I have been defrauded into paying penalties and charges which were wrongly applied on my credit card bill belonging to Deem.
I made several attempts to connect with the customer care however, the scam involves such that you will never be able to contact them over the phone and on the email they are not addressing the issues and deliberately waiting for seven days working days to answer a simple query and give the final amount. Their hidden agenda being the generation of the statement where in they can apply extra charges.
I am willing to share all the email conversation that has happened with the customer care, and I was surprised that the charges were added despite making it very clear that I no longer wish to continue with the card and giving the orders for cancellation.
I am still waiting for a zero liability letter to be issued, and despite paying all the bills and all the penalties, they are refusing to issue it till date.
I was forced to visit there office, and yet the matter was not resolved. This credit card company should not be allowed to cheat customers like this and people should be warned about their activities where they deliberately shut/divert the phone lines and there is no customer care and they are cheating customers. I am liable to the refund and also I demand that zero liability letter to me. as early as possible.
Desired outcome: Reversal of penalty and extra charges . Zero liability letter
