I have made repeated attempts to get return information but only receive an automated reply and no action. I placed my order to Great Big Canvas on 5/25 and received the order on 6/16. The company's policy is that an order can be returned for a full refund and I would like to make this return. The problem is is that you can never reach anyone in customer service to make the return, no phone number, no address, no response. I have made repeated attempts to contact the company and return order #*** before the July 25 return deadline, all to no avail. Apparently the "customer service" is an automated response with "Thanks for Contacting Great Big Canvas" and a support ticket number which never gets a response. My last three support ticket numbers are: ***. I am requesting a full refund in the amount of $64.99.

I ordered 2 large paintings about 2 months ago. The first was delivered in a timely manner, but they failed to deliver the second one saying the frame I chose was out of stock. They were slow responding to my emails to just use the same type of frame as the first one. They gave me a $141 refund for my inconvenience. But they were supposed to have shipped the second one 2 weeks ago and it was not. I have tried emailing multiple people there and its chat line and received no response since then. Their phone number only leads to a message saying all chats are online. They are ignoring me. If they are closed or way behind due to the pandemic, I can understand, but they need to say so on their website or in emails, and should not have said the shipping and delivery date on the order update if they cannot live up to it. I didn't get what I paid for. I paid up front for a voucher through *** for three 16x16 canvas prints. I followed the link and placed the order through the link. I received three 11x14. I have emailed them twice. I received an email saying they got my request and they'll get back to me. They haven't.
I Ordered a $309 print that they say was lost in shipment. Multiple emails, unable to talk to anybody by phone, still no print, no refund. Order placed on 8/12 for an Irish Daisy print. Shipped with two other items by freight on 8/17. Received the two other items on 8/26. Immediately sent an email on 8/26 as there was no option to contact via phone. No response, so I sent another email on 9/1 after receiving a review request and stated it would result in a 1-star review if submitted. This elicited a response from an agent. There have been five emails exchanged since then, in which I was told the shipment was lost, a new print would be sent, and I would receive a confirmation email. However, none has been forthcoming.

One print is defective and I sent multiple pictures. I requested a total refund for both since they were to hang together. They have not confirmed they will refund my credit card. This is a large amount and no confirmation. They advertise a refund within 30 days and are not acting to refund my money. They sent defective art and had to know it would not be satisfactory.

It instructed me to take scissors or a knife to the canvas and destroy it and send them a picture ! What kind of craziness ! Alternately, I could donate it to charity but must send them a copy of my charitable donation receipt . I wish to send back the 2 canvas without endangering myself with sharp objects or physically find an open charity to donate to during a pandemic . This is insane . They only have online prompts and send automated ticket responses. The last ticket was issued on July 13. I've sent photos of damaged items twice. On July 9, I was asked to resend pictures despite my efforts. After 17 emails, I want to return all items for a full credit card refund.

I called and got a voicemail telling me to use their live chat but that's been turned off! I'm only getting mechanical reply from e-mail! I've been charged already on my visa! Wrong item was sent to me
Wrong item was sent to me. Numerous attempts to contact company, but no reply. I am seeking a refund for the order of the large canvas bird. Made order number *** on June 8 using credit card at online site. Order consisted of 3 images; 2 medium and one very large. Medium images arrived July 8 and are satisfactory. Very large canvas arrived July 10 with wrong image. Image ordered was a green mid-century bird #*** on a yellow background. Instead we were sent a contemporary painting of***. I contacted Greatbigcanvas on July 10 to let them know and correct the siutation. I got an automated reply. I tried again on Jul 13 and July 17. I still have had only the automated reply. I have tried phoning. I have not had any response from the company. I paid $247.49 (plus tax) for the Large canvas. Their auto response says something about email replies being pushed to the bottom of the queue. I know of no email client that does this. Further, I have not 'replied' to them at any point, as they have not made contact with me.

Purchased a framed picture from Great Big Canvas in June. It arrived 7/6 with 2 broken corners & a warped frame. No recourse or response from company. I purchased a framed picture of Hilton Head, SC on 6/8 at 10:29pm. It arrived 7/6 and was totally damaged. Both corners were seperated and the frame was warped. I reached out to GBC countless times via phone, "live" chat, email and website return request form from their website and I have had zero responses from the company. My credit card was charged $182.31 on 6/8 and no refund has been given as there has been no communication from the company whatsoever. The company is not taking calls, the "live" chat is simply a bot that only responds to generic questions, and no email responses at all. The aggravation and time wasted because of this poor customer service is disgraceful. Even though this was a gift, I do not want an exchange anymore because I refuse to give this company my money. Ordered a print and it arrive with canvas torn and frame broken in several places.I requested a refund. Purchased print on 6/12. Delivered 7/3 Order # ***. When Delivered Frame was broken in several places and canvas was torn. Wrote to them and heard nothing for two weeks. Then I advised I wanted a refund. Again, no response. I then said I was filing a dispute with credit card bank. At that time they said they would refund money. Waited another 2 weeks and wrote and they said they would issue credit when I withdrew dispute. I withdrew dispute as requested. They now claim they issued credit Aug 8, 2020.I have contacted bank several time over the last few weeks and the bank assured me NO credit has been issued. I wrote to Company suggesting they might have credited the wrong account, some other customer. Again, no response. I have copies of all documents as well as pictures of the damaged item. At this point I want nothing to do with them. I just want my money back. I am sure when you contact them they will claim credit was issued. That is not true as *** assures me NO credit is there.

Ordered a print and it was shipped to the wrong address, not the address on my order confirmation. I haven't been able to reach customer service. I ordered a canvas picture on June 28th. On July 7th, I received an email stating my item had shipped. I didn't open the email as everything on my order confirmation and receipt were correct. On July 9th, I get an email from *** saying my package had been delivered, which it clearly had not. I called them, only to find out that the package had been delivered to the wrong address. The package was left at the house number on my street that matches my UNIT #. The postal code didn't even match. I called the company only to find out, it is impossible to speak to anyone directly at the moment, and the only options for customer support, are live chat on their website (which due to COVID-19 is also not available right now), or, send an email message, which will be responded to in 3-5 business days. It's been 7 business days, and I have not heard a word. I have no idea if my package was returned to them, if they are re-shipping it, if they are giving me a refund? Seven business days is more than enough time to expect a response from customer service, and the fact that you can't speak to anyone directly and are just left hanging, is ridiculous.

Unable to make contact. I need to exchange an item. I have sent multiple emails and called. The last email was one week ago. They have a 30 day policy On 6/11, I ordered a canvas in the amount of $189.33. *** is the order number. When it arrived, it was clear that it wasn't right for the wall. Their policy states that you can exchange it for no fee, or return for a stocking fee. I wish to exchange. The one and only way to contact them is via email. I sent an email on 6/27. They did not respond. I sent another email on 6/30. They did not respond. Yet, their automated program says that if you send another email, you again move to the bottom of their pile to answer. They say they will respond between 2-5 days. I have called two phone numbers, one from the ComplaintsBoard.com site and on that I found online. Both are answered with a recording that says that all of their support is now done via live chat on their website. When you attempt to do the live chat on their website, it is only answered by a robot giving automated answers. When you ask for "more help" it help you send an automated email, that again will push your query to the end of their pile. My current support tickets are: *** and ***. They state that your return/exchange window is only 30 days. At this rate, they will pass that by their non-response.

I incorrectly placed an order immediately requesting it be canceled and another, second order be processed. 1st shipped w no word on 2nd for 3 wks. On 6/28 I placed order *** incorrectly stating the billing info for the card used and thus thought it wouldn't even got through. it was also a wrong order based on confusion on how to spec the frame. Within 24 min I sent a note #*** describing the error and another note with further info (#***) then placed the correct order *** 12 min later. *** tried to deliver the 1st order on 7/3, I then sent note #*** stating that they had never responded and describing that I wanted the 2nd order and was refusing delivery of the 1st order. I have never heard from them or been informed as to what they are doing to be sure I get the correct order which I DO WANT AS QOUTED shipped freight so that it's half the cost. I have filed a complaint with my bank on both charges. Over $1,138.00 were taken immediately out of my account for both orders by Great BIG Canvas but I've had no communication from them at all 18 days later even though they shipped the wrong art the next day. I am happy to drop the bank complaint for the 2nd order *** if they COMMUNICATE with me and SEND IT ASAP. But I do EXPECT A FULL REFUND AND NO FREIGHT CHARGES on the 1st order *** Thanks so much for your help.

I ordered a large framed art product which arrived damaged on 07/16. I submitted a report to the company and have received no response to date. I ordered a large framed art product on 06/27 (Order #***) and paid $306.70 for the purchase. It was shipped by UPS and arrived damaged (the frame was broken in 2 places) on 07/16. On the same date, I notified Great Big Canvas of the damage, furnished pictures of the damage, and made a request to return and exchange the product. I received an automated response indicating it may be a few days before I would be contacted and assigned report #***. Along with that acknowledgement, I was provided with "suggested articles" to see if those would resolve my issue. I responded no and still have not heard anything from customer service. I tried to call this business and received a recorded message suggesting that I can "chat" on their web page. However, there is no "chat" option - only a robot that provides more "suggested articles" to help resolve an issue. I again sent a second message requesting that someone contact me about the damaged product and received another automated response with the exact same language as the first and assigned a new report # ***. I, again, received suggested articles to "resolve my problem." From the other complaints bearing the same details on the ComplaintsBoard.com website, it is obvious this company's intent is to make it impossible to cure any problem with your order. The company guarantees that if you are not happy with your purchase you can return it for a full refund within 30 days. This company makes it impossible to do so by allowing the time to run with no contact. This is a dishonest and deceptive practice by this company. I have attached photos of the damaged product.

I placed an order with them on June 27. Multiple attempts to reach them have been unsuccessful. Only an automated system and no response! I placed an order with them on June 27 (Order #***). Once my item arrived, I realized it was too small. Although there is a phone number, NO LIVE REPRESENTATIVE is available. You are only prompted to reach them via live chat, which I did. The email then creates a "ticket number" and you are advised that someone will get back to you within 2-3 days. If you reach out to them again, a NEW ticket number is created and you apparently are sent to the "back of the line". My first ticket number was created on July 7 (Support ticket #***). I waited a couple of days after NO RESPONSE and I attempted to contact them again. The second attempt to reach them regarding my return and refund request was on July 13 (Support ticket #***).I received the EXACT same "auto generated message" indicated that someone from their customer service team would get back to me as soon as possible...STILL NOTHING! The policy states that I only have 30 days to return an item for refund and time is running out! I can't even get anyone on the phone and yes, I have checked my SPAM folder...nothing from them is there. The item is still in the original packaging and no damage to the item. I simply wish to send it back to them and for them to refund my $102.05 as I am requesting. I will NEVER do business with this company again. Their business practices are "shady" at best. They take your money and if there is an issue, you cannot even get a live person to discuss the matter or even any response to emails that are sent to them. However, I DO get DAILY emails from them regarding discounts, sales and promotions, but no one can contact me about my refund. I do not recommend! I just want my money back from them ASAP please!

Placed a large order, was notified all pieces shipped. 1st delivery was missing 13 pieces. 2nd delivery was missing 5 pieces. Can't get a response Here are the facts - 1) I ordered 33 pieces of art on May 20th totaling $9,425.14 #***) My order was originally slated to arrive June 10th. 3) Order status was updated to show that all 33 had pieces shipped. 4) My order finally arrived June 18th but was missing 13 pieces. I contacted them that same day with a detailed list of all 13 pieces missing. 5) I was finally given an update on June 22nd that no one could find the missing pallet and that the 13 pieces will get remade and arrive approx June 29th. 6) I have not heard from anyone since. 7) I emailed requesting tracking info on June 26th, 30th and July 1st - radio silence, still to this day 8) I opened a ticket *** on July 2nd hoping to get someone else to help. I have yet to get a reply as I type this. 9) With no tracking information provided, I tracked down my own package with *** freight to schedule delivery, which took WAY too much hassle and time. 10) My missing pallet of art finally arrived today, July 10th, only to discover 5 pieces were missing. 11) I emailed them today as well as opened another claim ticket #***. I also called 800-*** and the message claims there is a live chat option on the website, which there is not. I also called the 3 numbers that are associated with this company *** , *** and ALL of them are disconnected. This order is for one of my clients. Not only has this entire experience been so exhausting but its becoming a joke. An unbelievably sad joke. My clients are now expecting to have some sort of monetary refund for all of this back and forth, which will come out of my pocket and thus, makes me very angry. The customer service from this company is terrible. I will never use them again, nor will I refer them to any other designers, friends or clients.

On September 7th, I ordered a 'Shells Washed Ashore' poster with the promise that it would be delivered by the 18th, but I still haven't received my poster print. After three attempts to contact the seller via email, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response. The order was placed on September 7th, and I received confirmation that the product was paid for on September 14th. The same day, I was notified that the order had shipped and was expected to arrive by September 18th. On September 14th, I was informed that the package was in transit. However, I never received the order. On September 25th, I emailed them and received a ticket support number, but still, there was no resolution. On September 27th, I sent another email and received a different ticket support number. By October 1st, after my third email attempt, I was issued yet another support ticket number. I just want the product I ordered. Please help. There is no phone number available for me to call and speak to anyone. Thank you.
Non receipt of Canvas Print
I ordered a canvas poster on November 25, with an expected ship date of December 7, and an anticipated delivery date of December 9, from a certain vendor. When I contacted the vendor's customer service, I was informed that they had not received the package from the supplier. Similar to other customer complaints, the vendor only provides email support and an automated online chat, which are both ineffective. The charge of $82 was promptly deducted from my card. All I desire is to receive my poster, and I have resolved to not patronize this vendor in the future. Initially, I had reservations about using their service, and I regret not following my instincts. The plethora of advertisements led me to underestimate the potential issues, a mistake I now acknowledge. I am seeking assistance to resolve this matter.
