Good day,
I would just like to say how very disappointed I am at the order I received at Tshwane Mall yesterday. I'm not one for Pizza but my kids are not even they wanted to eat that order. It was dry you could just taste the dough and tomatoe paste, hardly any cheese on and a very very few pieces of rib. It was nothing like the picture on your web not even close to it. It looked like a tomatoe and ham pizza instead of the Magheritta and rib pizza we ordered. There was only one slice with a bit of cheese on.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response
Not adhering to instructions
I ordered a pizza online on the 25th of October 2022 in thohoyandou plaza restaurant around 13:20 , I gave specific instructions that they must remove onion, only to find out when I get home the pizza had onions on it ,and I'm allergic to onions. I have attached a receipt which shows how a had instructed I was so disappointed, I was already at home couldn't return it. I had to end up giving it to someone else
This was the second time it happened, at first I didn't think of filing a complaint I just decided to let it go ,but for the second time they did not adhere to my instructions.
Desired outcome: I'd appreciate an apology and a discount when I order next time.
service
I got a horrible service yesterday at debonairs Mall of africa where I made a purchase 18:24 and when I checked with the teller at about 18:50 this order was still not ready and the teller shows no interest in finding out as to what exactly was happening with this order only when I demanded an explanation on what was going on , she only said to me my order slip fell that's why my order took so long and even worse when I got home with the Pizza only to learn that it's not even what I had ordered . I left the shop at 19:10pm , I worry with her level of professionalism & customer courtesy .
Didn't get a voucher
Hi I'm Cecilia khathutshelo rambau I've ordered the pizza at engen garage parktown onthe 14th October 2022 it was around 15pm it was a special for triple dekker which comes with r200 voucher ididnt get it worse the didn't even bring my slip I've called them several times keep on saying thell send adrive to bring me a voucher imnot happy ideseve that voucher

Order cancelled - store could not be contacted
I placed an order on your app on Saturday 15 October 2022 only to get the below email: Unfortunately Debonairs Pizza Sky City Mall was not able to accept your order. The reason given was "Could not contact store".
The funds will be refunded to your credit card.
You can phone the restaurant directly on [protected]/[protected].
We're very sorry for the inconvenience and will do what we can to try and avoid this problem in future.
I cannot get hold of the store. I received a case number 3025568 on Sunday around 12:30.
I called on Tuesday to be told they will escalate the query. I followed up this morning and was told it takes 5 to 7 working days.
This is unacceptable, payment is expected immediately now I must wait for my refund?
Please can the refund be done immediately!
Order cancelation
It is my birthday month and on the 17th of October 2022 at around 10:40 I received a voucher from debonairs pizza online. I placed the order online and I received a confirmation on the app I then drove to the debonairs Total Phalaborwa, on arrival I realized that order was not successfully it got timed out. The cashier told me to reorder it again. I did so but this time the voucher didn't go through and she told me that I have to pay the whole amount. I asked her to cancel the order so that I can re order it with the voucher, she told me that it is very difficult to cancel because she will have to answer to the inspectors why she lost the sale.i then went outside and called the customer service and they indicated to me that only the store people can cancel the order. I went back to the store and the cashier called in the manager who intimidated me and told me that it is a lot of work to cancel and that if I make a mistake again I will have to pay for all the pizzas, she was saying all this in a raised voice, I lost my appetite and left the store. All I wanted was to use my voucher and pay for the remaining amount. I received a very bad serces
Desired outcome: The stuff at the store should learn to treat customers nWell. They should not make the debonairs system problem the customer s problem. Why should canceling an order be so difficult especially if I am ordering the sa.e thing
Pathetic service and food
I want to know what's happening with my complaint? Waiting 2 hours for my pizza and then receiving it ice cold! I want my money back. This was the last time forsure that I will support debonairs ever! The service and food was pathetic! Ordered on the 14 / 10 / 2022 at 18: 44 in sasol nigel. Received my pizza 20:40 ice cold! I had to phone in twice to find out what happened to my order. Was promised to call back directly which never happened to let me know about my order. So I wasted my airtime and money on pathetic service and food!
Debonairs chicken pizza
We always order from dowerglen debonairs this time was horrific. delivery time to be 5:30 in the evening 15:00 arrived my son loves the debonairs pizza his 5 years of age takes a bite and starts jumping around fanning his mouth saying it's burning him so I still can't it's your favorite debonairs pizza so I had a bit o my word there's so much mayonnaise on their my lips are still burning and it is now 5:45. You taste none of the debonairs sauce at all so overpowering with just mayonnaise. A serious we order the debonairs pizza a whole pizza is finished within half an hour like you can see I still have more than one and a half left.

I placed my order (special on chicken cramdeck) online at about 12h40 on the 4 october 2022 and at about 12h53 i received a message confirming my order. At 13h45 i received a call from engen confirming my address. I was also told that they don't have 1.25 cold drink coke and i will be served with a pizza only.
An hour later called enquiring about my order was on the way. 15 minutes later my order arrived it wasn't what i ordered. Even when i was complaining to the driver why is he delivering my this late he just ignored me and counted money and he left.
Pizza had lot of sweet chillie sause and green peper and onions. I called to complain but i was not allowed to speak to the manager.
Desired outcome: I'D APPRECIATE YOUR RESPONSE AND MY MONEY BACK OR VOUCHER.
Staff and food quality fit for the bin
Appalled by the treatment received at the Phoenix (Gem City) Branch. I ordered at 6.29pm, received at 7.44pm. Driver said he was only given the order 20mins prior and they were not busy. My children cried because it was like eating cold rubber when it came. Threw it away, not even worth giving to the dogs to consume.
Staff just put you on hold for such a long period when you ask for the manager that you have no option but to cut-off after 10 minutes.
The staff are inept in a service delivery job and have a don't care attitude.
The store owner as well need to take accountability as they also must be held liable as no authority is at the store to monitor how customers are being treated.

Poor customer service and ugly food

I would like to complain about poor service that I recieved today at debonairs in Gqeberha walmer, I ordered triple decker with extra jalapeño coke and wings, the wings were raw and ugly tasteless and not presentable, pizza too had ham only dry no sauce. I ate the pizza because I was hungry but the wings I could not. I called the store and was transferred to a manager who was so unprofessional who kept calling me "my love " even though I told him I'm not comfy with that he must keep it professional. He sent a driver to collect the wings and promised that I will recieve an sms confirming my refund because I paid online till now I haven't received any response.
Please see attached picture of wings it's unfortunate I did not capture the pizza. I am requesting my full refund including my tip to the debonairs driver.

I bought Cram decker meaty pizza, today (11 /09/22) from Silver Oaks at 16h34... I made a call on [protected], unfortunately I don't have a voice recording
Pizza's crust was burnt and the overall pizza was dry and very hard to chew, it needed to be down with cold drink or juicy

Wrong pizza
On Saturday 3rd of September 2022 at 21:40.i went to Debonairs pizza engen,Tsakane,Brakpan. I ordered creamy tikka vegetables. And I corrected the cashier because of the amount I was to pay. It was higher than the amount for the pizza I ordered.And she still ordered the wrong pizza for me. I don't know the name specifically but it contained sweet bell peppers, feta cheese and it cost R99.90 and the tikka veg costs R65. First I overspent and for a pizza I did not order. I am not happy because I corrected the cashier and still got the wrong pizza.
Desired outcome: I would really appreciate if the cashier takes orders, they listen carefully and attentively to provide good services. And people get what they paid for and be happy to pay for it
Abuse of service, overcharging and giving incorrect meals
Overcharged, Given wrong order, food looked stale or Stolen from, not fair I'll treated because we evidently looked not their local peeps so they took advantage. Going to post the evidence on Hello Peter and everywhere and shame this branch in Virginia.

Good Afternoon
I order a pizza at 15:38 from debonairs pick n pay Soshanguve online, at 16:13 they send what'sapp saying they dnt deliver in my area, I must come and collect, I am the 1 calling, mind you the app gave their option for delivery and they hanged the phone while talking, even now at 17:32 I am still waiting for my delivery and am hungry

Order paid but didn't received
I did order around 6pm after realizing that I did collection instead of delivery I did call them to correct the mistake they said they will deliver it
After waiting for 2 hours I called them back they said they don't see my order I ordered with tembisa mall while I did order to engen tembisa garage i've told them that I didn't do order with tembisa mall they said they will check it bt they don't call me to notify me me until I call them back they said I should wait the delivery guy it's on his way to deliver the oder until they close up without getting the order I paid online

I ordered at cram triple decker from Debonairs Hatfield at 12:38, it is now 14:10 and I have still not recieved anything. I tried calling the store over 10 times and recieved no answer. I then called customer care and was told that someone would call the store and ask them to call me.
I have already paid for the pizza and after recieving such pathetic service and no food after over an hour, I want my money back.
This isn't the first time this has happened either, absolutely shocking you shoul be ashamed

Time:18:06 (waiting for more than 30 minutes for my order.Order pizza's at Maitland Debonairs.It shows delivered but we never received our food.Contact them they put the phone down in my husband's ear. Contact them the second time still no answer and when they picked up they want to call us back.This is the 3rd time I'm waiting for so long for 4 to 5 small pizza's.What is going to happen now. The night of 28/06/2022 I placed a order 19:27pm for :
1 small trippel decker meaty pizza
1 small meaty cram decker
1 buddy Coke
I used the app which I paid online for my order, the driver arrived to my work place taking the pizza out giving me the slip, so my slip was right but my order wrong. I phoned the manager on duty at the time and she promised to fix my order so I waited and now the shop is closed, instead of what the slip stated I received 2 trippel decker which should have been 1 meaty trippel decker and 1 meaty cram decker.
I am very unsatisfied with the promises that were made and me loosing hours at work because of waiting for a delivery driver who never came with my order and then I my workers were stuck with cold pizzas.
Truly unsatisfied and regret paying a tip.
Desired outcome: please don't make promises and refund me with two of the pizzas which I wanted because my workers had to eat a cold pizza because of waiting thank you.
