Designhill Loved all the Creativity from Designhill

I learned about Designhill because someone in my office had a logo created using Designhill. I loved that I had 87 different designs submitted from my design brief. Some of the logos had things in it I didn't even think of. I love all the creative ideas. Once I had a few Designers make updates and they were all nice and professional. The made the updates and I couldn't decide which design I liked the best so I love that Designhill has a poll I could use. I am thankful for the emails they sent out because I learned about using the poll from one of the emails. My friend and family helped me pick the perfect design.

Designhill WOW. (The simplicity, the speed, and the variety of designs)

I was very pleased with my final T-shirt design. The service was excellent and most importantly, it was small budget. I bought a medium package and was happy with the results. A lot of the suggestions were good, but somewhere very professional and showcased the design in real use. I received 117 designs from the 26 designers. It was really a big option for me to choose the best one. The selection process is also very good and you do not need to pay if you don't get good designs. I received the most cost-effective design solutions for my business.

Highly Recommend designhill for any design project you might have. I certainly will be using again and again.

Designhill Great Experience! 5 Stars!

A few days ago, I decided it was time for me to have a more current and professional email signature. I had explored a few options. One that I was considering seemed confusing. Their pricing was all over the place. So I thought it might be a good idea to look elsewhere. I saw an article online rating 15 different companies. Designhill seemed like good place to start. Their PRO Upgrade gave me everything I was looking for. Plus adding my new email signature was very easy. I just followed the instructions. And the pricing for me was way better than the other option I had been considering. If you're looking for a profession email-signature for yourself or your company, check out Designhill!

Designhill Fun time getting a band logo created

The process was smooth and a lot of fun. The final logo and design we received fits our band great and wasn't something we could have explained how to make. The designers showed us their creativity and we picked the one we liked best. Yes most of the designers are from around the world, but we were looking for a one off logo and wasn't sure where to go and get it. We tried some local artists and they never finished the project. The quality of designs varies quite a bit, but there are some really talented designers working through them and we were happy with what we got. We were not expecting a lot, but were pleasantly surprised and now we have a band logo, business card and a tshirt design for a reasonable price.

Amazing Application. Your move to help entepreneurs. I love the point

After reading an article you published on testimonials in the past, I made sure I will try this too. Apologies for shameless promo, but I encourage anyone reading this to look the site up so you know what exactly I'm talking about.

The downside is that people looking for reviews, in any industry, will be those that are shopping around. Our bounce rates are therefore high. But with such high numbers of visitors, they still get a ton of goal completions by visitors who started on the testimonials page.

One other great thing about the page is that by adding new testimonials to it on a regular basis, they keep its content fresh and Google rewards them for it.

What do you good people think of this? Would you apply it on your own site?

Designhill Supportive staffs and satisfactory results

I wanted a company logo for my beauty shop business. Posted a contest for the same amounting $249. I found the process simple and when I had a few probs I asked their custom support. The chat support provide me the prompt resolution. For a couple of hours I didn’t get the submissions. But as and when few hours passed, submissions started flowing in.

Got few good designers and designs. Declared a winner and I got all the required files. So, it’s been a good experience for a first-timer like me.

Recommendation: I recommend to all!

Designhill Designhill Review: Worst Customer Service and Possible Scam - Avoid at All Costs!

I wouldn't recommend using Designhill. It's either a scam or they have the worst customer service ever.

If you choose the 100% refundable contest and you're not happy with the results, they'll do everything in their power to deny your refund.

The representatives, like Lucy who has commented on many of these other reviews, just pass you around from person to person. Each one apologizes profusely and promises to raise a ticket to get it taken care of. But then they ignore you completely and hope that you'll go away.

It's been three weeks now, and I have an email box full of chat transcripts and opened tickets. Each one verifies my refund status and promises to raise a "priority ticket". They're so sorry, that OTHER person did it wrong, they'll take care of it this time.

Thankfully, I used PayPal, and I've raised a dispute with them over this. It's still been a huge headache. If I had used a credit card, I assume they'd just keep my money and jerk me around forever.

If you have a choice, use one of the other design contest companies.

Designhill Designhill Review: Affordable, User-Friendly, and High-Quality Designs!

This website is absolutely amazing! It's so easy to use, although there are a few things that could be improved to make it even better. For example, the most recent messages always appear at the bottom, which means you have to scroll all the way down and click "load more messages" when there are a lot of them. But overall, it's a great site that's very user-friendly.

One of the best things about Designhill is that help is always just a few seconds away via the online chat. If you have any questions or need any help, you can just click on the chat icon and someone will be there to assist you right away. This is really helpful, especially if you're new to the site and don't know your way around yet.

I received so many amazing designs from the designers on this site that it was really hard to pick a winner. They were all so creative and unique, and I was really impressed with the quality of the work. One thing to keep in mind, though, is that the designers mainly just submit your primary request (like a logo), and only after you select a winner will they fulfill your other secondary requirements (like business cards, letterheads, app icons, etc.). I was expecting to see everything in each design submission, so I requested a refund for the extras. But the team at Designhill was really nice and considerate, and they issued me a full refund for the cost of the extras. I'll just run a separate contest for the extras (like cards and letterheads) later on.

Overall, I would highly recommend Designhill to anyone who needs design work done. The results are brilliant, even on the cheaper programs. It's a great way to get high-quality designs at an affordable price, and the customer service is top-notch. So if you're looking for a great design website, look no further than Designhill!

Designhill Designhill Review: Disappointing Experience with Fake Contests and Cheating

I recently stumbled upon Designhill, a website that claims to offer quality design services. However, my experience with this platform has been nothing short of disappointing. I came across a contest for a community and nonprofit poster design, and I was shocked to see the winning entry. It was an eyesore, to say the least, and it was evident that the person who won the contest had cheated.

I noticed that the same person had run the contest within six days and awarded themselves the prize for a horrendous design just a few hours later. It was clear that they had cheated, and what was more concerning was that Designhill had allowed this to happen. There was no verification process to ensure that the design and the client were not the same person, and it seemed like anyone could get away with cheating.

Designhill claims that you cannot use unlicensed images, but from the 40 design entries, the winning design was the best one? Something was not right, and it was disappointing to see that Designhill was not doing anything to prevent this from happening. They should be looking closely at these contests to ensure that no one cheats just to gain reputation and make real designers waste their time.

I was also disappointed to see that the report button on the website did not work. It seemed like it was just there to pretend that they cared, but in reality, they did not. It was clear that Designhill was not taking any action to investigate and punish those who cheated.

In conclusion, I would not recommend wasting your time on Designhill's fake contests. It is clear that they do not take cheating seriously, and it is not worth your time and effort to participate in such contests.

Designhill Terrible Customer Service Experience with Designhill: Logo Files Not as Promised

I had a really bad experience with Designhill. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. I purchased a logo that was supposed to come with the logo files, font, and color details. However, when I received the files, they were not what I expected. The files were called 'dark logo transparent' and 'white logo transparent' as well as the colored versions, but the file itself didn't match with this. It was all just the colored version of the logo.

I contacted customer service through live chat and was told that nowhere did it say that I would get black and white versions. I argued with the representative, but she told me to wait for 24 hours to hear back from them.

After 24 hours, I contacted customer service again, and was told to wait another 24 hours. I was also told again that nowhere did it say that I would get black and white versions of the logos. I even showed them a screenshot of where it was written and pointed out the other things that I hadn't received, such as the details of the font and color. However, I was told that I had received the versions with a white background.

I tried to explain that when you are offered black/white versions of a logo, that does not mean the background. But, at this point, I was told to have patience.

It was really frustrating because I was setting up a business and needed to get things done quickly. I had specifically used their simple logo design services because it was all automated and I didn't want to be waiting around for people. But, when I didn't get what I paid for and was told that I wasn't entitled to it anyway, it was really disappointing.

Overall, I would not recommend Designhill. Their customer service is terrible and they don't seem to care about their customers. If you're looking for a logo design service, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Designhill Disappointing Experience with Designhill Logo Contest & Support

I recently tried out Designhill for a logo contest and while I did get a variety of different ideas, my experience went downhill from there. As we moved into the refining phase, the designer just couldn't seem to understand what we were looking for. All we wanted was for the colors to be brighter and less masculine, but they kept sending the same logo over and over again. When we finally received the artwork, the PSD files were compressed and uneditable. We had to ask them multiple times to unpack the layers, which was frustrating. To make matters worse, we never received the font used and the logo was built in a way that made even small edits a complete do-over.

I decided to reach out to their helpdesk for assistance in communicating with the designer. In addition to the logo, we also requested a Facebook design and a t-shirt design. Unfortunately, the designer didn't build either in the same style as the logo, or even close to it. The helpdesk said they would take care of it "in house" and completed the designs. The Facebook design was acceptable, but the t-shirt design was poor at best. You could get better work from an online t-shirt shop.

To make matters worse, it took me five interactions with their helpdesk just to get the files that I had paid for (AI, PSD, etc.). It shouldn't have taken that much effort to get what should have been a simple request.

Overall, if you're just looking for a good logo, I think Designhill does an acceptable job. However, if you're looking for an easy transaction or good support, I would suggest going somewhere else. It's just not worth the time and effort to deal with the issues that I experienced.

Designhill Designhill Review: Impressive Designs, Poor Customer Service, and Legal Threats

My team and I decided to give Designhill a try for our company's rebranding. We were intrigued by the idea of starting a contest for only $200 (which is dirt cheap, if you ask me). We were pleasantly surprised to receive over 300 designs, many of which were quite impressive. However, one downside to the process was that our inbox was constantly flooded with messages from competing designers requesting feedback.

After narrowing down our options, we finally chose a design and entered the hand-off process. Unfortunately, the designer we had chosen went completely MIA. We tried reaching out to Designhill on two separate occasions to make them aware of the situation, but we received no response. It wasn't until we contacted PayPal to initiate a refund that we finally heard back from Designhill. They informed us that the designer had behaved inappropriately and had been eliminated from their platform.

Designhill's solution was to have us start another contest, but we declined and requested a refund instead. This is where things started to get a bit messy. Designhill sent us a legal document stating that we were not allowed to use any of the designs presented to us during the contest, with a penalty of $50,000 if we did. We signed the document electronically and received a receipt indicating that Designhill had received it.

However, several days later, we received another email from Designhill stating that they couldn't process our refund until they received the affidavit (which they had already acknowledged receiving). The email also included a threat of potential legal action, which we found quite concerning.

To be clear, all we did was contact Designhill, start a contest, choose a winner, and request a refund when the designer went MIA. We are not a small Indian start-up, and we will not respond well to bullying tactics. If Designhill wants to be litigious with us here in the States, we are more than willing to take them on.

Designhill Designhill Review: Pros and Cons of Using the Logo Design Website

Designhill is a website that offers logo design services to customers and a platform for designers to showcase their work. As a customer, you can benefit from low prices and a wide range of designs to choose from. However, there are some cons to using Designhill. Most of the designs are of poor quality or contain copied elements that you cannot legally use in your logo. This can be a major issue if you are looking for a logo that is safe to trademark.

On the other hand, if you are a designer, Designhill can be a good platform to build your portfolio. However, there are some downsides to working with Designhill. One of the biggest issues is that you will be doing spec work, which means that you will be working for free most of the time. Additionally, the competition is unfair, as Designhill contests and Printshop challenges do not award original good quality artworks. Instead, they prefer pre-made images from the web that their customers like.

If you are a customer looking for a logo that is safe to trademark, it is advisable to hire a professional graphic designer or illustrator. However, if you prefer using Designhill for the low prices, it is recommended to take the pro contest and avoid the regular cheapest one. Before choosing a winner, it is important to check the designer's portfolio for signs of coherence and style through all their artworks. Most importantly, make an inverse image search in Google images or similar to check if the designs they've made already exist somewhere else.

If you are a talented designer or artist, it is best to stay away from Designhill unless you need to create or update your portfolio. This is because you will be competing against designers from Indonesia, Bangladesh, and India who repeatedly use copied graphic elements. Eventually, the customer will choose a pretty logo made this way instead of a well-designed original logo, as they simply do not know the difference.

Despite reporting many copycat designers, Designhill does not ban them. Therefore, if you are not an artist but know how to make a clip art composition or copy other people's designs, sign in! You have a good chance of winning a contest in Designhill or a challenge in their sister website, PrintShop.

In conclusion, Designhill can be a good option for customers who are looking for low-priced logos. However, it is important to be aware of the poor quality of most designs and the risk of using copied elements. As a designer, it is best to avoid Designhill unless you need to build your portfolio. The competition is unfair, and the platform does not award original good quality artworks.

Designhill Designhill Review: Terrible Experience, Wasted Time and Money, and No Refund

I had a really bad experience with Designhill. I was hoping to get a great design for my project, but unfortunately, more than half of the designs I received did not follow the brief at all. It was a complete waste of time and money. The designer I chose didn't even understand English, which led to a lot of misunderstandings. He would make changes that I didn't ask for and didn't understand what I was asking for. To make sure he understood what I wanted, I had to take screenshots of the design, draw the changes myself using Paint, take another screenshot, and send it to him. I had to explain it over and over again until we finally started to have some sort of dialogue. However, by the time we started to make progress, the submission period had ended, and I had to pick a winner.

I chose the designer as the winner, and he promised to make the changes I wanted. But the misunderstandings continued, and there seemed to be no end to it. The worst part was when I found out that he had been using free stock images from freepic.com. I was shocked and disappointed. I immediately contacted the support team to ask for a refund. They assured me that they would pass on the design to their in-house team, who would fix everything and redo the elements that were taken from stock image websites.

After waiting for two days, I received a design in the wrong color again. I complained about it and asked for it to be redone, but the only response I got was to give them more time. I couldn't wait any longer, so I asked for a refund again. However, they told me that the time period for claiming the refund had expired, and they had already awarded the designer with my money. I was extremely angry and disappointed. I trusted them to fix everything, but they just bought themselves time with their long replies to my emails and false promises to redo the design.

I feel completely wronged and ripped off. I wasted so much time and effort communicating with the designer, and in the end, I paid $179 for something I would never use. I feel like a complete fool. I would never recommend Designhill to anyone.

Designhill Designhill Review: Unpaid Designers and Breach of Contract

I gotta say, I'm a bit skeptical of all the positive reviews I see for Designhill. As a graphic artist who relies on the platform for income, I've had a pretty rough time with it. The design industry is super competitive, and it's tough to find work. So when I heard about Designhill, I was excited to have a new source of income. But unfortunately, things haven't gone as smoothly as I hoped.

The biggest issue I've had is with payment. I've won a few logo design contests on the platform, but I haven't been paid for them. And it's not just me - there are plenty of other designers who are in the same boat. I've tried reaching out to the CEO, but I haven't gotten any response. It's frustrating to put so much time and effort into a design, only to not get paid for it.

To make matters worse, I recently won another contest and still haven't been paid for that one either. According to Designhill's rules, both the client and the designer have 14 days to finalize the process before the final design files are uploaded. But it's been well over 14 days, and I still haven't gotten paid. It's a breach of the contract, and it's Designhill's responsibility to sort it out.

The thing is, Designhill charges clients to post their contests on the platform. So they've already been paid for a portion of the contest amount. But when designers like me spend hours creating designs and uploading them, we don't always get paid for our work. It's dehumanizing and demoralizing.

I'm not the only designer who's had issues with Designhill. There are plenty of others who haven't been paid for their work either. It's disappointing to see a platform that claims to care about designers not actually following through on that promise.

So if you're thinking about using Designhill for your graphic design work, please think twice. Remember that there are designers like me who put a lot of time and effort into creating beautiful designs, only to not get paid for them. It's not fair, and it's not right.

Designhill Design Hill Review: Great for Budget-Friendly Logo Design, But Quality and Customer Service Can Be an Issue

Design Hill is a great platform to get a logo or graphic design for your company, especially if you're a start-up and don't have a lot of money to invest in branding. However, in our experience, it can be difficult to find a quality logo on this platform. About 85% of the work submitted looked repetitive and didn't match our description or visual briefs. This made us concerned that the logos might not be original and could exist somewhere else for other companies. However, we did receive about 15% of logos that seemed authentic and were fitting to our description. So, using this platform really depends on how you use it. It's important to research the logos being submitted to ensure that they are authentic and communicate with the designer to make sure they fulfill your design brief needs.

Despite the quality issues, we did enjoy using the platform due to the price range and the ability to have multiple submissions to review against. However, the customer service was a major issue for us. The first time we needed to reach out to them was due to making an upgrade on our contest using the $60 upgrade for top designers. When this update was made, it was not reflected on our contest after payment was withdrawn from our account. We reached out to the live support and ended up speaking with "Lucy". She was not warm and did not exhibit any customer service skills. She was very defensive and made us feel like we were wrong for reaching out until we had no choice but to send screenshots to prove that payment was withdrawn. Once screenshots were sent, she said the system is just slow.

The second time we reached out to Design Hill was when we decided to upgrade our contest prize by over $350. This decision was made due to the quality level of the logos we were receiving. Once this upgrade was made, we immediately noticed two transactions on our PayPal account and on our bank statement/online banking, and in addition to this, the contest money was not upgraded. After contacting Design Hill to alert them that there have been two transactions on our account instead of only one without our contest being upgraded, they started to say that is incorrect. We again sent screenshots. Then they proceeded to say that the second transaction is wrong, and that it will not process all the way. They also said within 24 hours that our contest prize will increase to the new amount. None of these things happened. After 2 days, both transactions were fully debited from our account, and the contest prize was still not updated. After reaching out to the team again, we were told that our contest prize would be increasing soon and that the second transaction has not been received. This has been a true headache. Now we are reaching out to our bank to block this second transaction. We contacted the team again, and we have been told that the contest prize will be updated "asap," but it has yet to be updated. Since the first transaction still is not reflected on our contest, we will most likely have to block that also and go through contacting the bank again.

This has been a nightmare. If we knew that using this site was going to be like this, we would have opted for paying more and getting better quality and customer service. At least if the system or technology is faulty (as this site clearly is), the customer service reps should be warm, understanding, and empathetic instead of defensive and seeming unconcerned/nonchalant. We have over 7 separate projects we needed complete outside of logos. We will be looking for designers elsewhere.

Designhill Terrible Experience with Designhill: Wasted Money, Time, and Frustration

I had a really bad experience with Designhill. I paid them $2800.00 for a design fee plus installation of graphics they designed. However, the files they provided were bad and I had to pay another firm to re-design the graphics. This cost me an additional $2800.00 for re-installation. It was a huge waste of money and time.

To make matters worse, I have been paying for a van for the past four months that is still not ready due to their mistake. I have tried to contact their support team numerous times, but they never respond. It's frustrating and disappointing.

I wish I had never used Designhill. They are a joke and I would advise anyone to stay far away from them. They should have an option for negative stars because that's where they belong.

Designhill Designhill Review: Pros and Cons of Using This Logo Design Website

Designhill is a website that offers a wide variety of designs for logos, business cards, and other branding materials. While you will receive a plethora of designs to choose from, it is important to note that some of them may contain copied elements that you cannot legally use in your logo. Unfortunately, there is poor quality control on the designs submitted, so it is up to you to do your own research to determine if the elements are copyrighted or not.

One of the biggest challenges when working with Designhill is the language barrier. The customer service staff's English is not very good, which can make it difficult to communicate your needs effectively. Additionally, many of the designers themselves do not speak English, which can make it challenging to request modifications or changes to your designs. This can be an extremely frustrating and time-consuming experience.

Despite these challenges, Designhill can still be a useful resource for those looking to create a logo or other branding materials. However, it is important to keep in mind that you may need to put in extra effort to ensure that the designs you receive are original and legally usable. If you have the budget, it may be worth considering hiring a dedicated professional instead.

Designhill Designhill Review: Frustrating Design Process and Limited Communication Options

I recently used Designhill to create a design for my business, and while the end result was satisfactory, the process was a bit of a struggle. The user interface was complex and difficult to navigate, which made communication with my designer a challenge. Additionally, their language skills were not the best, which made it even harder to convey my ideas and preferences.

To make matters worse, more than half of the design proposals I received were completely off-base and didn't align with my clearly defined design concepts. It was frustrating to have to go back and forth so many times to get the design right, especially since older design features that had been eliminated in previous versions kept reappearing.

One of the biggest issues I had with Designhill was the limited communication options. There was no way to share the actual drawing file, which made it difficult to provide specific feedback and suggestions. All I could do was add text and arrows, which wasn't always enough to convey my ideas clearly.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Designhill. While they do offer a "guarantee," I found it to be a bit of a joke. The design process was too difficult and frustrating, and the end result wasn't worth the hassle.

Designhill Disappointing Experience with Inexperienced Designers: A Review of [Website Name]

This website is not the best. The designers on here are not very creative. They seem like they are beginners at best. I spent a lot of money, $650.00, and I got a lot of bad designs. If you guarantee payment, you might not get your money back. The website is too hard to use. They just want to take your money and not give you what you want. Don't use this website. You will not be happy. I had to give up and do the design myself. I will never use this website again. I think most of the good reviews are fake. Find a real graphic artist near you. It will be worth it. I have to redo the designs I got from them. They are not good.

Designhill Designhill Review: Unprofessional Conduct, Fake Contests, and Poor Quality Work

This company, Designhill, is not a good choice for anyone looking for design services. Their conduct is very rude and unprofessional, and they seem to be more interested in cheating their clients and designers than providing quality work. It's clear that they are not trustworthy, and the good reviews on their website are most likely fake.

Many of the contests on their website are also fake, which is a clear indication that they are not a reliable company. They seem to be more interested in trapping new customers and designers than providing quality work. It's no wonder that many genuine customers end up asking for refunds due to the bad service they receive.

It's important to note that this company is based in India, not America as they pretend on their website and communications. If you look closely at the writing pattern of their communications, including their website, reviews, emails, and chat, you will see that they are not native English speakers.

To make matters worse, they ignore emails from customers and designers who are asking for refunds or payment. This is a clear indication that they are not interested in providing quality service to their clients.

In conclusion, I would not recommend Designhill to anyone looking for design services. Their conduct is unprofessional, and they seem to be more interested in cheating their clients and designers than providing quality work. It's best to look elsewhere for your design needs.

Designhill Disappointing Experience with Designhill: Poor Quality and Unacceptable Customer Service

I recently had an experience with Designhill and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. While I did receive a design that was decent, I encountered some issues that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. In fact, I don't think I will ever use Designhill again.

I participated in two contests for logos for my bar business. In both contests, the "designer" provided me with files that could not be scaled beyond 2 inches. This was a major problem, as I needed the logo for my bars that are 4 feet in size. I even provided the "designer" with a photo of what the bars looked like, but they still did not provide me with the appropriate files.

When I contacted the "designer" about the issue, they had the audacity to tell me that it would cost an additional $200 to fix the files. This was unacceptable, as I had already spent $800 on the site and was not willing to spend any more money. To make matters worse, Designhill refused to refund any of my money, leaving me feeling frustrated and upset.

As a result of this experience, I am now a month behind in launching my new business. I had to get the logo redrawn by a graphic designer that my CPA referred me to, which cost me even more money. Needless to say, I am beyond upset and disappointed with my experience with Designhill.

If you are considering using Designhill, I would strongly advise against it. Save your money and stay away from this site.

Designhill Designhill Review: Slow Support and Communication Issues Make It a Risky Choice for Design Services

This website, Designhill, is not the best option for those looking for professional design services. At first glance, everything seems to be in order, but when it comes to actually completing a project, things start to fall apart. The designers on the site are mostly from foreign countries, which can lead to communication issues and a lack of understanding of important details needed for quality work.

Furthermore, the support team is very slow to respond to emails, and there are no other ways to contact them, such as a phone number. It took over a week to receive an initial response, and even after two weeks of back-and-forth explanations, there were still no results. Multiple requests for refunds were ignored, leaving the customer with no refund and no results.

To make matters worse, Designhill is not even cheaper than other contest sites. In fact, they seem to be more problematic and scammy than their competitors. It is important to note that there are many other established sites out there that offer similar services, and it is recommended to steer clear of Designhill.

In conclusion, the lack of a phone number and slow support response times make Designhill a risky choice for those seeking quality design services. It is best to look for more established sites with better customer service and a proven track record of success.

Designhill Designhill Review: Fraudulent Practices and Copyright Infringement

I recently had an experience with Designhill, a website that offers logo design services. I was excited to order a logo for my business for $179.00, especially since they advertised a 100% money back guarantee with no questions asked. However, my experience with Designhill quickly turned sour.

After placing my order, I found that my password had been reset by Designhill without my permission. When I checked the back-end of my order, I noticed that they had changed my selection to the guaranteed option, which did not offer a money back guarantee. This was very frustrating, as I had specifically chosen the option that offered a refund.

To make matters worse, the designs that were provided by the contestants were copied from the internet. This is a clear violation of copyright laws and is illegal. I immediately contacted Designhill to complain and request a refund, but they refused to give me my money back.

Luckily, I had paid for my order through PayPal, so I submitted a dispute with them. PayPal investigated the matter and was able to collect my money back for me. It took two weeks, but I was relieved to have my money refunded.

I was very disappointed with the fraudulent activities of Designhill, especially since the owner of the company is Indian. They should stop engaging in these illegal practices, or the appropriate authorities should take action to ban them. I urge everyone to be aware of this fraudulent company and to avoid doing business with them.

Designhill Designhill Review: Scam Behavior and No Refund Policy - Avoid at All Costs!

I recently went through the design process with Designhill and was initially quite pleased with the results. However, when I began working directly with the designer to finalize the design, I discovered that they had nearly copied another design - a design that was being used as an example on Designhill's own website!

Naturally, I was quite upset and immediately brought this to the attention of the designer. Unfortunately, they simply sent me the files without addressing my concerns. Why? Well, it turns out that once the files are sent, the designer is entitled to be paid - regardless of whether or not they've actually delivered what was promised.

I tried to escalate the issue to Designhill's support team, but they ultimately sided with the designer. Despite the fact that I had been promised a "100% guaranteed refund," I was told that because the files had been sent, I was no longer eligible for a refund.

In my opinion, this is a clear case of scam behavior. Designhill is essentially allowing their designers to rip off other people's work and then forcing their customers to pay for it. And to make matters worse, they're not even honoring their own refund policy!

If you're considering using Designhill, I would strongly advise against it. You're very likely to end up with a low-quality rip-off design and you'll probably never see a dime of your guaranteed refund. And let's be real - how are you supposed to check every single image for usage with every company in the world? It's just not feasible.

In short, avoid Designhill at all costs. There are plenty of other design services out there that are much more reputable and trustworthy.

Designhill DesignHill Printshop printing and quality control

The printers at Designhill Printshop removed one of the colors from the image provided and this created a clear difference in the image. They did not provide a proof after modifying the image and just prinited and sent the entire run. The modification to the image most assuredly would not have been approved. I would estimate that this constitutes theft or fraud as they did not print the image provided and then charged for it.

Designhill T-shirt Printing

I placed an order for a t-shirt for my husband on 11/30/21 and received a confirmation and then a message on 12/1 that my order was complete and shipped! It was supposed to arrive before the holiday but no product and no response. I've been going around and around with their customer service and it sounds like the order was never done, although my credit card was charged on 12/1/21. Still no refund and Customer Service is just a loop of no information just a message that they made a technical error when they said my order was complete, but have not and I assume, will not process a refund. No product to be had for my payment, just terrible customer service.

Desired outcome: To notify other buyers to steer clear of this company. They are either not legitimate or incredibly inept.

Designhill They blocked my account

Hello. I was using Designhill for quite a long time and held several contests on their site. I found this site very useful and it was good for my business.
But unfortunately they decided to get rid of me as for now I still have no idea what I did wrong. They simply closed my account and did not send me any notifications. When I spoke with their customer service representative he said he'll contact me back as soon as he finds out what happened but it seems like they forgot about me. I am extremely disappointed that they did such a terrible thing to their long time user. I will not come back and will search for another similar site.

Designhill They didn't do it quickly as promised and the logo looked completely different as I wanted to

I heard about the company www.designhill.com from my friends, who told that they liked their web designs and services. I also decided to try, because I needed to make the logo and the job needed to be done quickly. I emailed the designers and they said that they would do it within couple of days and disappeared for 7 days. When the designer provided the logo, it looked completely different as I asked them to do.

Designhill I haven't received my money for the job

I made card design for the website www.designhill.com. I was so excited of working with them, but they didn’t pay at all. They promised to transfer money, and after that I heard only excuses and promises about it. I was so upset that I have no idea how to get my earned money. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

I went through the design process and was rather happy at first, then when i worked directly with designer to finalize, i discovered they had nearly copied another design. A design being used by designhill's examples no less!

I complained to the designer, who promptly sent me files without responding to my concern. Why? because once they send the files they are obligated to be paid by YOU. i complained to the support but they sided with the scammer. I have been fighting for weeks now for the "100% guaranteed refund", but am told that because the designer sent the files, i am no longer allowed a refund.

In short, they are supporting scam behavior. it is up to YOU to ensure the design is not used elsewhere. Let me ask you, exactly how are you going to check an image for usage with every company that exists globally?! Do not trust this site. You are VERY likely to get a low quality rip off design, and never see a dime of your guaranteed refund.

avoid at all costs.

Worst company to work With!

I was woking with Relesol/designhill form last 2 years. After resigning from there and completing all formalities and notice period when i asked fro my Salary and TDS, they simply denied to pay me that. Deducting TDS much more than the genuine amount and giving no reasons for the same.

Even after asking them for number of times they are simply denying and giving lame reasons and company policies excuses for same. and on reviewing their image on websites such as glassdoor. Now they are threatning me by messaging me over phone.
