I purchased an i7 adjustable bed base and mattress. The moment the set up team handed us the remote and we tried raising the bottom a loud pop then grinding sound to lower after much effort. Called customer service. Refused to send us a new base in 2-3 days. We bought the base 21 days ago. They have us in a parts program they ordered a part and we are sitting here waiting on a Technition to call us sometime to fix this very expensive base. We cannot out our velvet bed together because this tech would probably have to take the plate form apart to get to the motor they mailed here. This has been highly inconvenient. We wish they would take the base and mattress back. The mattress is also not comfortable. Their 30 days sleep trial is not free they want $409 to ship it back and trying to credit their store to buy another one there.
When I called customer service they had us flipping the mattress and bed frame to take pictures and then wanted my fiancee to go back under again and remove flaps for photos it was ridiculous.
I want to start fresh and to be given my money back and these items picked up. I do not want to deal with their parts and Technition wait philosophy.
This is a hassle company.
They hold your money and hold up getting anything settled.
I did not and do not like doing business this way.
My queen bed as I said is waiting on a base and mattress I ordered long before it but because I went with dealbeds nothing but problems.
Desired outcome: Refund my debit card. Pick up your product. Let us Start over.
