DFTBA Purchase and non-delivery of corkboars and pin from podcast

I ordered a cork board and pin in July of 22... in October it was shipped and I missed the delivery so it was sent back to the US.. we then agreed to reship it once free of charge. That was in November.. I periodically checked on the status and it always said it was in the same place..

Last week I emailed asking for a refund.. they are denying it as the original purchase was over 6 months ago.. absolutely ridiculous..

They didn't supply me with the product therefore, a refund is warranted..

Desired outcome: A refund

DFTBA Never received my order

I had a bad experience with DFTBA store. My order was placed in early June and it is now September and I still haven't received my order. When I contacted customer service for the first time they asked me to be more patient and said that my order was on its way and will be here any time soon.
I gave them another two weeks, but nothing arrived, so I decided to use my tracking number. When I entered my number it said that my number was incorrect. DFTBA customer service said that wasn't possible. Then I contacted the shipping company and they said that they did not have anything for me.
Then DFTBA claimed that they'll contact the post service to see what was going on. Waited two days but there was no information regarding my order status. When I asked for a refund they said that was not possible since my order was already shipped. They promised to take care of it but it really seems like they just don't care.
