Not surprised there are so many others with experiences like mine
I emailed customer support and voiced a complaint regarding their points program - you can’t use your points in conjunction with a sale they’re having because your points are given to you as a coupon code and you can’t use two coupon codes at the same time. So you can only redeem your points on things priced regularly on their website and I think that is pretty stingy for a company to do. I explained how a lot of other businesses I shop regularly let customers use their points whenever and however they want, and it’s a reflection of their customer appreciation. I have been a very regular and loyal diamond art club customer for a couple years now and have more kits than I’d like to admit. And the response I got from the CSR? They informed me they deleted my account completely so no need to worry about my points anymore. I tried to reach out to the company and see if this is how they do business or if someone in management would care to hear about my experience and in response to that, I was blocked on Instagram. So I understand now - DAC doesn’t want to hear about any negative feedback you might have about how their business is run. They only want to hear from you when you’re singing their praises. A company that can’t handle a dissatisfied customer in a professional manner is a company I don’t care to do business with. And it’s really disappointing because I’ve raved about DAC to many people, I’ve gifted completed DAC paintings to family on their birthdays, followed all their new releases religiously, and would have been a customer for life. The fact that the people who work there are too immature to even have a conversation and would rather delete a customers account and block them is a huge red flag. Like literal unhinged behavior. Shop at your own risk - you have to wonder how they will handle anything that might go wrong if this is how they run their business.
Recommendation: Shop somewhere else - this company does not deserve your money.
The "woke" company of the diamond painting world.
This company is a stellar example of the "woke" mentality. If you have a complaint instead of helping you they block you and remove your account and all your points. You may have spent thousands of dollars with them but they do not care. Their customer service is the worst. Take a look at the BBB site and you will see how bad customers are treated by them. One of these days they will run all their customers off.

Wow, I was just looking to leave a review of my experience and see I’m not the only one who’s been “shunned” by DAC for emailing them about a policy of theirs I didn’t like. I’m even more happy to never shop there again now knowing this is their standard for all customers.
2 months to issue refund
Had a really unusual experience with the customer service from diamond art club. I placed an order, which was immediately cancelled. I emailed customer service and got no response so I chased them via a 3rd party. Once I recieved a response 2 months later, I was asked to provide ID before they would issue a refund on the order they cancelled. I provided said ID and was then told that I would no longer be welcomed as a customer due to fraudulent behaviour. They cancelled my order so I'm very confused. Please be aware of this company as it took a long time to get my money back.
Recommendation: Use PayPal or pay via your bank so getting your money back if needed is easier
They “were” a great company until you have an issue!
This company is great until you have any issues. I noticed a huge difference in customer service a few months ago. They will not admit they have had some big packaging issues in the last few months. Several things I have ordered have come damaged. They bully you when you ask for a resolution and if you speak up for yourself, they will revoke whatever status you are and take away your reward points. They threaten legal action and debt collectors.I have never seen a company be so mean! I sold off all my DAC products and have switched to Dreamer and Ocoloa. They have amazing products and carry the same artists that DAC does. Be aware their company does have a cult following. If you speak any ill of them it gets bad. They will delete negative reviews from their website and they will ban you on all social media platforms if you speak one ill word of their product and especially customer service! I hope the owner Angie knows what is going on because several people I know have quit buying from them. Also something has happened to the quality of their diamonds in the past 6ish months. The coating comes off frequently . Again I thought they were a great company till I had shipping issues that they did not want to take any responsibility for. If you check out the BBB reviews you will see that other people are starting to have issues and you will also see the bullying tactics used by DAC in their rebuttals to the people’s complaints and you will see them outright lying and how many people they have taken away their status due to just simple issues. Again, everyone makes their choices and honestly you can’t have customer service agents that are bullies. You have a right to get what you paid for. I think a lot of reviews on here are fake as well. This company is known for some extremely shady and unethical practices when it comes to customer service and competitors!

Diamond Thug Club
Diamond Art Club WARNING: ⚠️ Never received order as they claim there was an issue with the label. After much chasing from me (note they will ignore you and avoid addressing any issues) I was finally refunded after opening a case on PayPal. They admitted lost package and refunded me about 6 weeks after placing order. They then RESENT the package weeks later (I have tracking proof) and when it arrived they demanded I pay for it or else they would send a DEBT COLLECTOR AGENCY to receive money I apparently owed. I tried to communicate but threatening emails was all I got. Would not receive return no explanation just an invoice or else. THUGS and CON artists. DO NOT BUY! They have since blocked me on their Facebook page for telling my experience which says everything about them. They block the bad comments (even silly little ones which talk about needing more drills) and only want other to hear the good. Impacting reputation of artists who associate with his thug company who threaten customers. Listen to the bad reviews, you might not care until it happens to you!

yea i have heard from others that they like to remove bad comments and bad reviews about them, and even go as far as closing down peoples accounts from their shop for any bad stuff said about them. they treat their customers like garbage and don't seem to care. they don't abide by their spill warranty either according to someone else i talked to. they pick and choose stuff and they go to other competitor groups on facebook and get info from that group and then they ban you for it once they find out
The worst customer service I have ever, in my whole life, experienced. If you do not align with their expectations of a "relationship" they will ignore you forever and block you from ordering. They will take all your rewards, cancel any orders made but keep money for weeks before refunding. See their responses on Better Business Bureau. Their attitude stinks! Cannot handle negative customer feedback which is a normal part of having a business. Anywhere they can delete your feedback they will under the premise that you didn't meet their expectations. Sorry but they're the business, I think if anyone isn't meeting expectations it's them. Blocked from Facebook group for sharing experience. More and more people are having this experience with them. It's a good way to drive a business into the ground but their success has made them cocky. If someone isn't happy for whatever reason talk to them, help them. This would have helped in my situation. On BBB, DAC say this is a consumption of their time which could be better spent with other customers. For this reason they block you. Actually admitted if you have a problem and it takes up too much of their resources you will be blocked from the company, thus losing all rewards gained. I've seen Platinum customers experience this from reviews. Don't let it happen to you. I now purchase DAC kits from Facebook destash groups for a fraction of the cost. Never had any issues, lovely small groups with amazing prices and archived kits. No more money in DAC pockets and I'm still getting the products I want. I'm also going to try other companies like Dreamer Designs, Diamond Art UK, Diamond Dotz and Craftibly.

This company is awesome! I have been ordering from them for over a year probably close to $2000 of diamond painting kits if not more. I've never had a lost package or damaged package. I'm located in Canada so it does take a little more time to get here especially with customs and covid 19 but I don't mind waiting. The customer service is awesome. If I have an issue with anything such as missing drills, they reply back within minutes on email or Facebook Messenger and always resolve it.
This is the only Diamond painting company I order from. The canvas is velvety smooth. The symbol clarity is amazing and the choices of artists that they feature are top notch. One of the best things about them is that they hand chart their canvases which make them look so realistic. The nature ones look so real to the originals. They are an amazing company and I am so glad I found them!

I have no idea what is going on with this company. I have been a customer for over 2 years. I have platinum statues to let you know how much product I have ordered. I place another $600.00 order but was having trouble with their app. I managed to get an email to them and after some back and forth I couldn't do what they asked. (I am older and didn't know how to do what they asked me to do.) I asked if they would call me, I mean as a platinum customer trying to place another 600 order I am thinking of course they would call and help. NOT! I was informed they don't do that, sorry. So I was left with no order, no help and no care from them. They start out great, and go down hill. Look at their other reviews you'll see what I am talking about. They were so promising, then dropped the ball again and again and again.

Diamond Art Club has outstanding diamond painting kits! You can count on the easy to read canvas, tool kit, and drills which create a fabulous diamond painting experience. The artists have all been licensed so you won't find any stolen images in the collections. Not all the artwork appeals to me, but I always find something I like. I appreciate the warranty provided, and customer support will even replace up to eight colors if you spill your drills! I'm enjoying the Christmas and winter themed kits now. I highly recommend this company!

While the canvas is good quality, their drills are trash, so the price doesn't always go hand in hand. The fact they are always out of stock, the reasoning being is that they don't actually carry an inventory, instead customers pre-pay for that inventory. Their customer service was good, but has gone down recently. I have purchased quite a few canvases from them, but will not purchase anymore, because of the lack of customer service in getting questions answered.
Diamond art club is absolutely amazing. No other DP companies can compare to DAC canvases. A little expensive but totally worth it. They also have the most AMAZING customer service. 24/7 you email theyanswef within 10in the any day, any time!

I have been purchasing from DAC since 2019. I absolutely love their product above others. What you pay is what you get. I have tried other companies that have been suggested by many people and Diamond Art Club is the best in my opinion. They canvases are amazing as well as their own pictures. Yes, their drills are not always perfect but way better then other companies I have tried. They definitely provide enough to compensate for the few trash ones. Their customer service has always been on point with me. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

These people have the best colored renderings, canvas material, consistant and high quality drills, and their customer service has been excellent! Orders are shipped within a couple days, sometimes within a few hours, and arrives in a week or less. The first order I placed elsewhere has still not shown up over two months after shipping. I have placed 5 orders with Diamond Art Club and have had no issues whatsoever! Once you buy from them, you won't want to buy anywhere else!

The quality of the canvas and drills are excellent. The order was fulfilled in 24 hrs. Shipping to western Canada took 3 weeks, but that was all DHL. However, I did have a problem with the tracking number & link in DACs confirmation email not working for the first 10 days. I emailed DAC support to find out why it wasn't working but did not get a reply. I did not try to follow-up because the pkg arrived.

There packaging is amazingly sturdy which supports an equally matching high quality of canvas and goods. International shipping is easy too. This company helps put the caring back into the marketplace for me. 100% satisfied with all of my experiences.
The work is amazing
The work is amazing. The company itself is a cheat. I ordered a package and it was delivered to the wrong address by USPS. The person who received the package returned it to the sender without giving it to us. USPS came back and said they could not do a claim because diamond art chose the premier select which is the lesser expensive shipping for the packages. I sent them an email from USPS stating what happened and they said it was falsified even though it came from the customer support email itself. They called me a lier and cancelled all my pending orders with them. They didn't even look into the situation with USPS.

When things do go wrong (let's face it, with every business something happens, a mistake, bad batch, something) they respond super quickly, and work efficiently to get the issue resolved. They take good care of their customers, offering legally licensed work where their artists get paid, and producing those prints at a good price for the consumer. They've earned my loyalty and will be the only diamond Art retailer I use. They take their customer base into consideration and are consistently reaching out to us on their social media asking our opinion and keeping us updated.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is the worst. I wish I would have known how horrible their customer service was before I shelled out $50 of my hard earned money. I've never received my item. It was delivered to the wrong address and they required me to jump through hoops. Now that I've finally been able to provide the information they "needed" or "wanted" they are not responding to my chats or email. I have never seen a company so devoid of Customer Service as them. It seems that if you complain they treat you like you did something wrong instead of handling business the right way and taking care of the customer. They need to be put out of business.

I discovered diamond painting and Diamond Art Club a year ago. They offer the most beautiful paintings. They go out of their way to please a wide variety of different tastes. Their product is first rate from the canvas to the drills. With that being said; what impresses me most about this company is their kindness. They go above and beyond when it comes to customer service! When doing my very first painting I used the wrong color drills throughout much of the painting, and I sent an email requesting to purchase replacements. Within two days I had the replacements, and wasn't charged. They have handed out discount coupons, because an order was delayed due to no fault of their own. They respond to any questions very quickly. I am so delighted I found this company.

I am very confused about these negative reviews. In my experience, their Customer Service is amazing. They answer me within minutes (using Chat function on their website) and have always rectified any problems immediately. Their canvases are second to none. Plainly printed, hand charted and poured glue. I have ordered many kits and not a river or fault on any of them. I don't miss putting my DPs under a ton of books for days or weeks! One thing especially for people who do round drills, the "training wheels" are not so dark that they show around the drills, unlike so many I got my China. Is every drill perfect? Of course not but they give so many extras, I've never come close to running out. Love this company and have not ordered from anyone else since I did my first one!
I could have said the same thing up until a couple weeks ago - I don’t think anyone will deny the quality of the diamond paintings themselves. That’s why I was a frequent shopper with them for the last couple years. I probably have 20-30 unopened diamond paintings in my house. I truly loved going onto their app everyday and waiting for their new releases. **Until** I had **one** complaint I wanted to voice to the company. One single time I reach out to them to tell them I think their points program is a ripoff because you can’t use your points when you’re using a coupon code for a sale they’re having - that was all it took for them to delete my entire account and block me on social media. It’s like, really unhinged behavior. Like really irrational to go that far simply because a very loyal customer had one unfavorable opinion about their company. On principal alone, I will never shop there again. There are far too many honest, dedicated businesses out there to be pouring my money into a company that treats their customers like trash when they don’t see eye to eye.

I have shopped from a few other diamond art places and they just don't compare with Diamond Art Club. The clarity of the symbols on the canvas cannot get any better. The poured glue is amazing. The fact that they hand chart these designs is amazing to me and I believe is the key to such beautiful paintings. The drills are the best I have ever seen. I have not had any trouble with anything that I have purchased. From what I hear from very reliable sources that if I did have any problems that Diamond Art Club would take care of it without any problems. They are a company that I am very happy to purchase from and yes I would and I do recommend them to anyone and everyone. You can not go wrong purchasing from them. They are truly fantastic.

Diamond art Club is a great company per my dealings with them. Their product is amazing in quality, they have always come through on delivery (sometimes things are delayed but that is not their fault - we are in a pandemic people lots of people around the world are ordering items). I had to reach out to customer service once as their website had a glitch and hadn't calculated my points correctly - received a response within minutes and upon their investigation that website hadn't processed my order and they corrected the issue. Such a great company and product that I have since referred family members to this company and they haven't had issues either as to date, although I know that if anything should occur should they reach out with patience and understanding that the company would gladly make things right within their capabilites.

This company has poor customer service. They have threaten people in their facebook group, locked their account and took away their so called "Loyalty" points away just because they are confronted with the fact that their product has some issues. They act like a bunch of 5 year old's that were told to go to a corner for a time out. I have purchase a lot of their products and have received a painting that had food on it. I reached out to their customer service and was told "that's your problem". Another time I paid extra for expedited shipping and it took longer to get to me than if I would have just gone with the regular shipping...in that case I was again told "That's your problem". After receiving the last purchase (square drills) the drills were horrible, tones of trash and lots of issue. This company only caters to a large YouTube Creators. I am going to spend my money with a company that values all their customers, not just a chosen few.

Wish I could leave ZERO stars! I ordered an introductory kit on Mar 29th, 2020. I received an email on Apr 3rd that orders were being delayed due to the virus. I was patient until I got another email asking how I liked the kits that I didn't receive. When I emailed them, they claimed UPS had dropped it off on Mar 31st. Hard to believe that first of all it could get from Calif to NY in just 2 days and 2nd that it could arrive at my house & no one in my family saw it. We live in a private house, get deliveries often and we know it was never delivered. They had no problem charging my credit card immediately for something I did not get. When I contacted them they said they would have to investigate with UPS, that was over 2 weeks ago. The quarantine will be over before I even get an answer. Do NOT ORDER FROM THEM, THEY ARE FRAUDS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE BEING STUCK IN THE HOUSE & LOOKING FOR A CREATIVE OUTLET. I'M OUT $45 & I'm OUT OF WORK, NOT ACCEPTABLE!

I have been purchasing Diamond Art Club kits for 3 years. I own diamond painting company. I posted something in my group about them. Someone sent it to them. DAC immediately canceled both of my orders that I had pending with them and terminated my account. I lost all of my reward points. They banned me from any of their accounts or groups on all social media platforms.
Other people commented on my post and lost their accounts as well. I have a message from them threatening me with a legal suit.
Desired outcome: Shut them down! They don't deserve to be in business.

Received a diamond kit without diamonds.4 letters sent no reply.7+emails they would not agree to replace. A year now: *** wrote4 letters -no response. I did emails back and forth. They're asking for the kit number. There is no number on the canvas. We gave them order number, ...and the date from the bank statement so they should be able to look it up in their sales information under her account.. we also sent a photo of the fisherman canvas. The item was the fisherman's village. They just will not send it diamonds or a replacement kit.

For some reason my rewards are gone from my account with no way to access them. I've emailed and used the chat feature with no response. My reward points are gone from my account. I have no idea why and have got no response to emails and chat. I put a comment for help on one of their posts and now I've been blocked from commenting on their posts or sending messages via Facebook. This is childish behavior for a company and not very good customer service. I'd like my points that I've earned reinstated.

I ordered from this company on the 2nd of June. I have yet to receive any order they have shipped out I ordered on June 2nd they shipped my order. It got lost. They supposedly reshipped the item on 16th. UPS today on 18th said they did not receive package. I got in touch with diamond art club. They supposedly shipped the item again at two today. It is now almost seven at night and UPS said they do not have package. So either the diamond art club is just saying they shipped it and didn't or their shippers are just plain keeping packages instead of shipping them.

Reached out to customer service regarding an account issue
Reached out to customer service regarding an account issue. My account was deactivated without explanation. Both my sister and I are clients of this company. She experienced delivery problems with a shipped product and reached out for support. Their Chat-only customer service was unhelpful and ended up deactivating her account. When I contacted them, I encountered similar rudeness and my account was also deactivated without warning. These incidents happened on December 13th and on several other occasions.

I was scammed by this business. An order was submitted without me submitting it I was going to order a few items from this company but suddenly screens started popping up asking me to buy more items. I kept saying no but more items were added to my order and the order submitted without my permission. At no time was I allowed or asked to "submit order". When I contacted the company they said they would close my account as I asked but they would not cancel the order. I can send it back but it will be at my expense. That is wrong and it's a scam. Once I put one thing in that cart it could not be stopped. I now know for a fact this is happening to many more people. It has to stop.

Account deactivation. I've been a Diamond member for quite some time. I've purchased a bunch of paintings. These are for myself and as Christmas and birthday presents. I had an issue with losing points I earned during a transaction I was unaware of the redemption process. I advised people in my diamond painting group to make sure they use all their intended points in the transaction so they don't lose them. I'm assuming that's why my account was shut down. Right after that all my existing pre orders and new release purchase were canceled, refunded and marked as fraud. I checked with my bank and PayPal and they verified no fraudulent activity. I have always purchased a lot from them no issues. It's just a really strange coincidence. I was not contacted by Diamond Art Club prior to all of this. I only received emails stating my purchases were refund but no explanation at all. They should have reached out and inquired with me but they didn't they just shut my account down. I've reached out several times with no responses. All previous communications for general questions I would always get immediate responses no matter what time or day. But with this I'm left hanging and just want my account reinstated. I've been accused of fraud for no reason.

Preordered Here Comes the Bride received different item. Gave refund but wanted promised preorder, gen public recvd item after me after preorder I preordered "Here Comes the Bride" Saturday April 11th and it was available for sale to the general public on monday, April 13th. I received it in the mail yesterday, and I received the wrong order and received, "The Universe in the Jar". They responded promptly, but they said it was sold out and could not send me one. Even though others were shipped out after me and after I preordered. I should have had first dibs on it, and they should have cancelled an order after me since I ordered in advance. At first they gave me a partial refund and did not give money back for shipping. However, then after I complained again about not wanting to pay for shipping for an item I did not want, they sent the shipping fee back to me. They offered to let me keep the other item, but I explained I did not like the design and would try to give it to someone else. All I wanted was the ordered diamond art once available, but they could not do this. Then on 4/16, a day after I had received the incorrect item, the item I wanted was back on the website. I spoke to the support line on the website and they said it was an error on the website and they did not have the item. Again, I almost reordered the item that said it was available, and then I would not have received it. I asked if they could offer me the item when it became available since I preordered it, and they said this was not an option. Overall, I spent a lot of effort to get this one item for my son, and after everything I was not able to receive it. Order number: ***.

They closed my account without my consent and will not honor the rewards or warranty I earned paying for their products. I paid for hundreds of crafts from this company. Waited for month to receive them even though I paid up front. When I had a issue about my account I contacted customer service. They didn't help at all and I told them in a very angry way that I will not buy anything from them. So now weeks later when I want to see where my last order is I bought. They closed my account. So I don't know where it is. The rewards I earned buying is lost. The warranty that comes with the product, I don't trust they will honor it since closing my account without even informing me. The points the company made to rewards their customers are now using it to punish them. The points I would get on my birthday in a few days lost cause my account it closed. If you don't choice to do business I should be able to ship back all their crafts and receive my refund cause the warranty included in the price is not being honored. They are acting like children and need to grow up if they want to be business owner. The customer service failed to do their job and since I told them the truth they are now backing out of the contract we have in place. All the customer service had to do was tell me to review two crafts to earn enough rewards to get the free shipping I wanted. I hope their corporate department reads this to see how much money they lost and a customer due to incompetent and lazy customer service reps. I don't want their products if they will not honor their warranty and reward system. They should have to take back their product and pay me a total refund for breaking their part of the agreement. This is business not grade school. You can't change the agreement cause I was a meanie pants. Business doesn't work like that and thank god for this business that sees it it they have to follow THEIR own guidelines. I don't have numbers for anything cause they closed my account. I do have receipts if you guys want them. I included the picture that shows my account is closed. I'm sure it will magically open cause they want me to go through this and be children. They also will not post my review. I have summited an honest review that will not get posted. I don't believe it's worth the money since the customer service treats you like garbage. But since it's not a five star review it won't get posted. This should not be part of Kosher business practices.
