Dick Hannah review: Auto Fraud

Dick Hannah pulled the bait and switch on us to get us in the door, however once there we found a car. I went home to think about it and called back and made a verbal agreement to purchase and set up an appointment to finalize the sale. The called me right before I was coming in to confirm, once there I found out they sold the car the day before and didnt tell me in order to sell me another car.

We agreed to purchase a 2nd car from them which they said they were ordering, we secured the financing, singed the offer letter, and paid the down payment. The car would take a week to come in and just so happens they would give us a loaner car, which ended up being the other car we had been looking at, that should have been my first hint. After waiting a week with no phone calls I came in and was told Oh the car we ordered was "accidently sold" but we can go look on the lot and see if you like something else.

When I confronted the salesmen his response was you never completed all the paper work yet, and we didnt cash the check, therefore you never purchased that vehicle. Than he said we are done here and walked into his office and didnt come out, in the mean time they had lost the keys to our old van, and I had to sit for 45 mins and wait, all the time the sales manager sat in his office not saying a word.

The Dick Hannah sales team are liars, manipulators, and will say anything to get you in the door. They employ high pressure sales tactics and lack any customer service skills. I will never go back.
