Hi I was scam by de meridian company last year by a agent name hazel she force us to pay 12,999 dhs for 1 payment and presented wrong information about the package. Now iam planning for a vacation trip this year in ny. I send email again this january to their email address asking to give hotel accomodation and they keep us waiting. Last year I tried to booked from their side but it was failed I have 2 cancellation ang 1 rejected booking. Its so frustating.

You got scammed — forget them. Chargeback if possible. Book real hotels yourself.

I made a payment of AED 9,500 on 2nd March 2025, and I was assured that this amount was just being held temporarily and would be refunded within two days while a 24-month EMI plan would be set up for my package.
However, I still haven’t received my money back, and when I asked for the service, they are now denying it with different excuses. When I tried to cancel, they refused and are now asking me to pay the remaining amount before providing confirmation for the service.
This is very frustrating, and I need help in getting my money back. Can you guide me on how to proceed?
