa card to order my trial but before I received the product the EW company tried to Debit 87.00 from that card. I didn’t have that kind of balance nor did I receive the product yet. I than received a collections letter from Natural Wellness Resources stating if I didn’t pay them 137.00 within 10 business days they would give my debt to a third party collection agency ( even though they had just told me that’s what they were) AGAIN MORE LIES! I called the # on the letter and told the young man on the line that I work for the District Attorneys Office and I would be in contact with all the VERY UNHAPPY customers of theirs and we would be filing a class action suit against their company. He than offered to close my account, He gave me a cancellation # and told me to have a nice day (SWEET HUH)! The moral of the story is YOU HAVE LEGAL RIGHTS! this truly is a SCAM Here is the info to contact their company : Natural Wellness Resources [protected] The address is 110 W. 9th street PMB # 315 Wilmington, DE 19801 GO GETT ‘ UM
To all those who complain about this company and its sister companies...call the ATTORNEY GENERAL AND THE BBB on them since this product goes through the mail; it becomes FRAUDE= by misleading the general public...if they are a fraud type of company get those two to work for you...you pay their salary of the ATTORNEY GENERAL THROUGH YOUR TAXES!AND IF IT IS OVERSEAS THEN IT IS INTERNATIONAL FRAUD!this becomes MAIL FRAUD! AND IF ENOUGH OF YOU COMPLAIN THEN THEY WILL BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS! send your thnx to :ixxinoo@yahoo.com
This is Neutral... but you should really be reading the terms before ordering..
Classic case of buyer beware.
Amelie - what this company is doing is deceptive advertising (and should be illegal). If you're company doesn't make money by scamming people, then tell us why you're not more upfront about the terms rather than relying on people to read the fine print. I guess if you can't make money the honest way with an honest product, then scam it from people right? Everbright Smiles disgusts me and now it's my mission to warn others about it!
DO NOT ORDER FROM EVERBRIGHT SMILES
I was ultra-careful when giving my Visa information. I read every detail on every page.
I was furious, when the package arrived, to find a paper warmly informing me that I had been enrolled in their Rewards program, and would receive three future installments for $54.95 each plus $5.95 Shipping & Handling.
I filed a complaint with the United States Post Office. This is mail fraud (any fraud which uses the postal system) and should be reported as such.
I'm attaching a photo to show you what you get for about 67 dollars: two cheesy pens, two syringes and a mouthpiece made in China.
I too was a victim off this company KEEP AWAY AT ALL COSTS!1
Sorry Amelie, this was no misunderstanding. i fell for the same bait and switch. Even in the terms and conditions i could not find anything about a recurring bill or monthly service. DO NOT TRY THIS.

advert for trial sample $1.86 that recieving sample another amount amount of money taken from card $86.93 (£55.01) without my knowledge of this transaction

I saw the ad on the internet and ordered the trial offer. I have received one small tube and have been charged on my Visa twice in December, 2009. I did not agree to purchase anything in the amount of $94.78 Canadian, charged twice in one month. The charge description on my credit card statement shows:
SUP*SMILEBRIGHT [protected] OH. I did not see your Terms of Service so they must be very small print or not there at all.

Hi. I am from New Zealand and have also been charged two lots of $86.93 (US) within 7 days of each other. My bank have cancelled my Visa card and sent me a claim form that will be sent to the company. Hopefully I will get my money back for the second payment but not the first as I had received the first whitening pen, I feel such an idiot for being taken in. These people are just ### and major rip off artists. I will be warning other consumers in NZ through a consummer TV programme called 'Fair Go' and will be informing the Ministry of Consumer affairs.
Smilebrite----I have been charged 3 amounts totalling £142.02 from this company. Can't get through to them. I rang my bank and had to cancell my debit card to stop further amounts being taken out. Bank were not helpful-- said it was not fraudulent as I had given my card details to them.
This is the first time I have had problems with internet purchases, will be a lot more careful in future.
Does anybody know if there is a way of getting this money back?
I had the same problem with Dazzle White. I even returned the product to them unopened within the 14 day period. I was still charged the $87.62. I called and I was told that I sent it to the wrong office. I sent it back to the location that sent it to me. That is what their rep told me to do. I sent it priority mail with insurance and a tracking number. Thank God! If I had not done that I dont' think I would have gotten my money back. I still had to contact the BBB, and it took 2 weeks for the money to be put back in my account.

This is the charge description on my credit card statement and I DID NOT agree to purchase anything in the amount of $94.78 CAD.
I simpy purchased a SAMPLE of the product and the original fee was for "beutyclub [protected]" from November 20th, 2009.
I would like a refund for the amount of $94.78 and will contact the site that was advertising this product and let them know what a scam this is.
You say that your Terms of Service are clearly stated - but then why sis so many others miss it. Why are there so many other people unhappy with you right now?

This is a ridicolous, i only an oversea student who is struggeling to live in Australia due to shortage on money. Anyone out there, how can i get back those money?
I have just rung my bank and they have advised I keep a copy of the cancellation email Premium White sent me and if they place any further charges I can dispute them and they will be investigated. The downside is the bank does allow them 12 day window in case there are any charges 'in the system'. I hope PremiumWhite don't post a whole lot of charges now they know I have cancelled. I have spent 2 hours tonight trying to get through to the 1800 number. When I check with the 'chat on line' support section of Premium White they advise the call centre is really busy and just keep trying. I guess it is a good way to make it just too difficult to cancel. What a fool I was to send for the 'free' sample.
I am also getting the total run around with this company. I have been charged for 2 lots of the product which I received and also a dental tray which I didn't order and have never received. I cannot raise anyone on the Australian contact number. I have 'spoken' on line with a company representative and they have cancelled my order but can do nothing about the additional charge and just keep advising me to ring the 1800 number. I have been trying for an hour and just keep getting a recorded message. Seems a runaround an a scam to me
I cancel before the 30-day period, surprisingly my cancellation apparently did not go thru, and after the 30 day I call to see why money still was being charge to my account? GUESS WHAT! My account was not cancel… but now since I was over the 30 day trial they CANT give my money back. What do you respond to this KAREN KILGORE?
This is a company that should not be permitted to operate.
- $88 charge
I responded to an add for a free trial of Dazzle-white - fine; but two weeks later my credit card was charged $87 for more of the product which I never asked for - The trial came with no recipt or information that said I must cancel or order more. A definite rip-off... I was a sucker for the Ultrifreshwell ad as well and my credit card deleted the charges.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Scam to charge your credit cards
They say its a free trial offer, but what they don't tell, but is in some finite print somewhere, is that if you don't stop the trial within 14 days from the date of shipping, they will charge your credit card monthy, and they also sign you up with their "partner' companies for other trial offers. And they in turn charge your credit card money. When told that I did not authorize these other trials and did not know about them, I was told its in that fine print I can't seem to find. And when I asked how I was supposed to know who these other trial companies are, they said they would have notified my by my email, and in the next breath told me in probably went to my spam box, because they are usually filtered to that box. It cost be almost $300.00 dollars for my trial offer for $1.99. All by the way non-refundable. Including the trial offer monies.

not abiding by my request to end additional products
I ordered these samples and pd. shipping online. I also received a phone call from each company the day I ordered asking if I wanted to continue receiving the products to which I declined! I failed to get the name of the person calling or the telephone # from which they were calling. Did not realize until AFTER ordering that this was a scam! I have returned all products received and have also tried calling and going online to stop any additional products. This is the first time I've ever been scammed online and am NOT happy at all! Do NOT order from either of these companies!
Scam/Liar's
BACK IN SEPT I SPOKE WITH ONE OF YOUR AGENTS IN REGARDS TO THE UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE THAT CREATED OVERDRAFT FEES TO MY ACCOUNT BY YOUR COMPANY. BACK IN JULY WHEN I ORDERED THE "SAMPLE" FOR S&H ONLY AND IT CHARGED AND UNGODLY AMOUNT TO MY CHECKING I CALLED AND CANCELLED AND IT WAS REVERSED THEN. LATER THAT MONTH THERE WAS ANOTHER CHARGE CAUSING THE FEES. I WAS REQUESTED TO FAX MY BANK STATEMENTS TO [protected] AND THAT THEY WOULD BE GONE OVER AND A POSSIBLE RECONCILIATION OR HELP IN COVERING IN THESE BY YOUR COMPANY WOULD BE A POSSIBILITY.
ON 12/08/09 I CALL IN SPOKE TO LESLIE. SHE LIES TO ME AND TELLS ME THERE IS NOTHING THAT CAN BE DONE AND THAT THERE IS NO MANAGER/SUPERVISOR ON DUTY. I CALL BACK SPOKE WITH ANOTHER GUY HE TELLS ME THAT THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT THE OVERDRAFT FEES CAUSED BY THIS CHARGE. PUTS ME ON HOLD AND TELLS ME THAT HIS SUPERVISOR SAID SO...
I REALLY DON'T APPRECIATE BEING LIED TO AT ALL. THIS UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE CREATED ME OVER $120.00+ IN OVERDRAFT FEES WHICH I FEEL IS COMPLETELY UNFAIR CONSIDERING I CANCELLED WITHIN 5 MINUTES OF HITTING THE SUBMIT BUTTON.
I WAS ONLY REQUSTING SOME KIND OF COMPENSATION FOR THE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP YOUR COMPANY PUT ME IN.
I WILL BE CONTACTING WHO EVER AND EVERYONE I KNOW UNTIL I CAN GET THIS RESOLVED.
THANK YOU KINDLY
Charged for items not received
I have been billed £54.58 Sterling ($87.62) in early November and a week later again £55.25 (£87.62) - Sterling difference because of dollar/UK pound fluctuations. The first time they called themselves PRISTINEHLTH on my credit card statement, and the second time ULTIFRESHWELL, but they both come under the Dazzlewhite banner.
I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THE DAZZLEWHITE PRODUCT.
Does anyone know how to:
a) Get my money back, and
b) Stop these fraudsters milking my credit card?
My credit card company says I should telephone them, as the number on my statement, followed by CYP is their phone number. Although CYP looks like it's based in Cyprus, apparently they are in the U.S. However, when I phoned the number was "not in service".
As the advert appeared on my Hotmail MSN page, I foolishly thought MSN would only accept ads from bonafide companies. They get the revenue from the advertisers, so they should take some responsibility. Or do they get paid in tooth whitening products?!

this person above is talking ###! ... the company has different names and takes the £ out of your account under different names... its a free trial you agree to not a subscription! ... apparently what you receive (the free trial) is meant to be 1 months worth of product-i beg to differ and they have the cheek of charging what they do for it i have paid £150 for 1 dazzlesmile i had 2 months ago!? why are so many payments taken out and in weird amounts! ... this company and product needs to be reported to the relevant authorities here in uk and get omething done...i will be letting people know via facebook too as this company advertiese there too! please in clude me in any action through watchdog thanks ... nroper34@hotmail.com
Hey fellow victims
I have today just realised what this lot are about. After liaising with my credit card company I had to contact -
Ultifreshwell on [protected] and I was given a cancellation number. I then called my credit card company and advised them just in case these fraudsters try to take more money from my account.
I am waiting to make contact with
Nutralogy/Alta White/Elitepack/Dazzelwhite/Dazzlesmile or whatever they call themselves. This is obviously why this works so well - you dont know who you are dealing with.
We have all been totally stitched up and I have written to Watchdog and hopefully they will give this some airtime.
Hope you all have a wonderful xmas and new year under the circumstances.
The exact same thing happened to me . This is a scam!
debiting my account without my authority
Even though i ticked the box to say NO to a lifetime supply, and then cancelled the contract, i am still attracting recurring charges from this company. The matter has now been referred to my bank and will be dealt with through official channels i expect. This whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, and thumbs down to the poeple who think this is a good way to conduct business over the web. If i have to cancel my account it will be a huge inconvenience to bear.

credit card rip off
I was taken by this company as well. When I found that they were trying to charge my card $80.00 in addition to the 1.95 (which was the first scam) I called this number [protected] (this one works) and I told them I did not want to be apart of their scam and I was returning that junk to them. I got a return address and sent the mess back via certified mail. They did charge my account the $80 but they had to put it back in because I received the certified card verifying that they received the product back. They knew the back would do a charge back onthem because I had proof so they coughed up my money. I hope this will help someone to get their money back from the scammers. Keep using the Crest strips.

Dispute charges to credit card
I ordered, but cancelled the same night a free trial of The DazzleSmile Pen, only to pay shipping $2.95 I thought! They sent me a confirmation to say it was cancelled.
I have called them 5 times, YES, send it back when it arrives, as they couldn't stop the transaction your order is cancelled...they say...
Delivery confirmation, insured the pen! Have a signed confirmation of delivery! ETc...
Today I receive my Credit Card statement to find that they have charged me $87.62, along with that a charge $24.82 from (elitepack/World club fitness), who the heck are they...well if you don't click the box on Dazzle white to say you don't want this subscription on the elitepack/World Club Fitness site...they just keep stacking up charges month after month!
Spoke to improvehealth/DazzleWhite and Elitepack tonight, both these company's say they cannot refund, even thought I have signed documents that they received the free trial back within the aloted time.
They told me I have to file for a dispute with my credit card for a refund, which I've done and will take another month before all the paperwork is sent to me and back to them, hopefully in order.
This is the price I have to pay for Whiter teeth!
A lesson to be learned...these companies are not what they say they are! Afraid to write what I really think about them!
How sad is this...lot of scammers out here beware...
I'll be letting you know if a get my refund! from these two companies!
DazzleWhite/improvehealth and Elitepack/World Club Fitness
Deceptive Charges
Looks great. Great trail offer. Here's the kicker. When you cancel they don't tell you that you are going to get charged for other things unless you cancel them separately. Small charges appeared on my checking account. I figured that my wife had been charging small items. One for $7.22 and another for $3.05. They kept showing up month after month. After realizing that these weren't her charges, I phoned the 866 numbers to find that canceling Dazzle White doesn't cancel the health info that had been emailed to me. Customer Service told me that the Company is based in Canada. I had to call three numbers to get everything canceled. I guess small charges can go unnoticed and they count on this. Muliply the $10 a month times how many people get fooled into this scam and it adds up to real money.

Premium White is an online scam! You are supposed to receive a free trial sample of their product and just pay shipping. If you are unsatisfied or decide to cancel out, you have 14 days from date of order to do so. I ordered a "free" sample, they charged my bank account $1.95 for shipping, ...

I ordered the Premium White trial offer at $1.95 and THEN read the fine print.
I instantly phoned [protected] to cancel the trial offer. To my surprise I was told he could cancel the $1.95 charge and additional charges BUT, there was no way to cancel a 11/28/2009 charge of $87.62!

I Ordered it once on line and paid by my credit card. They are deducting it fortninghtly, without authorisation., with different names to avoid blocking bycustomers and banks-this is a proof of a Bussiness Scam run by people who know the loop holes in the system and the credit card / banks are not preventing such fraud online or inthe web market and do not have open, easy access to report, block bussiness scams.

Scam and a Ripoff
After seeing an ad on the Dr. Mercola web site (how these shysters managed to secure a spot on that site is an entirely different matter which we will take up with Dr. Mercola), we signed up for the $1.95 trial. Received the product and noticed an immediate charge of $87 had hit our credit card. Called to cancel, and after being on hold for 30 mins, a rude "customer service" representative said we would have to send a letter to officially cancel. Since that time, ANOTHER $87 charge hit our credit card. We sent a letter certified mail - return receipt requested to Dazzle White Pro, 22100 E. 26th Ave., #100, Aurora, CO 80019. A “G. Remez” signed the receipt. We have cancelled the card and logged a complaint with our bank. Clearly, this is a SCAM. If they have your credit card number, recommend you cancel immediately and log a complaint with your bank.

Unauthorized additional charge on my credit card. The toll free number they provided to my bankcard and myself [protected] is not in service. They have provided no receipt for the charge on my credit card and no means of contacting them. This was an additional product offered by Cleanwhites at www.cleanwhites.com
