We recently purchased a loyalty programme where one was promised many thing like free 21 days hotel stay with breakfast in 4* category, full sightseeing for all days, airport transfer etc.. All in private car however after payment, when contract is received, it does not say this but says one will get 1800 points! 1 day sightseeing in bus and same for airport transfer. This is not how it was conveyed to customer during presentation. How get the money back from this company if this is a scam I subscribed last week. Our concern is that if lot of people are complaining about this, how are they still operational and still doing business?
