Poor service delivery
I made an online order at umphakathi mall Johannesburg at 17 :14, it is now 23 :25 and still there is no delivery or communication. Imagine not cooking supper because you are expecting food then there's no food. This is really uncalled for and unprofessional.
Undelivered order
Good day. Im from Tongaat and i ordered pizza at 17:15. i waited one hour forty five minutes for a delivery i contacted them at 18:55 and i was told that the delivered will be delivered 'in any moment'. I waited and waited. I called again and i was told that the manager would call me but i did not receive and courtesy call. Im lauching this complaint and its 21:45. Im still supposingly waiting for a delivery. The inconvinienced caused is unbelievable. I have an elderly person at home that needed to eat. No one called me back regarding the delivery. I think that was unprofessional and very selfish.
Service
I previously used to stay in Protea Glen Ext 24 which is 6 kilometers away from Protea Glen Debonairness & I never had issues when I was ordering Pizza & I would have it delivered in 20min & I was not charged for delivery
I then moved & I am currently staying in Protea Glen ext 11 which is 500 meters from Debonairness Protea Glen & all of the sudden I am having problems & issues with Pizzas being delivered to my new residents. When I request the call center agents to change my home address they don't change it
A month ago I ordered pizza to be delivered to my residence Protea Glen ext 11 then I was charged for delivery
Today again 11-06-2022 at 16:10 through call center then the Debonairness Protea Glen calls me & tells me that they don't have speed points I must pay cash & if I don't have cash I must go withdraw from ATM before they come deliver
I told the Debonairness' delivery guy that I wont manage to go draw money from the ATM because I don't have time for that, then the delivery guy he replies that & tells me that I must pay through E-wallet & send a pin 1st before they deliver but then I refused to do that
Its 8pm now & my pizza is still not been delivered
I just want to say Protea Glen Pizza branch & its call center service is appalling, horrific & shocking

I am from Northwest I wanted to place order at Orkney debonairs then I mistakenly placed order on the 27th of May 2022 time was 18:14 at the wrong location I didn't double check I placed an order at Durban I was not aware of that and I did the online payment I got message from capitec Bank that Debonairs Pizza received the order payment. I did call the debonairs customer service to find out what should I do to get my refund they gave me email address but it didn't work I still need help to get my refund

Non delivery of orders

I placed an order 2 hrs ago and i have not received my order. I’m a told that there is a shortage of drivers as if that’s something the store is not aware of. If you can check on the list of my orders on your page 25/03/2022 Order number: [protected] - i never received this order and got no apology or explanation. I had to go for something else.
If this store is not managing, it might as well close down - at the end of the day, business should be customer satisfactory.

Order is pending online forever
I ordered the pizza on their website, after I putted my credits details for payment it's started pending forever , but they charges were applied on my account, I called for help number, they cut off the call, I tried to call the Summerstrand in Port Elizabeth restaurant, they also didn't respond to me since my airtime ran out, I sent an email, no one answered, I tweeted the screenshot, they never responded, I have learned the hard way, u know I am long time customer for Debonair s Pizza, the way they treated me yesterday, no one deserves it, I am blaming myself for trusting them in their service
Online deliveries
On the 24th May 2022, I ordered something meaty pizza online for delivery at Gauteng Meyerton Debonnairs. On the driver's note I specified that "please bring R200 change", the driver did not bring change and he expected me to give him my change as tip since he had no change.
My issue here is that this has happened several times from the same rasturant, I always give the drivers my change because they don't bring change even if I did specify that I will pay using cash.
Kindly please take my matter into consideration as this is so frustrating, also coach Meyerton team including their manager who seems like she is failing to control her stuff.

Debonairs coupon code not accepted by every debonairs store
My son went to buy pizza at Debonairs store using Debonairs coupon code he was told that they don't use coupon codes on every store as it's very disturbing to get there and they tell you this. As I got this coupon on vodacom and the message state that this coupon is from Debonairs but I am surprised that not all Debonairs stores compiled with this.

My name is nokuthula .I bought pizza ,triple decker on the 20th of april 2022 online , i Ordered it a harding debonairs pizza ...i was charged but my order was not processed.

I ordered last year October and paid online at Debonairs Selcourt; the so-called driver called me to say its far he can't deliver and the manager said I will receive my refund within 7days; up until today I haven't received it. Today I order again from work this time around they accept the money online then call to say its far I will receive my money within 7days. Its clear that the driver works with the manager and the cashiers. I want my money.

I am writing this email with great sadness I placed an online order for 17:00 and arrived 30 minutes before.so when I got the pizza I realised that it was burnt and looked like it was in the warmer for a very long time, secondly it was not what I ordered (I ordered a creamy chicken and BBQ Macon) instead I got two burnt BBQ Macon with lots of spice .
I'm very disappointed by the service I received from Alex mall Debonairs.

Good evening
I bought a triple decker pizza for R169 at debonairs morula garage,on the screen its shows that it's a real triple decker but when o received my order that pizza looked like a double decker and burned.when I asked the guy isit a triple decker he fetched a spatula and showed me it's a triple decker but I was not certified about my pizza at all and I dnt think I'll ever buy there again.
Desired outcome: I need then to fix it because I believe maybe the ingredients that they use they just pour a little coz that pizza really or doesn't show that it's a triple decker.its not mouth watering at all.
Debonairs are thieves as 9 our 10 customers don’t even realise that they don’t get what they pay for

1. What should the actual size of your large pizza
2. Shouldn’t the entire pizza be topped with cheese
3. Shouldn’t the toppings be sufficient to cover the entire pizza
4. If one for example buys a chicken pizza, how many pieces of chicken are expected per slice
The above questions, for now, are based on the high prices that’ you sell your pizzas for or has it become a time whereby Debonairs has reached a stage that they are selling their name rather than pizzas that customers are actually paying for
Await your urgent response before we proceed to the next level as I will start a campaign if I have to as Debonairs is taking the customers support for granted and when I post the actual reality of what Debonairs actually does, it will be shocking

Incomplete order
On 27th March 2022 I ordered a triple decker pizza from Debs in Vangate Mall (CAPE TOWN) via telephone and consultant informs it comes with a 1.5l cool drink of which I chose a Sprite.
I was throught to the Athlone Branch and they told me Vangate delivers my area so they'll direct the order to Vangate on my behalf and all was good.
Hour later the driver calls me saying he doesn't deliver my area and asks me to get him at the main road of which I did not mind as it's 2mins away. Driver drops order and drives off and I realize I haven't received my 1.5l cool drink.
I call debs in Vanagate, they confirm my order and consultant asks me to hold, which I did for about 5 mins then the line cut. She confirmed my number before asking me to hold, I was expecting a call back but nothing, no compensation nothing. Coming from customer service myself this was very pathetic as the least they could have done was call me back or try to resolve the issue somehow.
I gave them 24hrs but since then I have not received the cooldrink nor did I receive a call from them regarding the incomplete order.
They just lost a customer.
Desired outcome: My complete order seeing that a call back was too difficult.
The service and stuff
Iam so angry right now, even angry is an understatement. I've ordered at 6pm waited for the order from 6pm its now 21:45 pm, i've been calling the store from 19:20 and they have been giving me run arounds. Called more than 6 times instead of helping or explaining the problem they have to why I haven't received the order no they just pick the call and not say aaanything, the only thing u hear it's them talking in the background. My kids had to stay till this late on empty stomachs, they had to eat witbix for dinner at 21:30 yeeeeeer i'll be mentally disturbed if i'll ever in my life buy from debonairs ever again the stuff is untrained and unprofessional i'll make sure tht people on social media knows about this i'll even call my local radio station 2moro ai chrishuni mall in katlehong jah neh yooooh
