Absolute BEST customer service all the way around! Initial response was immediate, same day in person quote and job was done within a few days! Both John and Sarah were friendly, informative and and absolute delight to do business with! 10/10 would highly recommend!

The tanks for our house filtration system started leaking. Called Desert Mountain Water for service, it was after hours so I sent an email. They called me, after hours, for an appointment the following morning. Their prompt response indicates to me that they value me as a customer and stand behind their product. Outstanding from start to finish, Desert Mountain Water is amazing!

December 1, 2022 Desert Mountain Water and their team provide professional on time service. My Hero Water Softener installation was great. Also, my R/O system in kitchen is serviced regularly. Desert Mountain Water also installed and maintains my mister system on a semiannual basis. Desert Mountain Water is a very good company with excellent management/owners. The service and labor charges are very fair and ethical. I really like the Desert Mountain Water people. Overall, I highly recommend Desert Mountain Water for all your water needs.
